Una verdadera joya en medio del Cerro La Concepción, con una relación precio-calidad excelente!

Me quedé con una amiga y quedamos enamorados de este hostal. Es una casona patronal hermosa, en medio de una de las calles más lindas del Cerro La Concepción. Está muy bien mantenida, con mucho arte en sus paredes, pisos de madera impecables, habitaciones y baños muy limpios, todo muy lindo y cuidado. Nos tocó una habitación con balcón de tipo francés, con vista que daba al pasaje Templeman, lo que fue una bella sorpresa. La relación precio - calidad es realmente sobresaliente. El desayuno exquisito, nos sentimos como en casa, con un café de grano (lo que se agradece) muy rico, té, leche caliente, opciones de pan blanco e integral que se notaba que es artesanal y estaba exquisito, huevitos revueltos hechos en el momento y unas mermeladas caseras que disfrutamos mucho. También hay yogurt y fruta fresca. La terraza en la que se desayuna es muy linda y tiene una vista preciosa. La atención es espectacular, las chicas son muy simpáticas, hay un ambiente muy familiar y agradable, siempre te tratan con amabilidad y cordialidad, y además nos permitieron guardar las maletas en recepción posterior al check-out. Solo estuvimos una noche(fue un viaje muy breve por motivos familiares), y nos habríamos quedado felices por una semana o más. La hostal es una joya en medio del cerro La Concepción, y solo espero que se mantenga así por mucho tiempo más. Por nuestra parte, ya queremos volver!

Great people, comfortable, good place for travel

Disfrutamos mucho el balcón privado de nuestra habitación, nos permitió ver las estrellas y las casas de los alrededores.

El primer día tuvimos un olor molesto desde el baño, y algunos problemas con el agua caliente en nuestro baño personal, sin embargo pudimos usar el baño del primer piso y también nos ayudaron a solucionar al siguiente día el olor.

Petit hôtel niché sur une colline de Valparaiso cerné de belles fresques murales

Emplacement au calme au sein de la colline Concepción près de belles œuvres de street art, non loin de restaurants et proche du centre. Chambre familiale sous la forme d'un appartement équipé et spacieux. Quartier à conseiller en terme de sécurité alors que d'autres zone de la ville sont plutôt à éviter le soir.

Central mais rien de plus.

Pas grand chose à part localisation parfaite pour explorer le cœur de Valpo et la terrasse du petit déjeuner.

Le service inexistant, les chambres nulles, la salle de bain minuscule et sale, la literie et les draps comme minimum syndical, isolation très mauvaise, pas d'options de snacking ou boissons à acheter. Bref, passez votre chemin.

A place to stay If You prefer location over comfort and are on a tight budget

Location. In the midst of popular tourist spots. Terrace with good views. Very Friendly Staff! I think its one of the cheapest In This area so good value for money.

Facility was a bit run-down. It's more like a hostel which was not what i was expecting. My terrace door couldn't be locked so i ended up canceling My booking and found another hotel instead at 9pm. But the Staff we're nice and they quickly processed the refund for me with no issue.

OK. Nice breakfast. Try it out; I think I had the cheapest room in the place.

Great location, basic amenities; otherwise all reasonable.

The room is minute, and they could not provide me with an extra blanket for the night; I did have a heater in the room.

Nice hotel at the top of Valparaíso

+ Great breakfast with yoghurt, eggs, bread, cereals, all prepared for you + nice view from balcony

- shower was not heating when we got there and it took an hour for them to fix. Even after the fix, it was not super reliable, with changing temperature and water pressure. Since we were there for just a very rainy and cold day, this was not nice for us.

Staff is super kind. Room was spacious and beds comfy. We had our breakfast served on the terrazza and it was great. the parking service is great too, considering that is essential in Valparaiso. location is very good to visit the city

Very nice stay in the middle of Valparaiso

Staff is very friendly and listen to your requests. They exceeded my expectations and their property is very affordable for what they offer.

It wasn't an issue for us but some rooms open on the corridor of the main entrance and therefore it can lead to noise in the morning if you don't wake up early.

nice stay

the location was super! it was near lots of stores and restaurants yet in a quiet alley. the residents were quiet. breakfast was offered. room was spacious and beds were comfortable. the receptionist was nice.

it took us some time to find the hostel as the address was not very clear. the address listed the name of the main street but we had to turn into one of the alleyways. no problem after finding it the first time.

Nice B&B with great terrace in the city center of Valparaiso, with very friendly staff.

Simple but clean rooms in the center of Valparaiso. The terrace where you can chill whenever you want and where breakfast was served was very nice. For breakfast you're asked what you want upon check-in so they don't prepare too much and have to throw it away - was a great feature you rarely see and we really appreciated. Location is great and perfect for directly walking around in the city. Staff in general was super friendly and helpful as well.

Great location. Friendly staff. Generally clean.

Weird smell in room-they have put air fresheners in room but there is an underlying weird smell. Room needs a touch up due to general wear and tear. Poor water pressure.

Beautiful balcony with a view.

Could not be in a better location. Really tastefully decorated spacious room, comfortable bed. But the most lovely thing was the spacious balcony with a stunning view of the colourful houses - we sat here with a beer in the sun and didn't want to leave. Lovely kind owners.
