Lovely Guesthouse

It was a very well maintained and beautiful guesthouse and Hasmik and her husband were very kind. The breakfasts were really delicious with fresh ingredients. Yeghegnadzor is a great location. It’s close to the amazing Noravank Monastery and also the fascinating Areni 1 cave which is a must if you’re into ancient history. Hasmik’s husband took us to see many wonderful places. The kitchen was great, where we could do some cooking. There was also a shop with various groceries and fruit and vegetables nearby. We loved our stay in Yeghegnadzor!

The owner is very friendly and can speak English. Nice garden.

The bathroom was shared and the room wasn't particularly attractive. The city centre nearby doesn't have, in general, anything interesting to see and you have to take the car to find a restaurant

Everything was just perfect! Hospitable lady who welcomed us and accommodated us in a bigger room than the one we booked and this was a compliment from her side. The breakfast was homemade and so tasty, the room was extremely clean and the beds comfortable (the mattresses were brand new). Highly recommend the place to everyone visiting this amazing region in Armenia! We are grateful that we had the luck to meet such great hosts!

Quiet relaxing place to stay, with great hosts

Really friendly welcoming hosts. They made me feel very at home. The garden was lovely to relax in and I had a whole cottage to my self so that was great too.

Armenia as a whole is a country where a tourist receives an excellent service for very little money in comparison with Europe and America. This small family run hotel is no exception. Crystal clean rooms and toilet, fast internet, good breakfast, friendly hosts.

Excellent hospitality and homey atmosphere.

Everything. Real paradise for travellers. Couldn't imagine that will find such professional hospitality with homing atmosphere. Will be back for sure.

Everything was well organized, atmosphere like home, beautiful yard and garden, outside sitting, house amenities ideal. Couldn't dream of better place to stay. Thanks a lot to Hasmik for the best hospitality and delicious cooking.

This was such a wonderful stay for us. Hasmik and her husband are gracious hosts and took good care of us. Their guesthouse is well designed with a beautiful garden area to relax or enjoy you outdoor meal, and the main building of guests rooms has a large, shared kitchen and lounge. We enjoyed a healthy and abundant breakfast from Hasmik every morning, and used the kitchen facilities to prepare our own meals in the evenings. We could not have wished for a more perfect place to stay while in Yeghegnadzor.

You can feel the soul of the house owners in everything - green garden, each room has its own style.

Personal touch, big and varied breakfast, beautiful space around, clean house - it's just lovely! Hearty conversations with the house owners will stay with us for a long time!

A wonderful base to explore the region around Yeghegnadzor - definitely worth spending several days here. This is the perfect guesthouse - comfortable, extremely clean, and with special touches such as fresh fruit. Hasmik is a lovely host, a great cook, and her husband and brother-in-law are both excellent drivers for local sights. A special highlight was sharing a barbecue meal with Hasmik's delightful family

Lovely hosts, clean and comfortable place to stay!

Hasmik and her husband are great hosts, lovely people, very friendly and ready to help out with any questions and requests that you might have. Comfortable and easy stay when traveling to Tatev. The breakfast is very fulfilling and delicious! Definitely recommend!
