Reception war in einem anderen Hotel und ist etwas umständlich das heraus zu finden.

Quando chegamos ao quarto o mesmo estava sujo, aparentemente tinham estado a fazers reparações na casa de banho e haviam deixado tudo sujo. Contatamos de imediato o responsável da unidade hoteleira que los sugeriu um outro hotel do grupo. Voktamos a carregar as malas no carro e fomos a esse referido hotel de nome Blue Bamboo. Um terror. Hitel completamente escuro, claustrofobico e obsoleto. Declinamos a alternativa. Como alternativa da alternativa, sugeriram outros apartamento que tinham (mais longe do local inicialmente reservado) mas que apenas tinham camas separadas. Uma vez mais esta alternativa não nos conveio. Somos casal e celebrávamos 11 anos de casamento. Apos mais de 1h a dar voltas e gastar combustivel, decidirmo-nos pelo quarto inicialmente reservado. Voltámos ao mesmo e tivemos de estar mais 30m à espera que uma senhora viesse limpar o quarto. Como referido era o nosso aniversário que acabou por ficar fortemente comprometido pois tínhamos agendamento que acabamos por comparecer . Um desastre. O responsável no momento disse que o responsável da unidade hoteleira entraria em contato comigo na 2a feira seguinte. Passou toda a semana e creio que não tivesse ligado eu, ainda estaria à espera da chamada. Claro que no momento da chamada imediatamente “sacudiu” a agua do capote, alegando que a reserva tinha sido efetuada pela booking logo era a booking que se tinha de responsabilizar. Trabalhei varias anos en hotelaria, nacional e internacionalmente, com diferentes responsabilidades. As desculpas evitam-se, e se o cliente é molestado é correto considerar gesto comercial, o qual foi inexistente. Neste grupo, nunca mais!

Just wonderful!

Stylish, very comfortable bed, super matrace and pillows. Two doors to balcony. Large a balcony with table and chairs. Nice view! Great located! Very clean! It’s like living in your own apartment! We definitely come back!!

Très joli village

Un très joli hôtel, bien placé, chambre lumineuse et prix, au moment de notre séjour, défiant toute concurrence. Nous étions dans un bâtiment propre et au calme.

Petit déjeuner toujours identique avec une disponibilité des produits limités. Très peu de produits locaux.

Great location

Excellent location in one of our favourite places.

On our many previous stays, there were tea and coffee making facilities. On this occasion, they had been removed. We spoke to HS Milfontes Hotel who had recently taken the River Inn in their group, and they advised us this facility was no longer available. However, they did very kindly let us borrow a kettle and tea/coffee sachets. I mention this in the event previous guests staying at this accommodation in the future, are aware of the change.

Tudo extremamente limpo. Localização excelente, pertíssimo da praia, comércio, restauração e com fácil estacionamento. Super confortavel, ótimo tamanho de quarto, com terraço, casa de banho completa, apoio de chaleira elétrica e frigobar. Funcionários super simpáticos e recetivos.

This was the perfect spot to stay in Milfontes!

The central location: we just parked the car (right in front of the hotel!) and walked everywhere!

Perfect location, clean and comfy!

Perfect location, 2 mins walk to the beach and all shops, restaurants. Lovely patio. Smallish room, but totally adequate. Modern decor, enough storage, mini fridge very useful. Clean. Good AC. A bit stuffy in the room without it. Cleaners are a little noisy in the morning, talking and pushing furniture. Quiet at night. Staff welcoming and helpful. Easy to park. Great beach holiday location!

Needs bigger, newer towels. Double bed is not very wide, but we stayed at another place and I guess in this area it's the standard. Could use less noise in the morning for a lie-in. Room is quite stuffy unless you leave the AC on all the time. But other than these small things, we loved it!
