Excellent location in the centre of the old town. Close to restaurant's and bars.

Did not have breakfast

Only a very small issue, the key pad was difficult to use sometimes.

lovely outdoor area no sunbeds as shown in pic but plenty of seating with shade / covered area really comfortable beds very clean and tidy good location within the wall of Dubrovnik(except for steps😞)

upstairs was less modern and only one air conditioned unit . bedrooms upstairs had fans double bedroom far to cramped , had to climb over bottom of bed to get in would benefit of reshuffle of furniture air con in each room upstairs shower bangs on ceiling therefore limiting opening ok for slim people!

Excellent location and price - would stay again

The properties location was fantastic. It was located in the old town, so expect a lot of steps to the property. The downstairs of the property had recently been renovated, and these rooms were airy and modern. The outside space was a lovely addition, the owners were friendly and able to give excellent local knowledge.

The room upstairs requires some modernisation, but the logistics of doing this in the old town are a significant and costly barrier for the owners. Despite this, the rooms are still pleasant and clean.

Fantastic location, great size bedrooms and great communicator.

The location was amazing, right in the old town, minutes walk from the restaurants. The property was very clean. I recommend bringing walking shoes and no heels as there are lots of steps in the Old Town. Flips flops with backs are safer! Host was very easy to get hold of and answered questions quickly. Would definitely consider coming back. Filter coffee machine was a great.

We loved the location, the quiet atmosphere, the spacious bedrooms and living area, best of all the generous outdoor patio which we used everyday. There were ample space for both families! Really useful and practical to have a washing machine which we ended up using one day. Both Ivica & Pero were super helpful, communicative and welcoming.

There was a bit of smell in the upstairs bathroom but not unbearable. the upstairs shower works great for us as we’re not tall and large but may be a problem for others.

the location was great and the hosts were great! The hosts did a great job making sure we got to the apartment and they had great communication.

the cat pee and feces was terrible! we could not use the patio because of the smell and it lingered inside. The house could use a good clean it felt a bit dirty. Wish I could write a better review since the hosts were so kind, but the stay was uncomfortable due to the smell and cleanliness of everything.

Great accommodation in the center of Dubrovnik

First of all we liked the owners very much. They offered us help from the very arrival and also when we were going home, regarding parking, restaurants, everything we needed. Very nice people. Location of the Old House is fabulous, very near of Stradun. For three families, with three kids this house was the best option. And the stairs from the Stradun to the house kept us in good shape😉.

The host is very friendly and willing to help and location is great

The room is so cold even with the heater especially the bathroom and the shower sometimes doesn’t work. The house is in poor sound insulation. You can hear your neighbor talking and walking all the time and so can your neighbor. When we talked in low voice at 11pm, someone just knocked the window and shouted at us very impolitely.

We loved our stay at Old Dubrovnik House. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

Great location inside the walls but close enough to the gate that you don’t have to walk far with your luggage. The owner is very helpful and friendly, he met us late at night and helped us settle in to the house .The house is beautiful, lots of room for 2 families.
