Good location with comfy rooms and great amenities

Great apartment in center of town with parking. Comfortable rooms and amazing roof top pool. Host was very helpful also

While no fault of the apartment, there was a heavy odor of nicotine smoke in the corridors and upon entering apartment

Ww hebbwn genoten van ons verblijf in het hartje van Marbella. Helemaalbtot rust gekomen. Goede service van Paola.

De locatie, douche en bedden

Beperkt serviesgoed en woonkamer. De bank en stoelen zaten niet echt lekker.

Fantastic apartment in the perfect location.

Firstly the hosts were brilliant - very helpful in all ways. The apartment is in a superb location - couldn't fault it. The apartment itself was lovely, very clean, spacious and it had everything we needed. We rented a car and we were provided with a parking space which was very helpful - the only slight issue was it was on level -4 but that wasn't even much of a problem. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Nothing - just cannot fault the apartment, host or location.

Great family stay.

great location, super clean and with a pool. it’s also a spacious place with a huge terrace. loads of good restaurants on your doorstep and the beach too.

no absolute basics like salt or a small bottle of oil.

Great apartment

Stayed in the apartment for one week and we had everything we needed. Comfy beds, lovely balcony (huge), swimming pool. Great location too. Staff were all very helpful when we contacted them.

Lovely modern apartment with all mod cons including huge balcony, friendly host and no issues at all

Great location close to beach, bars, restaurants etc. The apartment has everything you need and the bonus item is the rooftop terrace with a 360 degree view of the sea, Marbella town and the mountains in the background.

Highly recommend, great appartment and great location

Great apartment in the perfect location, near old town and One street up from promenade/ beach. Paolo was contactable on WhatsApp throughout the stay answering any questions without delay .. will be back for sure!

9 day stay, complimentary change of towels and bed sheets would have been nice .. available, but at an extra cost ..

Paola was an exceptional hostess. All our needs for arrival and departure were met with friendly care. The apartment was lovely and the view from the roof terrace was great of both the sea and mountains. The romantic old town was on the doorstep. Would love to stay again. Adi

Good location. Close to the beach promenade. Supermarkets & cafe/eateries around the corner. Close to bus stop. Parking available. Paola, our host, was always contactable & never failed to answer all our questions thru whatsapp. Good water pressure!

Lovely holiday at Piso Lujo Marbella Playa

Excellent location for Plaza de los Naranjas (Orange Square). Also the beach 5-6mins walk to each. Appartment spacious and well fitted out. Well air conditioned.Excellent value in restaurants at street level under appartment

Quite noisy especially from traffic and car horns/beeping at night.

Very good

Maria was an amazing host and respond quickly to all our requests. The apartment has a nice, sunny terrace, suitable for a family with kids. It has everything you need for a proper holiday.

The apartment is on a main bulevard, which is extremely noisy. We had difficulties putting our 20 months son to sleep, unfortunatelly. It was also annoing to eat on the terrace and hear the heavy traffic until midnight.

Wonderful apartment and Paola meet us when we arrive, she was very helpful and so kind. The Apartment was very nice and big. The location was so excellent, near the beach, restaurants and marketstores.
