숙박을 후회했어요

2~3백년 전 쯤 네델란드(혹은 영국) 상인의 저택에 머무는 듯한 느낌. 직원들이 친철해요.

가성비 완전 별로에요. 게스트하우스 1인실 같아요. 모기가 있어요. 방음 x. 창문없는 방. 조명이 너무 어두워요. 체크인할 때 스리랑카식 조식이라 권하는데 비추에요. 그 돈으로 밖의 식당에서 사먹는게 훨씬 나을 거 같아요.

Heritage home stay in Colombo

It is a heritage house , centrally located and has all amenities. Very comfortable beds and a very beautiful house supported by kind staff

You may need to walk by stairs as there is no lift.

The owner, to whom the staff contacted after I found the hotel really disgusting with no hotel vibes, as the staff opened the gate in the night wearing shorts and in too shabby condition, was really rude and asked me to leave the hotel immediately. Also told my taxi driver to take me from his hotel. I told him that I'm a guest in your country and your hotel and it's not appropriate to speak like this to a lady, as the hotel was not even near to what it was shown in the Booking.com. Overall a very bad experience. At 1am, I had to go in the city and search for another hotel. A complete thumb down 👎

Good team with good tips!

Renu and Jeewantha looked after me very well. If you are lucky enough to stay in Sunrise Boutique while they are working, then you are up for a treat! Dushi provides a very good and detailed idea, where to travel according to your time in the country as well as personal preferences (sites, experiences, classes, etc).

Very friendly personnel and owners, amazing building and furniture, quite small street, tasty breakfast, reasonable price, laundry service

Slow unstable wifi (as everywhere), if possible try to change to optic fibre SLT (in other places it works better)

The place turned out to be pleasant, exceeded my expectations. There are only a few rooms here. the bed was comfortable, the owner and staff are helpful. there was a very pleasant dialogue in the morning at breakfast with other guests.

Very nice wooden furniture all over the building (people even come to do wedding photos!) Nice room under the wooden roof Big bathroom Good Sri Lankan breakfast Very nice owner

View from balcony not extraordinary, but we weren't there to look at the view Small issue with the bathroom sink not emptying, but should be solved by now. Not welcoming fresh juice (first time in 2 weeks tour)
