Loved it here- would definitely return

Excellent location within 10 minutes walk of the beach, old Town and beach and a bus stop and Spar supermarket within a couple of minutes walk out of the back gate. Great sea and pool views from our first floor apartment and complimentary beach towels provided at reception if asked for , for our stay plus extra pillows if required. Paloma on reception was very friendly and helpful , would definitely return

All good 😊 Wi-Fi didn’t stretch to bedroom at our apartment though was okay in the lounge, but this didn’t bother us as we used our 4G there was no air conditioning but we knew this but we had a fan

Las Vistas great stay

Fantastic staff 100%, nothing too much trouble , very helpful and friendly . Great quiet area, only 5 minutes from the strip and beach.

Washing machine and bidet.

The room could use some TLC overall. The reception open hours are low. The entrance was tricky to find and Google maps didn't have the correct location. Had to go around some complex to eventually find it. The lady in the restaurant was not helpful with guiding us (spoke to her through a latched gate that she probably could have just let us in with and saved us 10mins).

It was ideal location, for us to get to the shops and restaurants,

The only down for us was there was an awful smell in the toilet, and also the door handle of bathroom was hanging off so coukdnt close the door and the hot water for a shower went cold after a minute not ideal for a woman with long hair.

Worst Airbnb we've every stayed in.

Location. Gentleman at reception was polite and allowed us to stay on until we where ready to leave as no one was booked after us.

Beds and pillows brick hard. Bed itself filthy. Sofa an chair filthy. Looked like they where bought in second hand shop !! Mattress on sofabed filthy. Moved sofa to try make room more open, however under sofa was disgusting with crumps dead spiders fluff. Nothing was washed down . Bathroom absolutely filthy, corners of floor tiles never been cleaned. We"be been in lots of places in Lanzarote and also stayed in same apartment block SeaView/Ocean view Airbnb owned by Beverley. Unfortunately they weren't available when booking therefore assumed this place apartment 236 would be on same level of style/cleanliness!! Never again would I stay there. Stayed 18th - 25th October.

Central to Restaurants Bars Shopping Centre and couple of minutes to Spar shopping we found the apartment spotlessly clean lovely poolside bar and restaurant we great choice of menu. It was our first time there and we will certainly come back again Will & Carol

Probably a bigger kitchen space probably more lightning for around the stairs extra pillows

Good value accommodation

Apartment was basic but comfortable and clean all amenities you would expect from a reasonably priced accommodation. The bar owner was very friendly and served very good value for money food. About 10 mins walk to promenade area plenty of restaurants and entertainment . Wifi good . Supermarket close by.

The road behind apartment block was quite noisy at certain times of day but you did get used to it. The walk back up from sea front was a bit steep

The accommodation is silent, has a nice balcony.

Wi-fi does not work in the room. It has a very low signal in the other parts of the accommodation. The hotel does not provide a place to keep the luggage if you need to do an early/late check in. Hence, I had to look for a locker in Playa Blanca.

A Nice swimming pool. And we had a balcony withseaview.

We couldn’t reach the reception for the whole weekend. Had to get our keys out of a lockbox. The receptionist is only a couple of hours available a day. In the weekend there is no reception. If there is no toiletpapier in the weekend you have to buy in the supermarkt around the corner.

Good choice if you are looking for a budget stay

Lovely, clean apartment in a great location. Perfect for a few days visiting family. Quiet swimming pool area for relaxation. The apartment is close to the shopping centre and other nearby amenities.

A secure comfortable place to stay and relax.

Great location , a few minutes walk from the main pick-up point for most excursions. Very safe with security gates. Poloma, the host went above and beyond helping us to book all excursions (we had an activity booked everyday). she organised taxi’s too. lovely lady

The once a week room cleaning, but to be fair a broom & mop was available for the apartment

Beautiful, peaceful and clean

Beautiful clean apartment and pool area. Everything from shops, beach, bars, restaurants all in walking distance. Paloma looked after our every need. A lovely place to stay. Gated area only accessible with a key, made for a safe holiday for our kids. We will return.

Little disappointed the onsite restaurant wasn't open for our stay but there were plenty of options around the area

Enjoyed my stay.

The apartment was great. Had a problem with the washing machine but was quickly resolved. They installed a new one.

The wifi was a bit hit and miss. But it didn't bother me that much.

Lovely and relaxing - excellent location for shops the old port and the new beach.

Excellent welcome. We checked in early as agreed and although the apartment was not quite ready we were able to sit in outside at the on-site restaurant and have lunch. Excellent catering facilities. Good choice and value for money. The couple who run it are so friendly and accommodating. Swimming pool was immaculate!

The apartment was 'tired' and needed an upgrade I am afraid. Furniture all old and outdated. Settee was unusable unfortunately but as we were only 2 it didnt matter as we sat outside. Kichen well stocked with utensils but again needs upgraded.
