Totally unpleasant.

I liked it due to its location.

It was absolutely very bad experience for me to stay in the hotel like Aura.The staff were very much noncooperative.Bathroom and room were below standard.The room size was very small and dirty bedsheets and other accessories were used. Bathroom fittings are very backdated.Internet connectivity all the times non responsive. It should be very low price hotel.Only one stuff who clean the room was very cooperative.The desk people especially two female were fully non cooperative.

Good location, helpful staff but really bad room

The staff are helpful ..

The room was bad. Bed sheet, blanket pillow cover were so old and not fresh. The towels were so old and the white towel is barely white. Atleat change the towel. And the whole building is smelling of food

Good hotel with nice lication...

The hotel is good, on a nice location. The only difficulty was room service. It was very poor, have to wait long for anything ordered.

Decent value

Good breakfast. Great location.

Bathroom floor always wet, lots of street noise. Can’t complain about that though as it’s such a bust area.

If you don't need a proper receipt for your stay i can recommand this hotel. Otherwise not.

The room was very nice and comfortable. it was cleaned every day, sometimes not 100%. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help.

They forced me to make a payment after a few days and not only at the end of the stay which was very strange for me. They were not able to give a normal receipt for the payment. Instead of this they gave a printout with every day cost of many pages which is useless for the fiscal authorities... As I joined a seminar in Kolkata I needed a normal receipt for the rent which they couldn't give me. So unfortunately I will not be able to stay in this hotel again although I liked the room and also the friendly staff. Unfortunately they didn't provide an unspicy breakfast most of the time. On some days they prepared extra unspicy breakfast for me which was awesome.
