Goede locatie voor een goede prijs, levert wat in op hygiëne.

Perfecte locatie en zeer aardige host. Kamer was ruim.

Hygiëne had zeker beter gekund. De douche was matig schoon, en er zaten vlekken op de banken in de kamer. Nodigde absoluut niet uit om op te gaan zitten. Ik reisde voor werk dus ik was veel buiten de kamer, maar ik kan me voorstellen dat als je voor de leuk (samen) reist, je niet op de banken gaat zitten.

Caravaggio inspired studio that was spacious enough to unwind at the end of the day of exploring Ghent.

Very comfortable, perfect location, helpful host.

The location is excellent, very close to the beautiful and historic centre of Gent. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation is very comfortable and with an artistic ambiance! The parking available was ideal and not too expensive.

A very minor point, but a small table in the bathroom to put down washbags would be useful. Also some instructions of how to use the coffee machine, for those of us unused to that design.

Fijn verblijf in hartje Gent

De ligging en een prachtig oud pand waar je door Leonard hartelijk wordt verwelkomt. Ook was het mogelijk om gebruik te maken van de private parking van de buurman.

Centraal gelegen, ruim en proper. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Goed gelegen, op wandelafstand van het centrum. Ruime en propere kamer met zeer goed matras. Gratis koffie en thee op de kamer. Degelijk bed- en badlinnen. Privé-Parking aanwezig. Sympathieke gastheer Leonard.

Een minpuntje was het regelen van de watertemperatuur in onze douche. Het ging soms van heet naar ijskoud. Maar dat kan opgelost worden. Kamers aan de straatkant hebben ook wat hinder van voorbijrijdend verkeer.

Ik ga hier niet meer terug

De ligging is perfect! heel leuk mooi gebouw met grote kamer.

Er staan helaas 2 hele vieze zetels en 1 hele vieze stoel waar je niet gaat op zitten. Haal deze 3 dingen weg zet iets dat je kan afvegen en het is helemaal top. Dit maakt het enkel vies en vuil. In badkamer geen plek om je spullen of kleding te leggen (enkel de vieze zetels en vieze stoffen stoel)

rund um perfekt - gerne wieder

Das ganze Haus war ein tolles und künstlerisches Erlebnis. Die Zimmer war sehr schön, künstlerisch mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und bequem. Sehr freundlicher und gastfreundlicher Kontakt. Das Badezimmer war modern und sauber. Aufgrund der Gemeinschaftsküche kam man direkt mit den anderen Gäste ins Gespräch.

Big room & abundant light but disappointing overall

The size of the room and the abundance of light.

The shower was awful, the shower hose had come apart with about a foot of plastic hose exposed, was leaking on all sides and only a trickle of water was actually coming out of the limescale-seized shower head. Also the water temperature oscillated between very hot and very cold. The room and bathroom could've been cleaner. Staff/owner seemed disinterested and came into our room before check-out time and while we still had luggage and things in the room. I wouldn't stay here again.

Leuke, originele inrichting.

Gastheer was wat verveeld, niet geïnteresseerd of warm. Douche werkte niet goed, was uitgelegd overigens. Dunne dekens, beetje fris. Er was geen ontbijt standaard inbegrepen.

- Dat we een Visum moesten kopen terwijl dat het niet hoeft als Nederlander in België. - Koffie en thee kon je zelf op de kamer maken alleen waren er geen kopjes aanwezig, en ook glazen waar je water uit kan drinken waren niet aanwezig. - Lek in de badkamer, wat de host bij aankomst vertelde.

Für Partypeople

Parkplatz 15€ pro Tag, witziges Interieur, sehr bequemes Bett, freundlicher Empfang, Zugang per code, altstadtnah ca.8 min zu Fuß, Bus direkt vor der Tür. Alles in den Zimmern ist auch zu kaufen. Wer zum Feiern kommt, ist hier richtig.

Zimmer zur Strasse, Warhol, mit Ohropax gehts. Nichts für die Kleidung außer der kl. Garderobe an der Tür. In dieser Gemeinschaftsküche wollte ich nichts anfassen, hängt aber davon ab, wer gerade zu Gast ist, Niedrige stylische Tischchen, aber kein Schreibtisch. Für mein Empfinden zu dreckig. Obwohl, entgegen der Absprache, mit der Reinigung schon begonnen wurde, dabei war ich noch nicht abgereist...

Geweldig

De "Dali" was een grote kamer, met veel licht van buiten! Comfortable kamer met een grote, schoon bed. Schoon badkamer met alle faciliteiten. Helaas geen warme water vanuit de kraan, maar ik vermoed het werkt wel als je daar geduld voor heeft. All in all, very nice room :)

Geluidsoverlast en een ijskoude douche

Tegen een redelijke vergoeding konden we de auto kwijt

Helaas geen goede ervaring gehad bij Quartier Leonard. Toen wij ‘s avonds rond 22.00 in de B&B aankwamen, was er een huis feest gaande. Onze kamer was de Dali kamer direct boven het verblijf van de eigenaar. De vloer trilde van de harde muziek. Om kwart over 10 aangeklopt of de muziek zachter kon. Het geluid ging even omlaag, maar al snel weer terug omhoog. Om 22.50 toch maar een bericht gestuurd dat we erg last hadden van het geluid, maar geen reactie. Om 23.00 toch weer naar beneden gegaan om aan te kloppen. Een vrouw fluisterde excuses en pakte me uit het niets beet voor een knuffel (???). Daarna ging de muziek zachter maar nog last van harde geluiden van de feestgangers. ‘s Nachts naar het toilet, bleek de elektriciteit uit te zijn gevallen, dus met zak lamp naar de wc. Om 7 uur ging er beneden een alarm af wat bleef piepen. Zeer slecht geslapen, dus ‘s ochtends onder de douche gestapt om de dag fris te beginnen. Maar helaas, de geiser sprong niet aan, dus alleen koud water. De eigenaar kwam even kijken (45 minuten nadat we het meldden) maar kon er niks aan doen. Onze ervaring aangehoord, maar kon geen enkele compensatie bieden. In een stad hoef je niet te verwachten dat het muisstil is, maar dit was belachelijk.

Excelente lugar

Muy céntrico, limpio, espacioso, muy bien decorado, muy acogedor, el Sr Leonard es un excelente anfitrión, explica todo muy bien, y permite estar en todo momento en comunicación con él para proporcionar ayuda,información y todo lo q necesite el cliente, sin duda una excelente elección. Quedamos encantados con esta estancia en Gante, sin duda regresaremos

A nice "special" place to stay in Ghent. Each room has a different theme.

The room was as shown on the pictures (Dali room). I did not use/need it, but there would also be a small kitchen in the house one could use. The location was great. It's close to the city center (all walking distances). A good thing was also the mosquito net in front of the room.

Heel lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Parking bij de B&B, vriendelijk en behulpzame host,

Mocht iets properder (vb. ontstoppen van de lavabo, matras), 's avonds (en nachts) lawaai (niet zo super geïsoleerd).
