We would love to share our beautiful lakefront home with you and your family. Within the house are large open spaces for gathering, soaring ceilings, and oversized windows that provide alot of natural light. This spacious home has four full bedrooms and a fifth extra bunk room for the kids. We recently renovated the garage, adding an additional sleeping and hang-out space (with a/c and heat). With the additional garage remodel, the property can sleep 15 comfortably. The house offers two large living room areas, one with a fireplace and the other with a huge sofa and 60-inch television for watching movies or lounging. A game table and chairs are also provided in this area.
There is a remodeled kitchen that walks right out to a fully furnished screened-in patio with a lovely view of the water. Many of our guests use this patio for conversation and coffee in the morning with the sun shining through.
The master bedroom and master bathroom are on the first floor, with a full bath and access to the upper deck. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with its own television. Two other large bedrooms are on the lower level, one of them having its own en suite bathroom with a shower. The other bedroom has easy access to the other full bathroom on the lower level. Each of these bedrooms has queen-sized beds with lots of extra room to move around. Both have direct views and access to the water through large sliding glass doors. Renters have fallen asleep watching the water ripple from the moonlight. There is a smaller lower-floor bedroom that has a twin-sized bunk bed for kids. There is also an additional cozy loft bedroom upstairs from the main floor with another queen-sized bed.
The garage has recently been converted into a game/sleeping room that is carpeted with both heating and air conditioning. There is a king-sized loft bed with a full-sized bed underneath it. The room also has an additional sofa. The garage could sleep five people. There are several standing arcade games (NBA Jam, NFL Blitz, Pac-Man), a ping pong table, a foosball table, and large 65-inch Television that you can plug into your own gaming system. There is also a vintage pop machine to help keep your drinks cold as you enjoy the games in this room. This is a great kid/teenager (and young-at-heart adults) hang-out space and a fun option for rainy or cold days.
There are double decks with an area to eat and a blackstone grill. There is a fire pit area looking out over the lake. Many of our guests end their days around the fire pit, reclining on the Adirondack chairs, cooking s’mores, or relaxing with their favorite drink. There is also a spacious yard for games. We have several yard games available that are kept in the garage for you to use.
The home comes with its own private dock that is steps away from the house. It includes areas for laying out (with fans and loungers) and a covered area with a table and chairs for eating or playing games. The dock also has a bar area where drinks and food can be served. There is also a Bluetooth stereo and speakers that you can use. Floatable toys, surfboard, skis, wakeboard, two standing paddle boards, two kayaks, and a Lilly pad are available for renters to enjoy. The dock also has a fun diving platform for kids and adults. Boats are welcome but need to be tied to the dock, as the slip is taken by the owner. There are also many boat rental places close by that will drop a boat off at our dock. There is a public boat ramp just minutes away and plenty of room to park a trailer and cars in the driveway.
The cove is very quiet and away from the main channel, with very few waves. There is lots of room for swimming laying out, and fishing. The cove is an easy boat ride to several gas stations and restaurants on the water.
Grocery, restaurants, gas, tackle, and convenience stores are about 10-15 minutes by car. There are also golf courses, caverns, antique stores, hiking, and bike trails within a short car ride. If you enjoy shopping, the Osage Beach Outlet Mall is within driving distance.
Before you rent, please know this is a family-friendly space that has nice neighbors who are mostly year-round residents. This is not a party cove, and we are seeking renters who understand the family atmosphere that is present in this cove.

The house was exactly what we needed with room to spread out. The dock was great and the kids swam like crazy. Communication with Todd was quick and responsive. We would definitely stay here again for our family lake trip.

Our family had an amazing time at this beautiful lake house. It comfortably accommodated our family of five and our six additional extended relatives. As frequent visitors to the Lake of the Ozarks, we can confidently say that this is our favorite place to stay.
The location on the quieter part of the lake was perfect for our younger family members who were learning to water ski. Having a boat ramp just minutes away made it convenient to put our jet ski in the water (the private ramp was even visible from the home).
The dock was spacious and ideal for lounging, watching the kids play in the water, and fishing. Our children absolutely loved the water toys, including kayaks, a lily pad, diving platform, and paddle boards.
Indoors, we enjoyed playing board games, retro video games, foosball, and ping pong. The screened sunroom and large deck provided a great spot to enjoy the lake view, rain or shine. The fire pit was a cozy addition after long days on the water.
The kitchen was impressively large, and we especially enjoyed cooking on the Blackstone Griddle. Although we didn’t use it during this visit, the full-size grill will be on our list for future stays. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable for all the guests.
Lastly, the outstanding communication—from our initial inquiry to the check-out process—made our experience even better.

This house and the owners are absolutely amazing!!! The house is more stunning in person! The entire process from booking, paying, and communication with the owners was seamless. We had a total of 10 people 4 adults and 6 young adults and teens. The young adults loved the house, the dock, and the screened porch. The 2 teen boys had the best time sleeping in the converted garage, fishing in the kayaks, and jumping off the dock. Everything you need is at this home...from the kitchen, to the views in the living room, to the spacious bathrooms, the games in the garage...I could go on and on. Todd and Melissa were absolutely the best!!! Communication was never an issue, they are so generous and easy to ask questions, and so helpful. We plan on coming back to this house next year...we had the best time at this house and on the lake. When we get our lake hpuse, I hope its exactly like this one!!! Thank you Todd & Melissa!

This home was beautiful, and our entire family enjoyed the beautiful setting and the many amenities! We loved the quiet vibe on the lake, the stone fireplace, and the secluded dock. We were too late in the season to enjoy swimming and boating, but we hope to come back in the summer! Everyone loved the game room, big and small kids alike! Thank you so much!

