Très bien pour le prix et je voyage souvent

Lit, couette et coussins tres confortables , douche bien chaude et bonne pression, bon ascenseur, bien situé pour visiter tout, si le personnel de la réception n’est pas très souriant, il est néanmoins toujours présent et disponible. Portiers très correctes et souriants. Piscine petite mais propre et suffisante pour se rafraîchir . Belle vue depuis lle toit du 7 eme étage Chouettes et sympas bars et cafés lounge branchés en face de l’hôtel pour terminer les soirées et à 30 secondes de l hôtel à pied. Y compris une supérette genre Carrefour express Toujours des taxis devant l’hôtel à toutes les heures C’est donc un bon 3 étoiles hôtel avec bon rapport qualité / prix ATM dans l’hôtel

Les tapis au sol dans la chambre semblent avoir bien vécus, il serait bien de les changer ou simplement de les éliminer. ( sometimes, less is more ) Le petit déjeuné est très correcte pour un 3 étoiles. Il est dommage cependant que lorsque vous pesez 100 kg et 1 m 84 comme moi, on vous refuse de vous faire une omelette avec 3 œufs surtout si il n’y a plus d’œufs brouillés dans la mise en place du buffet et que vous n’aimez pas le lait dans les œufs brouillés et le lait en général. Je n’ai donc pas pu recevoir plus qu’une omelette avec deux œufs! Voyant derrière le dos de la serveuse qui se tenait juste devant l’entrée des cuisines ( en face de l ascenseur -2) un saladier plein de fromage râpé, j ai demandé alors si à la place d’un troisième œufs, je pouvais avoir un peu de fromage rapè dans l omelette et elle m’a répondu non.!!!!!! Et finalement , elle m’a apporté deux œufs cuits sur le plat nature et pas d’omelette ! Je n’ai rien dit… c’est dommage ( l’instant petit déjeuné est si important !) c’est dommage de diminuer la qualité d’un hôtel pour un œuf et une pincée de fromage râpé. Pour le reste du petit déjeuné, c’est correcte par rapport à la qualité / prix Viennoiseries, qualité café et thé , pains, …. Très bien Peut être le saucisson pourrait être meilleur mais le prix est bien aussi, donc…. Fruits salades , confitures,…. Très bien. Piscine petite mais propre et suffisante pour se rafraîchir . Belle vue sur le toit du 7 eme étage L’experience de l’omelette du petit déjeuné ne m’a pas donné l’envie de tester le restaurant de l’hôtel pour le déjeuné et le dinner. Je ne peux donc pas vous donner de feed back sur le restaurant de l’hôtel ( cependant , les menus affichés du jour semblaient biens et diversifiés

Slecht, ik raad het niet aan.

Het zwembad was goed

De douche heeft schimmel en de riolering is enorm slecht. De hotelkamer stinkt en de bedden en kussens liggen niet lekker. Mijn kamer zat recht naast een nachtclub waardoor ik geen oog dicht heb gedaan. Ook is mijn kluis in mijn hotelkamer geopend door het personeel terwijl ik buiten was. Bij confrontatie logen ze erover, terwijl ik dondersgoed weet dat ze hier aan hebben gezeten.

Prima middenklasse hotel. Prima betaalbaar restaurant. Kamers zijn redelijk goed. Onderhoud kan iets beter, hygiëne kan net iets beter maar nog steeds acceptabel. Personeel kan enthousiaster en gastvrijer. Zijn vooral met hun telefoon of met elkaar bezig. Fijn zwembad. Goed ontbijt, veel keuze

This hotel may look simple from the outside, but it is stunningly well designed inside.

The staff were very welcoming, it has a great location as it is near to all main tourist spots and it is also safe to walk around even during night time. Lastly, our room was always kept clean.

AGRADECIDA POR TODO.

El trato del personal muy amables y simpáticos todos, la gestión de nuestro traslado al aeropuerto de ida y vuelta. La limpieza, la variedad en el desayuno y la piscina al final de la tarde para rematar el día me vino del 10. Y la situación ya que queda como a 25 minutos a pie de la plaza Jemaa el fna. Y rápidas contestaciones a mis consultas. Gracias Fátima. Gracias Mohamed y Gracias al resto del personal que no sé sus nombres pero estaban ahí para que nuestra estancia fuera tan agradable.

El almuerzo, se hacía algo más de lo normal su espera. Pero muy rico siempre todo.

It was a nightmare

The room was dirty. And the service and food at breakfast in this hotel was disgusting, the first time in my life I have such experience at breakfast in hotel! The boiled eggs were so rotten that they was black. I asked for orange juice, because it ended in the juice machine, they brought me juice with slop and hair, which stank, I realized this after the first sip. After that my breakfast ended – I vomited! I couldn’t bear it, a disgusting experience, I don’t advise anyone to have breakfast there and stay in this hotel!

There are no kettle and tea items in the room for a midnight snack that you can simply enjoy at no extra cost like most hotels. The pool area was too small

Great, comfortable hotel with excellent staff.

This hotel lived up to its marketing. The staff were super helpful. Supported an early check-in and looked after my luggage long after checkout. They also assisted with charging my powerbank even when I wasn’t technically a guest any more. Room was clean and comfortable. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Orange juice was ok, beds were big, large rooms, friendly guards at the door.

Memorable

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and unfortunately was mugged on the streets on our last night. As you can imagine arriving back at the hotel we were in a panic state, the hotel staff were incredible. I just want to say a massive thank you to the security guy who paid for our taxi out of his own pocket to ensure we returned from the police station safely and also the receptionist who arranged airport taxi and provided us with a breakfast to-go making the return to the UK as stressfree as possible. The support and empathy didn’t go unnoticed and the situation could have been a lot worse. Luckily we are now home to the UK and safe, I hope this never happens to anyone else but anyone visiting Marrakesh I would highly recommend this hotel, location, facilities and food is very good but the hotel staff were incredible and went above all expectation.
