big name but horribly managed property

not a good property apart from the location nothing really worked for me

everything from the room to the service to the security even the food they provided was cold and premium prices. checkout desk has super slow people takes hours for the formalities

Pool under construction, rude scammer manager..no refund given

The female staff where friendly and helpful

The manager was rude and unhelpful. The pool is under construction and this wasn't clear when booking. They hide that information amongst their covid policy but booking.com filters showed me this place has a pool. I only booked it to use the pool and when I checked in they didn't tell me the pool is not working at all. I tried to leave immediately but they won't refund me even though this has been misold and I co tacted booking.com who agreed with me that under construction is not usable and shouldn't be sold as having a pool. The hotel manager refused to refund me as they are a scammer. I moved hotel to a new place but the manager kept my money so all I can do now is negatively review this scam hotel. I didn't need this bad experience after travelling 20hrs from England and wasting half a day moving hotel

Staff were good especially the security people.

Rooms to be checked before check in if it's proper coz coffee machine etc not working. Polishing work on so created trouble to come and go.

in location near to exhibition ground

the rules crazy set of rules they have when we check in they share, they will not give u second key to access room at all, if ur partner is out ever with keys, u have to keep nagging the reception to help go to room, they cant generate two keys for the room, the hotel will give u all the possible inconvenience, to make ur say worst to bad, watchman’s are manging hotel rather then hospitality staff.

it was a average property..

location and the attidude of housekeeping staff..cleaniness was not upto mark and had maintainence issues…
