Breathtaking in all regards
The hospitality was outstanding. We have not only felt a very warm welcome, but the hosts even helped me fix our broken tire right away, no questions asked. The food was amazing. Different fresh local dishes every day. The place is located in a small village right next to a beautiful river in the middle of the mountains.
Only stayed a few days.

Great riverside community, super clean facilities and a super nice river at your doorstep.
Safe community & welcoming hosts. Step back in time to enjoy rural Jamaica in the hills. Delicious home cooked breakfast from Claudette’s Ital repertoire. Pack a picnic, choose a pool and let the rushing Swift River wash away your troubles. Bring your flashlights so you can walk down the road at night to have dinner with Inez @ Ida West. Bar & Grill; join in or just watch from the sidelines the locals’ spirited games of dominoes; experience the star studded inky black sky on your way home. Call it a night with crisp linens and sweet night breezes. Shared bathroom if other guests present. Sunshine on my shoulders makes me happy!
Could use a private guest patio area with comfortable chairs.

Simplicity, tranquility and lush vegetation.
The vegan breakfast and coffee was very good each day. It is a very calm, clean and safe establishment. When you are there, you feel as if you are one with the nature around you. I would recommend this to the traveller who is looking to reconnect with the wonder of nature and take a break from the clutter and chaos of contemporary living.
