Excelente y comodo lugar

Es bastante cómodo, muy bonito y agradable, tiene una muy buena ubicación, a dos cuadras del centro

Quizas sugeriria poner algun servicio de cafe en la habitacion ya que no cuenta con restaurante o cafeteria

Excelente lugar

Muy bien ubicado, limpio, cómodo, habitaciones amplias, detalles decorativos agradables por todo el lugar y excelente atención del personal, incluso antes de que llegara a hospedarme. Me encanto que mi habitación contaba con chimenea de etanol, lo que le dio un ambiente muy cálido y acogedor a mi estancia.

Problemas con el agua, en dos ocasiones se fue y tuvimos que decirle a un chico como vigilante de noche, ya que era temprano no había nadie en recepción, habíamos reservado 3 noche y solo estuvimos una

Loud fireworks in your vicinity, non sleep warranty.

The place offers overall quality and comfort inside the facility.

VERY IMPORTANT: The immediate neighborhood has a culture of loud noise firework "celebration" during the weekend's nights, the fireworks are loaded 50m away from the hotel all night long. They never warn you about this uneasy situation, it is radically nonsense behavior in a small tourist town. Expect a non sleeping night with no rest warranty at all. This is the overall most stupid situation I haver ever lived in my traveling experience. For a peaceful night avoid at all costs any hotel in the town of Bernal.

Nice Stay!

The location is very good, with in walking distance to the small town. Great relaxing terrace, specially after the hike of the Pena. The room heater was a bonus, as our room was on the main floor and the night temperature was quite low.

Great stay in a real Pueblo Magico Bernal

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff, Location a few minutes outside center but nice view of the Pena from the roof terrace. The owner loves horses and wine, they sell bottles of their own label (excellent) at the reception.

No breakfast, only coffee, not really a problem as various choices close by (I can recommend "Veintidos")

Spa bath in the room is great. Very clean, good hospitality and relaxing atmosphere. At rooftop terrace, we could enjoy the great view.

Pretty but bland for the price.

We rented the top floor suite with views of the peña (monolith) off our balcony and bed. Super amazing view!! Only suite on that floor. We had the rooftop lounge patio all to ourselves. Bathroom was very spacious. Free secure parking (can see car from balcony). Comfortable firm bed. Location is very good.

At arrival I inspected our exclusive suite and found we had no towels in the room. Both nightstand lamps were disconnected and I had to find a way to move furniture and connect. One of the night stand table lamps never worked. When we finally went to take a shower. No hot water. Had to re-dress and walk down to reception due to no phone in room. Guy had to fire up our gas water heater on our balcony. When we finally had hot water, the shower head was clogged and weak. Bad showering experience. No breakfast is included. No restaurant on property. Coffee station at front of property only and only operated by staff when present. No coffee machine in room. No mini fridge. No safe in room.

Be warned you may not be booking in the location you expect.

We had a family room, which was very spacious and had a terrace with an amazing view. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and did his best to make us feel welcome.

We booked the Hotel Boutique Rancho San Jorge, but when we arrived we were told our booking was actually at a different location a couple miles out of town (Cabanas Rancho San Jorge). Whilst the view was incredible, it was peaceful, and the cabins were attractive, the fixtures and fittings of the cabin were badly built and it felt low quality. It is also not right that we booked thinking we were staying right in the centre of Bernal, but were actually a drive out of town in an isolated location.
