Casi perfecto.

Bonitas y limpias las instalaciones, todo muy moderno.

Solo talvez no tener en cuenta las solicitudes que se hacen en booking, ya que solicite hacer la check out en una hora diferente. Y no se efectuó así De resto todo excelente.

La limpieza es extrema y el personal es muy amable. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto y de Conecta 26. El desayuno está bien para ser el hotel más económico de la zona. El internet no es súper rápido, pero está bien si se trabaja en línea.

Probably wouldn't stay again, unless I had an early morning flight.

Proximity to the airport, comfortable beds, hot showers with good water pressure, free shuttle service to the airport. Breakfast is ok. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. If you don't want to take the shuttle, there are always taxi's waiting outside, and a trip to the airport will run you about 40,000 pesos, or around $10 USD. But for the price, If I didn't have an early morning flight, I'd probably choose to stay somewhere more centrally located.

There are two hotels in this building and it's a little confusing. No conditioner in the shower. Getting to the hotel is confusing, even for the taxi drivers. We had to navigate our driver to the hotel. It's far from the center and not a lot of food options around.

la ubicacion, a 5 minutos del aeropuerto, la comodidad de la cama y ofrecen traslado gratuito del hotel aeropuerto y del aeropuerto al hotel, los ubicas en el piso 2 puerta 5.

muy pocas opciones en el desayuno y pocas cobijas para el frio.

Excelente servicio, y atención, el wifi es un poco débil en la habitación que me toco , pero de resto impecable. La habitación estaba muy limpia, la atención excepcional , no desayune a pesar de que incluía desayuno porque viaje muy temprano pero tenia rico olor .

Sirve si es solo para dormir, pero en ese caso es costoso.

La cercanía al aeropuerto.

Las habitaciones son minúsculas y no hay posibilidad de abrir una ventana. Solo se puede ventilar con el aire acondicionado. La ropa de cama y toallas, claramente viejas. El baño muy bien, en tamaño la mitad de la habitación. Es la línea económica de estos hoteles pero siguen siendo casi 70 USD la noche, no tiene sentido para los valores de hotelería de Colombia.

Next time we will chose another hotel

They kept our luggage two days before the check in

The receptionist were very unpleasant, no early check in, they didn’t want to allow us using the washing machines before check in and when the time for check in came they had a line of people formed so took us 45 min to check in and to receive the keys. The maid took all the towels and forgot to replace them.

I ADORED this place. Quality price this was a big positive surprise. The building is super modern, very well connected by a shuttle, very close to the airport. Rooms are not big but SUPER functional, clean and modern. The building is on a quiet area where locals do sports in the weekends, it is very good for a quiet rest. Breakfast was good and there was an exterior garden where plants were labelled with botanical names. Adorable! I will surely return. Moreover, staff were fantastic and the early morning shuttle driver waited for me extra time in the airport and the departure shuttle driver helped me change my remaining colombian pesos to Euros. Both wete exceptionally kind and helpful.

Comfortable beds and location was good. Shuttle service was great.

Reception staff was not friendly, seemed bossy and stressed out. Breakfast was included, but scheduled time for breakfast was after 6am and I couldn’t taste it, as I left earlier; no coffee was available at any point.
