Very bad and uncomfortable stay

I found a cockroach and spider and they wouldn’t like to turn the AC at gym The spa lady was aggressive with us I found a mattress not clean They turn off the lights at 11 When I ordered somthing from outside they didnot get it to my room It was horrible trip never go back

Exceptional

Good hotel and clean The rooms are bigger and very warm water. Pool is great and clean water. The restaurant was brilliant and tasty food The stuff always smile and on your service at any time .

High level like always

This hotel was really good value of money. Even more . I really like it. The rooms are big more than what I was expected comfortable bed and hot water for shower all time . The air conditioning is very cold and o really enjoyed it. Because outside it's very hot . The breakfast is great and a diversity of choices. The stuff are lovely and smile all time and are in your service all the time .the pool is clean and lovely really appreciate.

I barely slept. I felt like I was sleeping outside. Do not stay in a room facing the pool. The noise is unbearable. Wall

Rooms were clean. It was walking distance to the city center.

Noise level was terrible. Paper thin walls. Single pane windows that gave directly onto a very bus intersection. Guests upstairs were moving furniture at 1am.

The hospitality of the stuff reception/ restaurant Was parking for my SUV 4x4 front hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. I feel like my house .

The room was nice and big also very clean. The bed very big and comfortable. The pool area modern and so beautiful. Our room was very noisy. Up to the restaurant.. haven't sleep much.the food was disappointing... not quality and 9 pm was almost no option. No food left. The breakfast disappointing too .. the hotel very clean. All day smell domestos..

Feel like at home

Great hotel. And great stuff. I use this hotel all the time. If i come to Marrakech for business or with my family. Good food. Wonderful pool . Clean and big rooms. Very professional stuff. Abdellah.

Superb

Extremely good for a 4star hotel. Very clean and modern decor. Great facilities available within the hotel complex.

The fridge didn't work and there was no kettle for having a hot drink in the room.

staff was helpful specially mohammad on recpipn was very helpful

we book breakfast and dinner but dinner time they say we don't provide any water or drink with dinner you have to buy the water or drink they should mansion when we book the hotel we paid for the evening meal and meal should include atleast water if not soft drink plus very limited choice this is called 4 star hotel not even 3 star verity of dinner and breakfast breakfast every single day same no change I have been to other 4 star hotels in marrakech and Agadir but this is the worst one

accelent stay at Ayoub & Spa Hotel.

very nice stay in Marrakech and honest to say exceeded my expectations, because I booked two weeks ago from London another hotel but there was an A/C faulty on arrival and 40 degrees couldn't stay without A/C than I was lucky to find this hotel nearby and everything was amazing excellent A/C.

No complaint at all.

Good location, amazing breakfast option, very close to local restaurants and shops, friendly staff, clean hotel, Highly recommended.

Due to fly cancellation we arrived 12h later to hotel ( manage to book next fly) in and unfortunately our room wasn't ready. so we had to wait two hours at the reception for the other guest to vacant the room, even if I sent the email and I did let the hotel know that we will checking in next day in the morning instead of 10pm previous day. So it wasn't a good experience to start with but the rest of our visit was very good. No coffee option in the room or even no kettle provided

the swimming pool area is very sunny and they could provide parasol for the guest , they don’t have any .

the property was very clean and had great facilities, it is in a very good location we were able to go to places quite easily, the staff were very nice, they always made sure we were good and comfortable, if there was ever a problem with a facility, which rarely happened they fixed it asap. honestly a great hotel for the price.

Disappointing

Noisiest room I have ever had in my life. Woke up every few hours at night. Overall the hotel was okay and pool area was also fine but there wasn’t possibility to sleep normally.

Hopefully you can deal with the noises, because it came inside of the hotel.

Great staff, clean rooms and amazing location!

the property was super clean - the staff cleaned every day and helped with everything you needed. also there is a pool, spa and sauna in one place, which is great! The staff was very kind and helpful.

the breakfast was a bit expensive - 80 dirhams, and I don’t think it was worth it. In overall, all the extra charges were a bit too high - it’s better to go for food somewhere outside.

I had a wonderful experience last week at the hotel ayoub . Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to everybody.
