Was,a great short break 2 nights perfect

Very relaxed vibe Breakfast and dinner was of a high standard. Boat cruise very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was perfect spacious and cozy

Nice family resort

Food was excellent - tasting and quantity. All staff super friendly and professional. Lots of activities offered, supported by attentive, friendly and professional staff. Lots of focus on kids activities too. Super clean and well maintained. Beautiful swimming pools.

Not a lot of healthy food options. Slow food service mostly due to lack of infrastructure for a lot of people (example is the small egg cooker). Beginning of the dirt road needs grading.

Fabulous winter family getaway in the bush, not far from JHB. Highly recommend.

Tent was exceptional! Highly recommended, very private and luxurious. Hot blankets on beds, very spacious, indoor fireplace, aircon. Absolutely wonderful. Kitchen well equipped.

Geyser took long to heat up for sink and 3rd tented bedroom. Would love heated pool for Winter, but really it was magnificent and even better than it looks in the pictures.

Besides dinner, this was a beautiful staycation.

The breakfast was good. The staff was very professional and friendly. I enjoyed the boat cruise also.

The dinner was not good at all, I feel like there was no effort whatsoever. There were no options to choose from. Nothing was tasty ☹️. The bread served at breakfast was absolutely rotten, not fresh at all😞.

Refreshing, exceptional service, clean, neat and very peaceful. A MUST !!!

Very professional, yet friendly service. Absolute value for money. Clean, private, comfortable, and peaceful. A definite return for more place. Loved the rooms cleanliness, great shower. Wonderful view in the nature. Just a great place to visit.

That we could only stay for one night, but it was still absolutely worth the travel.

Nice quiet reserve.

Nice resort, peacefully, staff friendly and efficient.

Made the mistake of walking around the camp, came across the staff quarters and rubbish dump...wow it is filthy, don't understand it.

I think I have found my new "happy place"

The staff were all very helpful and so friendly. My husband and I felt so at home and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The ladies at the spa, especially Marinda were fantastic. The food was so fresh and tasty.

The warm welcome by the ranger assigned to us, Hannes, who was knowledgeable, patient, professional and friendly, set the tone for the rest of our stay as he maintained the standard/level with the game drive and boat cruise and beyond. The whole staff from the receptionist to the kitchen staff to the rangers and maintenance staff were just amazing, every member of staff was professional, helpful, very friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and pleased. The massage therapists did a wonderful job, amazing! The food was delicious. The chef and our waitress were just as wonderful. We were booked in Villa 2 and it exceeded our expectations! I was impressed by how everyone went out of their way, beyond their job descriptions, to assist and ensure that we were happy, comfortable and settled. I regret booking just one night. I am definitely going back soon 😊

Perfect getaway to recuperate.

Breakfast was good, would be great if it can vary from day to day. Dinner was excellent. They catered for our baby as well upon request.

Network issues every now and then. Not much of an issue but would be great especially in the rooms.

The experience we had was worth every cent.

The food was fantastic and a good variety of meals. The room was neat and clean and the size was also good enough for a family of 4. The facilities were well looked after, both pools were clean and sparkling, service was great right from time of arrival until we left the resort. It was also awesome to see that there were a few kiddies activities which was a bonus. The sand road to reach the destination was also well graded and didnt slow you down too much or damage the vehicle.

It would have been nice if a waiter served you at the pool area

Amazing staff, property is great for a night or two.

We didn't have any expectations as we booked only a few days up front. But when we came in to the park and saw ostriches and giraffs after 30 seconds we were sold! The staff was very friendly and the Segway tour was absolutely the best experience. The dinner was great and so the breakfast. Waking up with the monkeys chatting outside your window and a kudu walking by was amazing!!

Can not find anything we didn't like :-) But if pointing something, we didn't do the sunset boat ride as it was fully booked and didn't see hippos nor crocodiles..... and the dirt road could need some maintenance.
