I stayed three nights in the amazing town of San Gimignano. Every day I saw tons of tourists coming in for a few hours f

The entrance is right on the main walking street inside the old city. The room is back a few meters and is completely quiet and has a lovely balcony. The room is spotless and the atmosphere is fantastic. Melanie was great about communication and recommendations.

The perfect place to stay

The property was in a perfect location in the old town. The room was so quiet, peaceful, clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was incredible! The owner is delightful, accommodating and kind. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Excellent location and view.

Prior to arrival, very helpful information provided about parking and transport. A positive welcome by Melania. Our room had an amazing northerly outlook over the east of the town (and therefore also shaded and quite cool!). Comfy room, carpeted, fan provided. Wonderful town to explore, especially in the quiet of the early morning light, with plenty of breakfast cafes open.

Perfectly located in the centre of the old town and close to the bus stop. Spectacular views from the terrace. Really helpful and friendly host. Comfortable and clean room. Perfect.

Exceptional

There was a fridge, a fan for the bedroom which was needed given the heat and the location was fantastic. The host provided a great introduction to the accommodation and our stay in San Gimignano, and provided great recommendations of where to go for meals. Thankyou Melania.

The mattress was quite firm, and there was no kettle to make tea.
