Excellent accommodations!

It was in a great location - we could access everything by walking. The apartment was lovely and homey. There were outlets and USB ports readily accessible and the beds were very comfortable. Tony was always available and responded to messages quickly.

I would definitely come back

It felt like home. The location is amazing, next to Tesco, restaurants and pharmacies. A decent walking distance to the city centre and the bus station as well

Great location, property not 4 star as advertised.

Location was great. Living room area and bedding clean

Kerb appeal for cul de sac was poor. Parking space was covered in broken glass. Kitchen and bathroom need upgrading. Wooden flooring in bathroom warped with dampness and shower curtain should be replaced by a screen. Fridge needed a freshen up.

Property is in an ideal location, a short walk to city centre and transport options

Property had all the facilities we required, the only issue was shower pressure was extremely poor however we managed to get around this by using the bath taps, which provided enough pressure for shower head. Strongly suggest shower mixer tap is checked for restrictions etc.

Excellent accommodation

It is probably the best equipped holiday rental we have ever been in. The position is excellent with a 10 minute walk to City Hall. Wifi very good.

Exceptional

Clean comfortable flat with everything you could ever need thought of. Beds were lovely and the kitchen really well equipped. It was bright, quiet and nicely furnished. The location was amazing, a few minutes walk could take you everywhere you would need to go, including the Botanic train station. There are loads of restaurants and bars nearby and some supermarkets - including a middle Eastern one very close.

Fantastic place and incredibly helpful hosts

Beautiful light filled comfortable apartment. Had all the amenities one would want. Friendly and super helpful hosts. Great location half way between city centre and botanical gardens. Allocated safe parking space. Loved our stay here and would be very happy to recommend this place as a base in Belfast to anyone. Thank you to the hosts.

Very good

The location is amazing, it's close to the city center and Botanic Gardens with Ulster Museum (on the other side). The apartment is quickly reachable from the bus station, and very easy to spot. It's very spacious and has a lot of facilities (tv, hairdryer, iron etc etc...). Kitchen is fully equipped, there was really nothing missing. If you want to cook instead of eat out, it's fine! They have Netflix, so you can chill on a couch and watch films in the evening with a nice Irish cider. :) They also have books and games which is super nice! If you forgot a toothbrush or paste, they also got you! The owner was super helpful, I have never experienced something like that, he replied within 2 minutes. All in all very positive.

I was a bit disappointed with level of cleanliness in the bathroom (other rooms were ok). The shower head had hair on it and I spotted some spider webs. The shower also didn't work very well, warm water pressure was quite bad, but it was possible to take a shower. Beds are very soft, too soft for my taste. It was impossible to sleep with two in one bed, because you could feel every move of the other person, however, it's a personal preference I guess. (I just prefer harder mattresses). The bed in the small room also squeaks, so first night was a bit difficult, then I got used to. Apartment is a bit dark, which is a shame, but we didn't spend too much time inside, so it wasn't a big deal for us.

Perfect stay - fully equipped, super comfy and cozy apartment in ideal location!

The house is wonderful - beautifully decorated, has everything needed for cooking, super cozy and comfortable. I slept like an angel as the bed is very comfy and it is a very quiet neighbourhood. The location is perfect too, just minutes walk away from the centre, such as the Ulster Hall and City Hall! I was alone so it was a little expensive, but the house accommodates 4 people and even has a sofa bed, so it is very affordable for a couple / family with children!

The only thing I can think of is that the bath curtain was perhaps a little old, so it had a bit of a weird smell! But this is very irrelevant!

Location and space is what this apartment is about!

The location was perfect and the place was lovely and spacious. The kitchen has all you need to feel at home.

The main bed was very unstable/soft due to 2 mattresses being stacked on top of one another. I also would've appreciated a hair dryer.

Excellent central location for touring NI; comfortable rooms and facilities generally throughout 🙂

Cooker hood in kitchen is perfectly situated for 6’s to bang there heads regularly 😡 utensils draw could do with the inclusion of a pair of kitchen tongs and we never found the grill pan? Otherwise generally well stocked for self catering
