Top Lage, Unterkunft von Innen definitiv verbesserungsbedürftig.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich TOP! Wir hatten einen kleinen Holzbungalow (D21), der von außen vom Stil her sehr schick aussah, eine große Veranda mit Hängematte, eine kleine Küche mit einem Kühlschrank und einem Wasserkocher hatte.

Wir hatten das Zimmer D21 und es war nur durch die direkte Strandlage ok…mehr aber auch nicht. Es fehlt einfach überall an Ablagemöglichkeiten. Im Badezimmer mussten wir die großen Handtücher vor dem duschen auf den Fußboden legen, da nicht ein verdammter Haken zum aufhängen vorhanden war. Absolut nicht nachvollziehbar wieso man da nicht einfach eine Schraube, oder zumindest einen Nagel in die Wand haut. Das gleiche mit den kleinen Handtüchern beim Waschbecken. Keine Möglichkeit diese irgendwo hin zu hängen, oder hinzulegen. Zudem keine Nachtschränke neben dem Bett vorhanden. Ich habe eins der 4 Kissen neben das Bett gelegt um das Smartphone, Oropads und die Schlafmaske darauf ablegen zu können. Das Bett ist sehr hart gewesen…selbst im Vergleich zu anderen harten Betten auf denen wir auf unserer Thailand Rundreise geschlafen haben.

Disappointing

Close to the beach.

It was dirty, and moldy. It also felt like an old abandoned military barrack. The staff was rude and not kind at all, except for one guy who was nice to us. We also asked them to arrange a shuttle to the pier on the day we were leaving and the said alright and took our money. They said be here tomorrow’s at 8:45. We went there at 8:45 and asked where is the shuttle. They casually told us, it has already left, so we had to arrange another one separately.

Endroit superbe, qqs équipements à rafraîchir

Emplacement superbe, avec une terrasse couverte sur la plage. On s’y sent bien. Bon matelas. Des chambres avec balcon. Bonne cuisine.

Salle de bain vraiment moyenne. Une seule toute petite étagère pour nos vêtements.

Lovely place

Room was nice , large windows with nice view on jungle+sea Staff was lovely , the owner is really sweet , helpful and funny Food was great Very chilled place to go as a couple or with children. No roads no car no music just nature and beach <3

Divers paradise - chillax place with beach access

Quaint cozy resort on tanote bay - very accessible to shore scuba diving and snorkeling. Good restaurant and bar open more than 18 hrs a day.

Super Zimmer in einem schönen aber etwas abgelegenen Hotel mit traumhaften Meer zum schnorcheln

Sehr schönes und großes Zimmer in der Natur. Super Lage mit extrem tollen Meer fürs Schnorcheln und Baden. Bad war gut und man hatte alles was man braucht. Parkplatz für Roller und Auto direkt am Hotel. Schnorchelausrüstung kann man sich dort leihen (100 Baht). Preis Leistung für das Hotel war ok.

Abends gibt es dort nichts zu essen. Man muss mit dem Roller oder dem Auto noch wo hin fahren, jedoch innerhalb von 5 Minuten Fahrt gibt es einige sehr gute Restaurants. Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich aber etwas unstruktiruiert und introvertiert, jedoch kein großes Problem.

The location is on the quitte side of the island. You can snorkeling from the beach. Friendly staff.

Accommodation is lot simpler.then the photo's show. Breakfast was just ok. Lot of peoplevisit this place just for the day,

quite ok experience to stay over at this property.

good location to beach and bay for sun bath & snorkeling, friendly arrival pick up & dispatch to pier. Good food at property restaurant.

no daily room service or daily replacement of used towels. wifi seems not stable . some time there is signals of wifi in the room some time there is no signal at all in the room.

Been here 15 years ago. Came back as a family. So e things changed at the beach but this accommodation stayed as good as 15 years ago!! Big hugs

Exceptional

The location is absolutely beautiful. The resort is located right on the beach with absolutely amazing snorkelling. Our kids adored the breakfast and the fantastic snorkelling. The staff were fantastic so friendly and great to chat to. Really adored our stay and we would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful and chill place, fantastic sea life for snorkeling

This is a great, chill and beautiful place. Mai, the host, is very cool, always keeps her calm and seems to have a dry sense of humour. The place is full with plants and details and has a bit of hippie flair. Direct acces to the beach, the sea there has the most divers fauna I have seen in Koh Tao. Amazing and beautiful. You can rent snorkel sets from the hotel which is very convenient. Food was very good too. Nice and chill music. Rooms were great too, One was on the ground floor with a/c and beautifully equipped terrace, the other on the first floor with fan and a truly amazing view.

beautiful snorkeling area hotel

the resort is quite nice. restaurant is really cosy and very good. room are confortable. beds are large. hard bed but this is our preference. owner is really nice. tanotee is really a very good snorkeling place. very closed to the beach you have so much fish and coral. very good for beginners. access to restaurant and beach is quite closed to the rooms.

almost nothing: Dogs barking in the middle of the night nearby. happily it is happening only one time. the place is not suitable for limited mobility person…but you could tell me that koh tao is not recommended for disabled person due to the several steep slope :-)

Unwinding place!

Second time staying there but this time with kids and friends, really nice place to stay in Koh Tao the restaurant is really good the beach as well... however a motorbike is needed. Looking for peace and tranquility that's the place!

You pay for the location

The location is obviously great, right at the beach but in my opinion that doesn’t justify a price like this if the hotel isn’t at least decent. The bed was fine comfortable wise.

The bathroom was dirty and we had both spiders and ants in our room. The staff wasn’t very friendly when we arrived, which is really unusual for SEA since usually everyone greets you with a smile. We also had to ask for our passport back multiple times even though the reception lady said she’d bring them back to us. The fan wasn’t very powerful so the room was always hot since it is not insulated at all. And the pictures of the hotel are slightly deceiving since the property looks less nice in real life.
