Lovely staff, good location.

A well located hotel with the bonus of a garden - a welcome oasis after a day in the city!

I felt the hotel lacked an internal bar / cafe space. The only space available was a restaurant which was not ideal if you wanted to meet colleages for a drink and a catch up and not a full meal. The only other option available was a board room which was quoted at over £100 for a couple of hours use.

ease to reach, facilities provided, location, room size, cleanliness, breakfast selection

just the view from the rooms near construction site ain’t great but you can keep the curtains closed or request for an alternate room if available, but nothing to not like about the property in general

Excellent place to stay! will surely stay again.

Kenilworth was very very comfortable, and excellent for my work at the US embassy, just a 3 minute walking distance. Staff were very helpful beyond my expectations and breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious!

Excellent stay experience, great location

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, 1 night. In today's new age,modern stay experiences, the old world personal charm of hospitality is unfortunately sparse. I was happy to experience this old world hospitality at Kenilworth. The staff were very attentive and gracious, right from check-in to check-out. They even kindly escort you to your room upon check-in. I had requested a room away from the on-going construction work. They were happy to oblige. Also, they were accommodative of early check-in and late check-out request, which was of course subject to availability. The rooms are well stocked with amenities, good shower and comfortable bedding. Pro-tip : The hotel has a good locational advantage to the famous Park Street restaurants like Flurys, Kusum rolls,etc.. They are accessible by cab or a 10-15 min walk. The one way restrictions in Park Street can make it difficult for cab pick-up. Walking would be better or ask the cabbie for the easiest pick-up point near the hotel, if possible. Hugo & Finn is a cute breakfast place located down the road.

Small plumbing issue with flush prior to check-out. It is a single building with an adjoining space for weddings. So if there are loud events.in the evening, it can get noisy. Luckily my room was situated away from the event area.

Very good food. Very higenic and yummy

Extremely small rooms. Very uncomfortable. Also Had to ask for every thing in housekeeping only then they gave but not voluntary like. Slippers, moisturizer, tea bags, etc.

Great Coffee and a good choice of English and Indian breakfast options - overall a good spread in beautiful settings.

Overall a good experience for a short stay. hotel is centrally located, and staff is very helpful and cordial.
