Superb location with sea and mountain view next ti the sea, and short walk to shops and restaurants.Reception staff very helpful

we loved the location and would consider staying again if we didn't have so many steps to climb up.

Fab location - the beach and boat taxi is right next to the apartments. The staff were all very friendly and did their best to accomodate us and my elderly father who was 80 years old.

Our apartment was up about 4 flights of steps - this place is not good for anyone over the age of 60 or who has difficulty walking. The comfort apartment which we booked had its own terrace at the back of the apartment which had no views and was not private. All the apartments seem to be different though with different amenities. Some people had open terraces as part of the apartment but with less space inside. Ours did not but we had more space inside. We had a terrace at the back which wasn't used. No one in our apartment block used the terrace at the back which made it pointless - apart from it was good to hang your washing there. The sofa inside the apartment was hard - not big enough for 5 guests to sit on. There was a small dining table with chairs. The TV was placed in an awkward position, in the kitchen far away from the sofa. Again, pointless.

Lovely location- close to everything.

Lovely location, nice beach right in front of the apartments with a beach bar. Short walk to the restaurants.

It’s not very homely - one hard corner sofa, dining table and chairs. I was disappointed our terrace was at the back of the apartment with no views. We had a comfort 2 bedroom Apartment. Lots of stairs that lead up to the apartments which isn’t good for anyone over the age of 60 nor for anyone with walking difficulties. A few gaps between handle rails by the stairs and unfortunately my dad fell into a ditch (he’s 80 and there was no handle rail where he stood).

Super pick for families!

The location of the resort is the best in Korcula. Peaceful, with convenient access to good restaurants and sandy beaches. We drove around a lot during our six night stay and honestly feel we chose the best location for our nightly rest. The resort has a good pool and the rooms have all amenities you need. The finish is getting a little dated but still holds up and works. I would choose the same resort again if I went back.

It is on a hillside so you need to climb steps, but then again you are in Korcula and it’s rocky everywhere.

Location and pool. Pretty grounds

Lady selling jelly next to our door every morning and evening. The bed linen was horrible. Scratchy and thin. The blanket was cheap, discolored, thin and stiff.

Memorable stay, and look forward to returning in the future.

We loved this accommodation. Lumbarda is a lovely town, small enough for those of us who like a quiet holiday while also having plenty of amenities to keep us occupied. The Lumbarda resort was perfect for our needs. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need including a coffee maker, sandwich toaster and mozzie plug ins. The balcony was perfect for having a drink while watching the boats go by. We spent a lot of time in the pool and loved having the sea just feet away for a dip in there too, during the day. The water taxi is super convenient right outside the resort. With the beach bar and an ice cream shop just a few minutes walk away, you couldn't wish for a better location!

There was no information on access to the property. Apartments are on a hillside and there are steps to reach them from the beach.

Exceptional

Perfect place for our family holiday. Next to the sea, Cool pool with gorgeous sea view, apartement well equipped and very spacious terasse. Staff at the reception exremely friendly and helpful, again THANK YOU!!!! Boat taxi to other islands and to Korcula town just in front of the hotel. Parking on site. Really the perfect location for a family holiday, our son was super happy. We will definately return, could not imagine a better place to stay.

Lumbarda village is in walking distance but there is not much there except a couple of restaurants and an ice cream place. We went to Korcula town most evenings as we love the habour with all the big boats and the lively beautiful old town. But for families with younger kids Lumbarda village is definately sufficient, in walking distance and a tiny sand beach where kids can play!

Love Korcula and Lumbarda but not this place

Good location, pine trees all around.

Our apartment was super basic with a bunch of old furniture. Rooms didn’t get cleaned (not even once), towels can be changed every three days but only if you bring them down to the reception. For 150 euro/night this is unacceptable. Apartments are individually owned so there is no standard for what you can expect. The only standard is lack of hygiene unless you do it yourself (with supplies you will have to buy).

Great family apartments, fab location

We stayed as a family of four and the apartment great. The apartment was spacious and had a lovely outdoor dining space. The kids loved the pool and could also fish on the rocks near the sea which they loved. Supermarkets nearby, fab beaches and restaurants all within a 10min walk. We loved our stay!

We stayed for 8 nights and didn’t have bedding or towels changed, a cleaner popping in mid way through longer stays would be great.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The area around the pool is really nice, with pine trees for the shadow, nice view and only few steps to the sea. Nice view from the apartment balcony as well.

We got an apartment which was not renovated and looked quite different than the ones advertised. Mattresses and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, beds very squeaky. Also the air condition from the living room was not strong enough to cool the bedroom (no AC in the bedroom). There were ants in the kitchen all over the counter and we found some worms in the wooden closet.

Perfect for a family holiday, as long as you like water! Great local restaurants in walking distance

our apartment had a great patio area with views out to sea (apartment E2), not all apartments had such a good view! Easy access to sea/beach/bar/supermarket

Great location, nice accommodation.

Cleaning of property when asked, was charged additional but wasn’t stated as it would be. Towels changed only when asked after six days even stuff said, they usually change towels every three days.

Proper option for family in Lumbarada

Good location, great terrace, comfortable apartment for family of 4, friendly personal, clean water, nice pool for children.

Internet was really bad for 2021! This is a must improvement in the future. Ants are all around, but if you are careful and don’t drop or forget any food on table etc…. You can live with them in peace 😀😂.

Fantastic location for families in quiet and beautiful Lumbarda! Right by a beautiful beach, easy access to the water taxi with the dock right across the street from the property, and the swimming pool was always a hit with the kids.

Next time we will probably opt for a superior apartment (as opposed to standard) because it would have been nice to have a washing machine to do laundry during our stay.

A great place to stay for a week

The apartment had everything we needed and a beautiful view from the window of the mountains opposite. There was plenty of hot water and lots of space in the 2 bedroom apartment. Kitchen was well equipped and nothing had been forgotten. The pool was lovely, overlooking the sea and lots of loungers. Partially in shade it was a relaxed place to read and take a dip. We loved jumping off the jetty into the sea every day right outside the front of the complex. We got a taxi to Korcula town and enjoyed wandering around, you can also get a water taxi right outside the apartment.

The only thing I would change would be to have a balcony - we did have an outdoor space with table and chairs and umbrella, but it didn’t have a view. Some apartments did have a balcony and this is probably something I should have checked beforehand. The very nearest beach isn’t pretty altho has a nice beach bar and inflatables for kids. But a pleasant 20 min walk round the coast to the right of the property brings you to a very nice beach with beautiful shelving sand and shallow water - perfect for kids. It’s hot but you can hire an umbrella.

Not worth the price

Pool area. Surroundings: 1. 3 beaches with the sandy bottom within 15-minute walk 2. a lot of places to eat 3. great view from the apartment

TL,DR: Not worth the money:/ (115 EUR/day in Jul.2020) Ants Stinky water first day of the stay No cleaning No WIFI Worn out furniture This is how I imaging social housing/refugee camp. This is just with regards to the apartment I was staying in. Worst accommodation I have booked using booking.com (I think I use the site for 10-15 years now)
