I would come again. Good value for money.

Loved the room. It had a very homely athmosphere and was super clean. Worth the money. Staff were very welcoming and made you feel at home. Their restaurant downstairs made the place lively and interesting and a nice meal option.

Pretty Terrible

I am disappointed. When booking, there is no warning about the fact that the hotel is very noisy, the room smells very much of the kitchen since it is located above the restaurant. the hotel positions itself as very nice and cozy, but this is absolutely not the case. upon check-in and throughout our stay, they did not greet us or smile at us. there was no drinking water in the room, wi-fi was dead. in the evenings they sing songs on the street under the windows, badly and very loudly. This is the entertainment provided by the restaurant. There are a lot of insects and foreign black hair in the room. The employees of this organization are rude and do not want to solve your uncomfortable stay. Not a very convenient location. complete lack of service. It’s completely unclear why the hotel costs so much money.

A great gently quirky Colombo base.

Friendly family based hotel. A clean and comfortable Italian based. Good food. An excellent stop over in Colombo if you don’t want to be in the centre.

One of the best places to stay in Colombo

The food in the restaurant was delicious. But it costs more than average. The room is big enough to organize separate working spaces.

The shower was not clean as it could be. A bit noisy in the morning.

Very good

Food was excellent, good selection. Room was clean and functional Italian Restaurant excellent food.

Only negative was power outages due to current situation in Colombo. The staff did everything they were able to. When the generator went down, nothing they could do.

Just loved it. Great place and really good quiet and interesting area.

I love this place. The room was large and carefully furnished with an excellent shower. People very friendly and efficient and food at the restaurant was very good and authentically Italian - well the owner is Italian. Simply go there!

Breakfast not included in the price but no problem with that.

A great facility in all aspects except for the staff's service in the restaurant.

Room was simple spacious and clean with good Wi Fi. The restaurant attached to this facility was exceptional. I would recommend this place to anyone

The restaurant staff were disinterested and lack training in basic service. The breakfast Omelet was served with toast and butter on the first morning. On the second, third and fourth morning I first had to ask for the bread and then the butter - inconsistent service.

Nice place to stay

The room was nice, spacious and clean. Our bed was very comfortable. The staff was really friendly.

It’s a bit far from everything but you can go to the city center easily by tuktuk.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Please dolce casa give your staff awards! Lovely hotel with a wonderful Italian restaurant. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Wish we weren’t just passing through!

My favorite place for Colombo stay

All staff are always very friendly, everything is clean and neat. The best point is I can use “dolce italia” whenever I want!

Downstairs is popular Italian restaurant in Colombo, and it opens 7-23. Sometimes on weekends a bit noisy until around 23.
