A lovely, secure and quiet B&B in Valparaiso

Alejandras B&B "El Navegante" is very conveniently located on Cerro Concepcion, very near to most tourist hotspots in Valparaiso. At the same time, it is in a quiet side street in a safe area, which makes it an excellent option for a good night`s rest. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom sparkling clean. Alejandra, the host, was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Also, a very good breakfast was served to our room at the time we specified. Communication with Alejandra (via WhatsApp) was very easy and she supplied us with many useful tipps. Muchas gracias a Alejandra :)

Wonderful stay

Breakfast in the room was a lovely touch, and it was nice staying comfortable. The shower was great, very hot, and the owners were lovely and couldn't help us with recommendations and make sure we were happy.

Loved the stay, perfect location in Valparaiso - Alejandra was a great host and helped with anything we needed.

Central location, clean and great host!

Noise can be loud at night given the central location of cars and streets. It was also cold given the style of building.

Location is good and breakfast is basic but good!

Wery inconvenient that it can only be paid with PayPal or cash, which was not mentioned in the description when we reserved. We could not create an account in PayPal, so cash was needed, and it is very expensive for us to get cash in Chile.

Very enjoyable stay

Alejandra could not have been more accommodating, the b&b was really nicely decorated and clean. It was ideally located for tourist hotspots and we couldn’t find any fault.

Awesome location close to all restaurants, bars and attractions. The host Alejandra was very accommodating and happy to help with any questions or recommendations. The room was tastefully decorated and was sparkling clean. Breakfast was cooked for you and had generous portions.

Lovely stay in colourful Valpo.

Beautiful stay in colourful Valpo. Huge room and comfy bed! Lovely breakfast. near the seafront but super quiet. Alejandra was a lovely host. I had a really restful stay.

It’s a tiny bit chilly during the night but you have plenty of blankets.

perfect stay

Everything was perfect about our stay ! We had a bigger room than expected. Nice breakfast in the morning. every thing was clean and we could even take a bath. the situation is perfect and near good restaurants ( Mia Mia ). And finally our host Alejandra was incredible ! Always there for us with good advices. Thank you for everything !

Lovely bed and breakfast

Perfect location. Lovely B&B run by two sisters, who did everything possible to make our stay wonderful (recommendations, early check-in, etc). The room was huge and we were pleasantly surprised by a water view.

Location !

The location is great, coffee shops and restaurants are nearby. The area is very safe if you decide to walk around. 5 minutes from the Hostel you will find a viewpoint called Concepcion with a very cool view of the city! Alejandra the host will provide a lot of tips and recommendations, very helpful!

Great Place, Superb Breakfast!

What we loved was the breakfast served in bed (two types of delicious bread, fresh orange juice, cereals and yoghurt). Atmosphere was great and staff was helpful and kind. Location was excellent, in one of the most famous hills in Valparaiso. Near to the port and downtown and a few minutes from the beach.

I like to stay in bed reading a book, watching TV or simply feeling nature. For that moment, I need a very good pillow or two. And that was the only thing I missed, one or two extra pillows. Everything else was great.
