Impossible d'ouvrir la porte de la chambre en pleine nuit !

L'emplacement près du campus universitaire. Les chiens bienvenus.

Arriver à 21h30, après 5h de route et ne pas pouvoir rentrer dans la chambre avant 22h30 !!! Le code donné ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons été 3 personnes (nous deux et un voisin de chambre) a essayer de le taper, en vain . Appel au numéro donné par Booking, mais en vain également ( 0,35€/min et la communication coupe avant d'avoir un interlocuteur 😔). Puis, nous avons trouvé un interphone , à côté de la borne d'enregistrement et avons enfin eu une personne qui nous a envoyé quelqu'un pour ouvrir. Cette dernière ne nous a présenté aucune excuse. Le lendemain, nous ne sommes toujours pas arrivé à taper le code, lorsque nous étions à l'extérieur ! Même une personne s'occupant de l'entretien nous a confirmé que c'était compliqué avec cette chambre ! Alors si vous avez la chambre 57, attendez vous à soit passer la nuit dehors, soit mettre votre patience à rude épreuve ... Bref, très déçues et le prix de la nuitée n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur, par rapport à ce désagrément.

Mir hat es an nichts gefehlt!

Das Frühstück war so wie man es sich in Frankreich vorstellt, eher süß ausgerichtet aber das war genau mein Geschmack! Die Lage des Hotels ist ziemlich außerhalb, aber gegen kleines Geld ist man mit der Tram schnell im Zentrum von Grenoble.

Good value and in lovely location

Lovely location. Very quiet and green. Nice size bedroom. Super shower and comfortable bed. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff and comfortable room.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Great choices for breakfast and friendly staff. We were directed to the restaurant opposite the hotel, with a 10% discount and the meal was amazing. We will be back!

Easy and simple as expected, unfortunately too warm at night

easy and fast checkin, clean rooms with separate entries.

A/C was not capable of cooling the room down to acceptable temperatures (28°C the whole night), not possible to open windows as they face the common access walkway. This would probably not be a problem in spring or autumn but strongly affected our experience in summer.

Good value for money

It's a very basic room, but nonetheless comfortable. I wasn't expecting much to be honest and I was pleasantly surprised. It was much quieter than expected (soundproofing was good), plenty of hotwater in the shower, fresh bed every morning. The breakfast (8.5E extra) was surprisingly good and featured local favorites (salted butter, apple juice, yoghurt and good bread).

I think the bathroom is in need of some dusting, but it's not a major issue.
