Déjeuner magnifique et bon service impeccable Belle variété de fruits j’ai pris aussi une toast à l’avocat saumon fumé œuf et c’était excellent L’emplacement est idéal près de la plage

Je kon aan de drukte ontsnappen in dit motel. Hing een relaxte sfeer en het was niet druk. Locatie was perfect, vlakbij La Brisa (market) en 20 min lopen van leuke bars.

Er liepen allemaal (rode) mieren in de badkamer. Ze zaten overal in.. toilettas kon je niet in de badkamer laten liggen, kleding idem. Dat was wel vies.

Lovely hotel

Very clean, modern rooms and bathroom, lovely helpful staff. We had a very late check-in due to our flight arrival time and they were very accommodating and someone was at reception ready for us.

Not the best location to the beach but an easy walk or scooter round with plenty of restaurants and bars en route.

not what we expected from the pictures

next to the beach

too expensive for what you get. the room is rocked down and there is no water at the room. our towels were dirty and fuzzy. no toothbrush or hair dryer available. the pool area is also quite dirty, especially the benches! there are better options for cheaper prices!

Nice roof-top area, but closed vibe and a big building site accross the road

* The hotel and room's minimal style was nice, and there's a great roof-top pool and sitting area, with a nice open vibe and view, and a nice separate foyer area. * It's in a very handy location with lots of nice cafes nearby and just a short walk to the beach. * The roadway it's on is quiet and the hotel is at the end of the lane so it's quiet / relaxed, and there's not lots of traffic and fumes (like on the main roadways). The hotel will send you directions, and in Indonesian if you're taking a taxi or Uber to help the driver find the laneway. * The staff are nice, seeming friendly, approachable and upbeat. * There's surfboards in the foyer, and loads of fresh air / windows in the corridors, and the rooms have small balconies. * Mini buses to other places will pick up from the hotel.

* The roof-top pool and sitting area always felt closed (staff said they'd bring a drink up to you now that they've closed the bar and we were unsure if this is long term, but it feels so). You could still certainly sit there, but it just felt a bit flat. * A big building site project is happening next door so you have to walk past lots of builder day and night and the room's view is onto the site and the builders living structures (it's currently at a distance though, so wasn't a problem, but could be noisy and more invasive in the future when the site progresses). And the laneway didn't feel that safe at night with many builders hanging out. * It didn't feel that comfortable walking down the laneway, and it wouldn't feel safe after dark on your own. * The toilet was broken (it wouldn't flush when we arrived and had unpacked). Staff had to come in and repair it which was a pain, but it was done by in-house staff on the same day (although they advised it be done when we were present in the room ourselves which was interesting). From other reviews (and the staff's response) we believe this is a very regular occurrence), It broke again while we stayed but we just made do, as there didn't seem to be an option (or much point perhaps) to move room and we weren't staying long. * There was a difficulty about paying with a card as the staff said they'd prefer cash and that their machine was broken. Fortunately the machine was back in action the next day when we were leaving, only having the card to pay with. * The foyer area seemed to have a nice, small cafe but again it all seemed very closed, and there were no prices anywhere for their advertised tea/coffee drinks etc. It felt a bit forelawn in what could be a lovely set up. * The balconys are tiny. * The hotel has some nice Tshirts for sale but they're expensive.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is perfectly located at the center and right at Echo Beach.

From a Surf Motel I expected a little more possibilities to socialize or to offer surf classes. It was just a place to sleep. The room has wooden slats in front of the window, which makes it dark and impossible to look out. Additionally there is a noisy construction site next to the hotel. The pool is also very tiny.

good location and clean

communication wise, it could be better. we were informed very late (2hrs after check in) that there would be a renovation going on on the top deck and pool. we booked the hotel a month is advance so would have been nice to get an early notification so we could rebook to another place. we were compensated with a 10% discount but I still believe we could have been given the chance to look for something else instead of being forced to stay there.

Lost my money to these crooks.

It was clean.

It was already a bad sign when at arrival they immediately asked me to cancel on booking.com and rebook with them directly. Obviously they didn't want me to leave a review, fortunately I didn't accept that. Turns out the entire rooftop is being worked on, there was no pool or any of the other facilities advertised and the noise in the room was unbearable as they kept drilling the building's concrete frame. I asked if I can cancel the last three (out of six) nights of my stay. They said yes, I would get a refund in two weeks. I asked a month later about my money, they said it's not their fault that I didn't get it. So I lost my money worth three nights of stay.

Great location near La Brisa. Very clean comfortable, safe rooms. Great rooftop pool