Can’t say enough about our stay. Todd was SUPER responsive. The game room was a dream for the kids. The screened in porch allowed us to read and hear the cicadas. Kids swam and swam and swam off the dock. Caught lots of crappie and sunfish. The house really had everything you need and we barely left during our stay. Most relaxing trip ever. I would say this was one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed at.

The property was beautiful! Checkin process was effortless. Instructions were clear, concise and easy to follow. Communication with Todd was very quick and easy- we had an issue where a fuse blew and we needed to know how to access the breaker box and Todd had an easy fix for that and we were able to resolve it in just a few minutes. The amenities at the Frye lake house were too many to count. We have been staying in VRBO rental properties for 7 years and this was easily our favorite! Todd and Melissa have got the vacation property rental business down pat! Stay here you won’t regret it!

This home made for a perfect setting for our family vacation. There are wonderful amenities provided that make this property unique. Our grandkids loved having their own space in the garage to play games and watch movies. The adults spent many hours on the dock and enjoyed the water toys provided.

The Frye lake house is wonderful. The perfect spot to get our family together. The amenities are great. We really loved the addition of the kayaks this year! Will be returning next year.

The Frye Lake House was an amazing place for my extended family to spend Memorial Day weekend. There is plenty of room for people to spread out and come together. The house is located on a quiet cove with a spacious dock where we spent most of our time. We enjoyed grilling on the deck and a fire on the patio. My favorite area was the screened-in porch....perfect place for morning coffee. Great views from every room in the house and the game room was a total bonus! The home interior is beautiful and the house is fully stocked. We can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The manager was communicative and accommodating. The bay was nice and quiet so it was great for the kids to swim and play. The house was clean and in good shape. Would definitely visit again.

This is the second time we have stayed, and it does not get any better than this house, no matter the time of year. It is very comfortable, has everything you need in the kitchen, the living spaces are open, and the game room has something for everyone. The outside has great places to relax on the dock or by the fire.

The house was perfect for our three families. Lots of room for eating, lounging, sleeping, gaming, tv time, etc. The setup of the garage was especially great for all sorts of gaming. We want to return in the summer to enjoy all of the outdoor space and toys. Host was very responsive!

My husband and I were so thrilled to rent this house a second year in a row with my in-laws and two small kids. I left a detailed review last fall (which should still be posted), and the house was even better this time. There were a few very minor housekeeping issues in 2021 that I had addressed privately with the owners, and all had been resolved by 2022. Additionally the grill was in much better shape and the garage had been converted from a game room to a livable space (though still with games) that my six-year-old son loved having to himself. Todd is quick to respond to questions and we were thrilled to return to this wonderful lake house. It's a fabulous location for a large family or group of friends.

We had an absolute blast! The property is beautiful and well maintained. It's so much more than what you see in the pictures and descriptions. Stop looking now and book this place. My compliments to the owners who were very responsive. If you want to have a relaxing time at the lake this is it.

This house was perfect. Lots of privacy. The dock was amazing. A fridge to keep our stuff cold. A lily pad we could use. Huge sunning deck with chairs provided. Paddle boards. High dive platform. The kids at Camp Sharron across the way were fun and entertaining too. The house had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked. Everything we needed. Not to mention the big TV downstairs for Saturday football. The fire pit was pretty awesome too. I highly recommend this house.

We enjoyed being in a cove off of a cove. Had opportunities to swim and boat without being in the busy main channels. House was large and had room for everyone to have space to themselves. Lots of water toys were available for us. Appreciated being able to dock a boat with plenty of space left for swimming. Plenty of comfortable seating. We all felt the quality of the cleaning could have been better.

Peaceful getaway
The house was wonderful! Enough room and plenty of space that it didn’t seem like we had 3 families under one roof. The teenage boys loved the game room. Actually a couple of adults enjoyed it as well! The location was a little out of the way, but we still made it to Osage Beach for go carts and ice cream. Very quiet area for the kids to swim and we were able to bring the 1 year old twins out to the dock since there was very little boat traffic. It was nice we didn’t need to bring towels and beach towels since they were provided.

Fabulous Family Vacation!
We absolutley loved this property! The house was spacious with plenty of toom for 8 adults to sleep and hang out! We spent most of our time on the dock sunning, swimming listening to music and catching fish! Todd & Melissa's home is beautiful and had everything we needed for comfort and for making beautiful memories! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Family Retreat
Our family retreat at the Frye was extra special as we enjoyed the many amenities and generosity of the owners. This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood and a clean cove. The home is exceptionally decorated with quality furnishings and is very clean. The game room and dock toys were an added bonuses. Our family made so many wonderful memories during our 6 day family retreat. We can't thank Todd and his family enough for their hospitality and top notch service.

Couples retreat
This was a great experience. The property was absolutely stunning. There were a couple small bugs in the windows, but it was not serious at all. It was spacious and provided activities for everyone. I would encourage people to bring in their own groceries, the property is tucked away, but it is accessible to stores. The owners were very responsive to any questions and accommodations needed. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay. Beautiful home. Well equiped. Lot of fun things to do (from the garage inside to the paddleboards outside). We were not lucky with the weather (thank god for the garage play room) but would love to come back and hopefully enjoy the outdoor more. The communication with the home owners was easy and correct!

Something for everyone
Not only is this property beautiful and in a great location but it truly has something for everyone. Plenty of places to relax and socialize such as the upstairs and downstairs living rooms, upper deck patio table, swing chair downstairs deck, chairs on the dock, and a wonderful firepit area. The game room was the star of the show for many with so many options no matter what your interest was. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. It was the perfect home to have family and friends together to celebrate a 50th birthday. Todd was a great host!

Renting was easy and smooth. I would check with your cleaning service bc there was dirty laundry left behind in master bathroom and in the washi bc machine. And other areas could have been cleaner too. But we enjoyed everything.
