The exceptional service and warmth of staff. The care and attention paid to enhancing my friends special occasion birthday was really appreciated and enhanced our arrival and sense of occasion. Beautiful designed spaces, a very aesthetic hotel with the service to match.

Enjoyable the roof top restaurant was amazing but they. Need to upgrade en-suite bathrooms

Beautiful location it has been very well updated and the staff were very friendly

The en-suite bathrooms are the old ones. For the price for the night I feel they should have been upgraded you had to step into a bath to take a shower and my husband is very tall and the shower head was too low

O hotel e o café da manhã são otimos

Ficamos em outros hoteis 5 estrelas mais a vontade. Fazem coisas desnecessárias por gorjeta . Me senti incomodada.E a vista do quarto foi a pior entre os hoteis que ficamos. Ele disse que tinha quartos com melhores vista mas eram mais caros. E já era o dobro dos outros.

kamer 325 : stond overvol met een tafel en 2 zetels matras....ERBARMELIJK...enorm ingeboet aan slaapcomfort kamer met een klein venstertje die overvol stond : claustrofobie service aan het zwembad : veel te weinig obers, systeem met bellen scoort niet, heel lange wachttijden bar normaal open om 11h...........om11h 20 nog niet open, bijgevolg drank meegebracht van de kamer Koffie in een plastieken beker !!!??? De bediening aan het zwembad is enorm te verbeteren(niet te begrijpen gezien de organisatie in het hotel anders top is. opsmuk badkamer in de avond : De gebruike handdoeken worden NIET ververst maar......terug mooi opgehangen of opgevouwd......in een 5-sterren hotel worden die mi ververst .

Grand hôtel avec un service inégal mais merveilleusement bien placé

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel sur la plage et près de la vieille ville. Nous pouvions tout faire à pieds Nous avons beaucoup aimé le restaurant sur la plage Tout est très bon : le restaurant edge sur le roof top, le petit déjeuner topissime( Nous avons rarement mangé d'aussi bonnes gaufres ou crêpes le matin ) et le restaurant sur la plage.

Nous avions réservé via Booking une chambre standard .Un upgrade nous a été proposé à notre arrivée moyennant le paiement de 30% en plus du prix de notre réservation, ce que nous avons refusé compte tenu de la différence importante de prix. Nous avons donc eu une chambre standard conforme à notre réservation et aux photos du site . En revanche la chambre était très bruyante . Bruit des autres chambres , mais également le bruit extérieur. Notre chambre était située en face des poubelles . Nous l'avons signalé à l'hôtel par 2 fois, mais aucune proposition ne nous a été faite sauf celle de bien fermer les portes fenêtres !!! Ce qui prouve que le problème du bruit extérieur était connu de l'hôtel. Y a t il un lien avec notre refus d'un upgrade du 1 er jour ? L'organisation du petit déjeuner était une vraie pagaille le matin. Attente de 15 mn pour avoir une table alors que des tables étaient disponibles mais non débarrassées. La qualité du personnel est aussi inégale. Il y a des personnes très efficaces et d'autres à peine aimables.

Nice hotel, nice location, nice swimming pools

- the room size - the balcony - breakfast buffet - concierge staff were helpful and nice all the time - receptionists were helpful and nice must of the time - house keepers were helpful and nice - swimming pools - Clarins Spa

- the sofa in my room was old and not comfortable, I informed the receptionist to replace it or something, the lady said she will see and come back to me but she never did. - the breakfast buffet staff were nice to me the first day but the second they treated me like I’m almost invisible ( maybe they wanted me to tip the first day but I went to breakfast without wallet, this is really weird)

Otelin konumu çok merkezi, lokanta ve alışveriş merkezlerine çok yakın. Her yer yürüme mesafesi. Roof Top'ın manzarası inanılmaz güzellikte. Güneşlenmek için sağlanan ortam son derece konforlu. Kahvaltı çok iyiydi, arayabileceğiniz hemen her şeyin olduğu çok lezzetli bir büfe vardı. Odalarda sağlanan hizmet, temizlik kullanılan malzemeler muhteşemdi. çalışanların kibarlığı, yardımları ve güler yüzlü olmları paha biçilmez. Umarım tekrar geleceğiz.

Superlative service and breakfast was excellent with attentive staff and a fab choice on offer.

Newly refurbished and decor is stunning. The service from the moment you arrived to being greeted by doormen to check in , offered bubbles and cold towels.. just awesome !

I loved all the hotel with no exceptions, the rooms are clean, facilities are amazing. The breakfast has a big variety , the chef Emmanuel was great ! The concierge was very helpful especially Ismael and Adrian they were helpful throughout our stay! The pool area is great , the staff are very friendly especially Adrian he speaks arabic and that was great! The security was amazing and around the clock which made us very comfortable! Im definitely coming back soon!

I wish they added more beef and chicken and meat in the breakfast ( it was all pork ) .

The decor was exceptional and all very comfortable. Every detail had been covered with great thought and design. The hotel had amazing staff and great care had been provided to make sure you had a fabulous holiday. Luxurious and beautiful hotel definitely a five star experience. The spa experience with thalassotherapy pool and massage in the new beauty rooms made my holiday. Breakfast was fantastic with a beautiful variety of food for all tastes. Loved the three pools, we didn’t really have enough time to try all the lovely facilities. We ate in two of the restaurants, we didn’t get the chance to try the fish roof top restaurant. The location was fantastic as the sea is right in front of the hotel and a few minutes walk from old Marbella town.

I found the food to be too expensive and there needs to be more than one option for vegetarians. I felt they had fabulous and beautiful restaurants at the hotel but the cost could put guests off from eating there.
