Bon rapport besoin prix, je veux un prix bas et par rapport au prix il n’y a rien a dire

Maintenant le bruit dépend des voisins qui ne veulent pas dormir en pleine nuit, nous avons eu un petit dérangement vers 1H, mais pour la seconde nuit tout a été OK

Hotel económico

Ubicación cerca de la carretera para hacer parada de una noche. Parking gratuito. Precio bajo.

La habitación mal aislada y fría y el aire no funcionaba. Tuvimos que tener el radiador eléctrico toda la noche encendido. Aparentemente limpio pero no a fondo. Con un mejor servicio de limpieza y renovado de sábanas y mantas mejoraría mucho. Por el precio que tiene no se puede pedir mucho más.

Accueil inefficace et surtout logement insalubre, intervention urgente nécessaire !!

Incroyablement mal reçu donc malheureusement rien

Machine sans papier donc règlement effectué sans distribution de carte d’accès, puis attente 1h avant que la personne a l’intérieur ne daigne sortir alors que nous ne cessions (avec d’autres clients sans le même cas) de frapper. Enfin accès à la chambre avec moisi, mur noir, odeur forte de transpiration, salle de bain avec bandes de moisi tout autour de la douche, en 1 mot INSALUBRE. C’est la 1ere fois que je laisse un message mais là il y a urgence à intervenir !!

Intrusif

L’emplacement était génial.

Nous avions mis la pancarte ne pas déranger sur la porte de la chambre lorsque nous sommes partis skié car il y avait des objets de valeur dans la chambre, lors de notre retour il n’y avait plus la pancarte et il nous manquée des affaires dans la chambre que la dame à la réception c’est permise de me prendre et n’as pas déniée me rendre. Après discussion avec madame, elle décide de nous mettre à la porte de l’hôtel. Nous sommes parti un 31 décembre à 19h, je décommande fortement. Résultat, nous ne reviendrons plus dans cette Hotel!

Good stopover hotel would use again.

Very friendly and welcoming reception man. Very good value for money which included a very acceptable breakfast. Great location for stopover, bed was comfy. Hippopotamus restaurant 5min walk was very handy.

Bathroom small and basic but served it’s purpose.

First room in really poor condition, but staff were able to provide a change of room.

Convenient location close to rocade sud. Lots of parking spaces.

First room the window catch was broken + the bathroom sink leaked when the tap was run + black mould around the bathroom floor edges. How anyone thought this room is OK to be rented out is beyond me, even at this low price point...

This hotel is an excellent option if you are on a budget .

This is a clean, comfortable budget hotel. The staff member at check-in was polite, friendly and professional. You have the option to adjust temperature in room. Parking area is gated.

The hotel address did not appear on the GPS system in my car.

Basic place to crash for a night

This one's a basic hotel and fits a small budget for a night.

Breakfast could have been a little more fun for the price at which they were offering it. The rooms are too dark. Some extra lighting can be installed.

Absolutely not recommaned, the owner doesn't speak English and is very impolite.

When I arrived, nobody was available, even though I had stated before that I'll be arriving at 2 pm. There was only a check-in machine that however, only accepts credit cards and no cash. Even though I payed upfront, I had still to pay the tourist tax, which was pretty annoying because the machine did not accept my credit card. Luckily, someone by chance passed by, who could help me out. The next surprise was that the owner does not speak a single English word. If you are not able to talk in French, you are completely lost, which actually even amused him. I payed up-front for breakfast (which by the way is pretty bad), however I'm suffering from a gluten and dairy intolerance and when I asked him, if there is/will be anything available without gluten/milk, he was pretty confused that I could even ask something like that. When I then asked if I can at least have my money back because there was nothing I could eat, he was just laughing and telling me (of course all in French) that this is not his problem and I won't get anything back. So, I had a pretty expensive and by the way a terrible tasting coffee from the hotels vending machine as my "breakfast" each morning. The room was ok (it had a/c); however the bathroom was very tiny, one of those you can attach to campers. It smelled very bad in there, which made the complete room smelling a bit rotten. For me, it was fine for 3 nights, but you shouldn't expect a real bathroom. In summary, I was very disappointed by the service. I mean, it's an international hotel on the campus of the university of Grenoble and the owner cannot speak a single English word. More disappointing was his reaction to my request of getting back my money because I couldn't eat anything of the breakfast. Not being able to giving the money back is one thing. But making fun of the person and the person's bad French at this point is absolutely inappropriate.

Motel experience was good

It’s a motel, by the main road. Easy to find, easy to stay for one. Iggy and go further. Friendly staff at reception, helped to restore keys for my husband who locked them in the room :) I thought I would hear the noise from the traffic but I didn’t.

Sejour agreable

Good facilities and room as I used it as a base for visiting Grenoble. Easy access to the tramline B to get into the centre of Grenoble- avoiding taking the car into the centre and dealing with finding a park (only 1euro 70)

Breakfast- would prefer real cups and glasses. The sliced baguettes were not of great quality
