We felt great here

Great hospitality and communication via whatsapp, very clean property in a quiet location in the centre of Tirana. If you are not up for luxury this villa is great, you have all that you need and is good value for money. Host arranged a taxi to pick us from airport and we had a very long delay in our flight, nevertheless we were waited by taxi driver 3 am and he brought us into the room, all very comfortable. Very grateful to taxi driver& host. We were provided with info via whatsapp for everything that we needed, thanks again for all. Bonus sight: 2 lovely turtles in the yard😊

Cannot think of anything in particular, all good! it is a family b&b so don’t expect hotel conditions but expect very clean house & a nice welcome.

Owner made me feel welcome - good communication.

Owner gave excellent instructions on how to reach the house. Also, lots of info about eating out & things to see. Great location, central & tucked down an alley. Quiet spot.

Wasn't a problem for me, but if window open in back rooms, you'll hear loud music coming from the hotel next door. (Personally, I liked their music). I recommend emptying the rubbish bin from the bathroom/toilet each day.

The owner is nice and friendly and very helpful to everything. the place is very central area in Tirana. the room is nice with sitting room and kitchen convenient for staying going out to everywhere.

Personale gentile e posizione centrale

Siamo stati accolti benissimo e lo staff è stato super gentile e disponibile. La posizione della struttura è centrale, infatti è possibile raggiungere tutto a piedi. La camera è abbastanza spaziosa, dotata di bagno privato, fuori dalla camera, ma con chiave personale, e cucina in comune (durante il mio soggiorno non c’erano altri ospiti). Il rapporto qualità prezzo per questa struttura è stato davvero ottimo.

È stato tutto perfetto, unica nota negativa è che la cucina in comune non era troppo pulita, ma a me non è servito usarla.

La posizione e la tranquillità

Bagno ad uso esclusivo fuori dalla camera, poca privacy ,era necessario attraversare un corridoio. Acqua calda non disponibile sempre, perché prodotta con impianto solare, svegliatomi alle 6 non mi è stato possibile fare una doccia calda.

In the city centre, yet protected from traffic and noise, ideal.

Great position, though it is in the city centre the villa is located in side alley that isolates it from traffic and noise. The rest is in walking distance and you'll be in constant whatsapp contact with the owner who is more than willing to help. recommended.

The shower drain should be looked at, water drains slowly.

Location and private parking

The place was dirty and the smell of old people was not bearable. The cleaning lady couldn't speak any language. Bathroom was filthy and full of rust. after the shower you felt dirtier than before. You couldn't flash toilet paper in the toilet. The beds were very uncomfortable and the mattresses were dirty and smelly. The air condition worked badly and smelled like something rotten. The "washing machine" in the common bathroom was old, dirty and we couldn't use it. We had to use the washing machine which was used by the cleaning lady and we had to wait more than 3 hours to do the laundry. It's not worth it. Find something else. Even the garden was full of rotten oranges 🤮

A comfortable stay!

Good location, had everything we needed for one night. The host was the stand out - very good communication (English), ensured everything went smoothly and that we were happy. Even organised a taxi for us the next day at short notice and provided some recommendations ☺️

Very nice host. He gave detailed instructions on how to find accommodation. A lot of information about shops, cafes, sights of the city. Accommodation in the very center of the city. The female maid is very pleasant and uses to make you feel comfortable. The room is quite large, the bed is comfortable. There is enough space. The shared kitchen has everything you need. I felt comfortable and safe. I liked everything.

There were problems with the Internet. But after my complaints, the nice lady maid fixed everything.

The villa is right in the center of Tirana, very close to most interesting places of the city. The host was very friendly and helpful and gave us some recommendations about places to eat and visit. He offered us paid parking in the yard for one of our cars and showed us a nearby place to park our other car for free. The rooms are spacious and well-equiped, not luxurious, but good enough, especially if you stay for 1-2 nights.

Home away from Home right in the center of Tirana

The owner Artan was exceptionally helpful and extremely fast in communication. Arranged for me a Taxi for pickup from the airport for 15 Euros. Very flexible checkin and checkout time. Basically right in the center of the city. It feels like a home away from home.

Don't expect a fancy finishing. Its a relatively old villa divided into 3 seaparate units. Each unit has two rooms with common kitchen for each unit. The Villa is in a dead end narrow street which is dark at night. Also there is a cafe right beside the villa, so in the morning it could be loud. The woman responsible for the villa is very friendly, but she doesn't speak any English. You can deal with her via Google Translate.

The garden was filled with fruit trees

Pets were roaming around and pooped inside the main hall resulting in foul smell all over the apartment. Very narrow street to enter the premises. The pillows and conforms were not cleaned

Very nice place, Tirana reached from there everywher by foot. Totally city centre. Amazing hosts :)

The rented premises were close to all amenities. Generally, the center of the city. Close to everywhere on foot. The apartment were very clean and pleasant. In any case, a stay in Tirana was very nice and I have had nice time :) The hosts are very nice at place. But Artan is an absolutely helpful guy and will give you any needed advice (even we only comunicate over WhatsApp). Artan, you are absulutely star :)
