In heart of the old city

The terrace was lovely, everything inside was well though for and comfortable. The owner Rafaele was really helpful. The location is very good.

Amazing location, great views

The power turns off when you leave, meaning you can’t keep room cool or keep mini fridge on. Shower had paint ripping off, needs to be re-done.

It was very central.

The property is a renovated apartment broken down into rooms with private locks. It is in a residential apartment building on the fourth floor with a very tiny elevator to take you there, ao we took the stairs. The room was clean but the place lacked basics: no toiletry kit (no soap, no shower gel, no toothpaste, no conditioner), refrigerator does not work when you leave the room as it is connected to room key electrical base so coming back to a cold drink or storing leftovers is impossible, no desk chair. One thing that was odd was the balcony is shared with the room next door, separated only by a cactus so leaving your door open for ventilation was not an easy option. And the biggest gripe of all was the check in. We had a boat tour in the morning and clearly communicated that we would check in at 5pm (a very late check in). We got there at 5 but the person who should check us in kept saying they were late and we waited 1 whole hour in 105 degree weather. This is unacceptable.

Excellent!!

Perfect location! Near to beach clubs and restaurants and taxi stand! Tyler ( who checked me in) was AMAZING. So helpful!!! Gave me tons of information on everything! The room had everything you might need. Spacious and bed was super comfortable! Nice terrace with light for the evening. Great garden and sunset view. Bathroom was quite large with a great shower that worked well . Lots of counter space and towels. Nice soaps in shower. Oh and there was an elevator. :) Would definitely stay there again!! Thank you Tyler!

Ideal location, clean and tidy

There is no sign to tell you where it is. Also it looks like a hostel from the outside and graffiti inside the lift that seems unsafe. The photos do not represent true reflection of the hotel

Location is excellent, close to Main Street, the sea and one very good restaurant called Parrucchiano. Clean, well equipped, nicely decorated, cleaned daily.

It was a suitable location… close to most places of interest!

The owners had painted the room to freshen up however they didn't follow the appropriate procedures to ensure that no smell of paint was left in the room. During our first day of our stay it was almost unbearable: leaving us us feeling light headed and with a headache. We left almost immediately after checking in to stroll around Sorrento and we made sure to leave the balcony door slightly open. That’s literally how bad it was: that we felt that ventilation was needed in order to reduce as much as possible the heavy paint smell…

the location was very convenient, right in the center. Sorrento is a very nice friendly village. we stayed with our dog ted and the staff absolutely loved him. everything is super clean

The terrace was pleasant and good location.

The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on in a hotel, and I could hardly sleep. The rest of the apartment was like a college dorm.

The location and the staff are great! We had a room with a beautiful terrace as well.

No coffee machine in the room or enough instant coffee. The room did not look as good as the pictures. The finish is cheap and the lightings at night were very poor. There are smart tvs in the room but no applications (such as Netflix or YouTube) were installed.

The location is great close to the Main Street plus it is also close to bus station. The room was tidy and clean and above all the hosts were nice, kind and cooperative.

The attention to detail and care made us feel right at home!

Our host was absolutely incredible. She even left me a surprise for my birthday in the room! So sweet and attentive. She answered any and all questions we had at any time of the day/night.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect and beyond expectation. First of all, the location. It's close to the city center and you can easily access to the main port and Piazza Tasso. There's a Carrefour just across the apartment. Second, the apartment was super clean and fully equipped (including salt, pepper and olive oil). Cleaning service is provided everyday. We stayed in a studio with a huge balcony where you can eat and drink watching beautiful sunset everyday. The apartment is big enough for two or more (There are two more single beds). Lastly, the host is amazing. She's so kind and always responsive. She gave us lots of helpful information about Sorrento and the restaurants she recommended are so good. Overall, I really hope to come back to stay and strongly recommend this apartment.

Such an amazing property located in the middle of the beautiful Sorrento old town. Alida was really helpful and very responsive to all our questions and gave us best recommendations for restaurants. All and all we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back 😊
