Parfait !

La prise de contact dès la réservation a été très positive et nous avons eu rapidement toutes les informations pour nous organiser. La remise des clefs était simple et l'accueil de Paula parfait. L'appartement était très propre , fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il est aussi très bien placé pour se balader à pied dans la ville et le quartier est calme. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la place de parking privée sous la résidence (moyennant un supplément de 22€/jour) Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation !

Superb

Paula was kind and detailed. Met us in the rain and was very accommodating. The property was clean and contemporary. Beds were comfortable. Excellent terrace. Good local restaurants.

A/C was hard to figure out. Couldn't run it past 11:00pm because it disturbed the neighbors - it was hot at night. Would have been good to know beforehand. Couch was uncomfortable and hard to use. Better to sit on the patio in the rain.

Ideal central location, comfortable and with modern conveniences

The location was very good for us, just 5 minutes walk from the train station and only 15 minutes to the old town. There was a very good supermarket nearby. The apartment was clean and comfortable and, for 4 older guests provided a lift which was very important. The WiFi worked well. The air-conditioning was a bonus and very useful for guests staying in the summe.

We could have had a few more mugs for tea/coffee (we had to wash them by hand a few times a day). I would have also liked door hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms for hanging dressing gowns.

it was a wonderful experience, and 5 people can fit the apartment comfortably

it's Very convenient, there was also a supermarket about 5min away. Walkable to the city center as well! The house was very clean and host personally welcomed us and showed us around the apartment. She was also very helpful to all our questions and needs :) 5 people fit in comfortably, would 10/10 recommend this apartment!

Everything was good, we would recommend adding more bath rugs so the floors dont get so wet :)

We are very satisfied with our stay in Goxue Home and we would love to go back!

Beautiful apartament in a peaceful neighbourhood. Very well equipped kitchen, nice balcony and a spacious living room. You feel really comfortable. Location was just perfect - near the centre and 10 minutes walk from La Concha beach.

We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was absolutely spotless. Paula greeted us on arrival and was so thorough with her explanation of everything. She checked in & was always quick to respond when we asked for suggestions. The location was fantastic only being a short walk to the beach. 5-8 mins.

Fantastic apartment, great location & excellent communication

The location was convenient and the apartment was very clean and had everything you would need. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The communication was fantastic too.

Outstanding apartment

Excellent apartment-spacious, clean and well stocked. Great location-10 minutes from beach and old town. Secure underground parking at a reasonable rate. Met by owner and assistant who provided phone contact during our stay. Would definitely use again

Superb

Super neat apartment, excellent communication with the host Vero, who was very professional and provided us with tips and clear instructions, could not ask for anyone better. Everything you need in the apartment is there, and looks brand new. Great location to explore the city, quite but close to all major attractions, restaurants and shops. I certainly recommend staying at this apartment.

The price for the parking inside the building (not included) was quite high and no easy way to park nearby. For us, it ended up being about 10% more for our stay.

Amazing flat , superb location and fantastic hosts ( the perfect combination for a great holiday)

Superb hosts , unbelievably clean and brand new apartment equipped with all modern home needs. Coffee machine had spare coffee pods. TV's with internet in all rooms and lounge. Lovely balcony to relax in ( views of mountain limited ) . The Hosts really have gone out of their way to find a space for out taller car in the garage next to ours . Very close to the town center , amazing supermarket 100 M near and 8 min walk to the magical la Concha beach. I would highly recommend it for a family of 5 or 6 , you will not regret it .

very mild uphill if you are pushing a wheelchair but we managed it very well .

Luxurious Apartment in the City Centre

The apartment was new, very clean and very nicely decorated. It had all the appliances, cutlery and kitchenware to be able to cook. It was also close to a large supermarket so shopping for groceries was convenient. At an extra cost, two parking spaces were available. Close to the city centre and the beach. Virginia, the host, was attentive and helpful.

The apartment is in an area being developed and construction works were still going on duing week days. It seemed there remain still a few months worth of works, if you want to wake up late or mind the noise, check with the owner if construction works are already completed.
