Die Unterkunft hatte eine gute Lage- man war schnell überall

Die Fotos sehen anders aus als in echt. Es war ziemlich dreckig (Schimmel in den Ecken) und die Live Music Bar gegenüber unfassbar laut. Das Frühstück war auch alles andere als lecker

Room was spacious and staff were all really helpful

The bathroom was a little dirty (being outside) - also access to drinking water wasn’t great, I asked reception and there are only 2 bottles given to you when your room is cleaned

The staff were amazing. I had a medical episode whilst staying here. The staff came immediately to help, called a doctor and helped out where they could. 10/10 The king room was spacious and the outdoor bathroom very large and nice. Room cleaners did a great job too.

A few more lounges around the pool would be good.

Lovely, peaceful place in the middle of everything!

The staff are absolutely wonderful, nothing was too much to ask and they were always interested in how we were enjoying our stay. the pool was right beside my room, and I liked that there were several areas with swimming pools, as well as an area you could sit under if it was raining. The room was absolutely spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. The gardens were kept immaculately and were full with the sound of birds and other animals.

It’s okay stay but a bit of expensive for what you get

- beautiful surrounding when you enter the place you walk through jungle such a nice feeling - comfortable room - nice and beautiful swimming pool, there are a number of them so almost all the time you have it for yourself, it’s quite and chill - buffet breakfast with good choice (warm sweet & sour dishes) which is nice - close to the beach ( but not the main one) - there is one bar opposite to the hotel that looks lively - welcome drink ice tea/ juice

- you have to walk up a bit to get to restaurants , the street itself is rather quite - the bathroom was not the cleanest - typical Balinese cleaning standards , rusty and a bit smelly - you can hear neighbors, mines were quite but if they weren’t it would have been loud

The hotel room itself has potential, it just needs a deeper cleaning. There are stains on the wall, as an example, there are stains next light switches. The key chain was sticky. The bathroom was clean on the surface, shower door, floor seemed clean, so did the toilet and the sink, but the tiles would need a deeper scrub. The towels felt clean, but one of them had a hole in it and they were dark blue, so maybe I just did not detect any stains. The bed sheets were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The air was stuffy, and I could not open the window. My room faced the Main Street, and it was the 2nd floor only, so there was a lot of noise coming from the street. The pool area looked very lovely, but I did not feel comfortable to stay at the pools because there are only 2 lounge chairs at each pool and usually this were occupied by guests. Each of the 3 pools is separated by the hotel buildings, and the guest who stay in the building surrounding the pool, they would stay at the balcony of their room and since the lounge chairs were occupied, I felt as if I am intruding in a private space of the other guests. They could improve that by adding more sittings to accommodate more guests at the pools. Breakfast was simple. I would not pay extra money to have my breakfast at the hotel. Overall, I am happy I only stayed there for 1 night.

I am not sure if that was a miscommunication by one of the driver, as one told me that Grab motor bikes could not come to that street to pick you up. Which was inconvenient, as I had to walk 7 min to catch my Grab. The next day, the Grab car driver picked me up from in front of the hotel.

Big room and bathroom. View of the pool. Nice Hotel, nice friendly staff. 3 minutes walk to the beach, cafes and shops.

Stayed in the king room and was exceptionally impressed.

The room smelt like mould and sheets felt damp! The breakfast buffet should have more options. Thought it was poor.

The staff really nice. Amazing location. Big and clean rooms.

The first night we were in a room facing the main street that has a bar in front. Was really noisy until 1am (we have a baby so was a problem for us). The staff was really comprehensive and changed us to a new room (the ones next to the pool) and fixed that problem. No noise at all.

Nice large room with a big comfortable bed in a great location. Love love love the clean refreshing pool outside our room.

The place is located near the ocean – 5 mins walk, the deluxe room are nice. The pool is right in front of the room

I've chosen the low category room at first and it was impossible to stay in because of the noise from the nearest bar and the room was tiny. So my advice is to choose the better option

Great location, close to the ocean to see sunrise and sunsets, la Brisa cafe and good massage salons. Spacious room and bathroom.

Sewage smell in the room, had to buy aroma sticks to help it. Breakfast varity is poor, mainly unhealthy.

the air conditioning was terrible, even at full blast. we didn’t get a wink of sleep. the room we got was not like the once advertised. well overpriced for what it had to offer. never going back.

It was very close to the beach. I felt safe as a solo female traveler here. Overall it was very comfortable

Nothing. Some may find the noise from the bar across the road in the evening loud. I quite enjoyed it. they have a talented band!

We liked the location of the hotel, literally a stone's throw away from the beach. The breakfast was bare minimum, but there are lots of other affordable options around the area as well. We love the service of the staff. They were friendly, polite and helpful. We used Grabfood a lot and the reception staff were more than helpful to accept the food for us.

The door required a key to lock and unlock. The key was attached to the plastic thing that was needed to activate the electricity in the room. It was very inconvenient for us at night as the room was dark when we entered and we needed to lock the room door before inserting the plastic thing in the door access for the power to come on.
