definitely in need of some touching up. lots of doors needing painting at the bottom just a general paint would really benefit the property

Superb location in a wonderful city, but slightly lower standard of repair than expected

The location of the apartment was superb, just as indicated. In that sense it was exactly what we needed with a toddler in our party as it was just next to the beach.

The apartment was in a poorer state of repair than the photos - and the price - would suggest. Small things, but they all added up: one of the balcony doors was broken and not possible to open, the pillows were clearly old and somewhat stained, the dishwasher draw was partially broken so, while it could be used, it wasn't in full working order, the kickboards in the kitchen were missing, etc. To be fair, the host company repaired the balcony door the day following our reporting it, and were responsive generally. But overall we felt that for an expensive/ premium apartment, the space was somewhat scruffier and a lower standard than we expected. It just needs a full redecoration, some maintenance of the doors and kitchen units, and some new bedding to be much better.

Exept the ants, very good.

Perfect location. Size on apartment is very good.

Not good enough cleaning, and really alot of ants coming in the living room and on the kitchen/everywhere.

Very good

Great wifi. Really nice to have three bathrooms. Comfy living area with two dining areas and a spare bedroom (sofa bed) that we used as a dressing room. Great location. Felt v spacious for our family of two adults and three kids.

The apartment was great but very noisy. Partly because there were major building works going on outside on the street which is of course not the fault of the host, but partly the location in general as it is facing the main road by the beach and there were loud people coming out of bars, rubbish trucks all night etc, which you could hear because it was hot so you needed the windows open. Also there were building works (very loud and intrusive) in the apartment next door too - again not the fault of the host. This was fine as we were mostly out all day, but would not have been okay had I hoped to do work in the daytimes or have a siesta! This would have been the same in any apartment in that part of town however, and I would still stay there again due to proximity to the beach and lots of room in the apartment.

road construction out front and unit below with no notice. couldn’t stay in apartment 1 day due to noise. also, having to take garbage out was unusual. bowls had to be washed to use.

Overrated apartment...just cute!

It is a cute apartment with a beautiful view.The beds are comfortable and a lot of space in the livingroom.

Are 3 bathrooms, but only in 2 was liquid soap. -no slippers -no shampoo -i forgot a dress there and i called the guy to help me with to get my dress back and he told me that housekeeper didn t find it...:( - the key retrieval system is difficult - even we had 2 set of keys, only one we could use...one key has a problem,but nobody told us

Threatening, aggressive and rude host. Tired and expensive apartment in a great location.

The location was fantastic and the building is architecturally interesting.

The apartment was tired, smelt stale and was dirty. Blinds were ripped and didn't work. There were exposed plug sockets, which is dangerous for small children. At over 400 euros / night, even in peak season, it wasn't even close to expectation. What was shocking was the attitude of our host. My wife called him to explain and was told that 'I don't care', 'If you keep complaining, I will throw you onto the streets in the morning' and he hung up on her repeatedly. She was verbally abused and felt threatened. We had previously had a Covid scare and the host had dealt with the query amicably. I have no idea why he was so aggressive. It is fine to disagree about the condition of a flat but shocking to threaten your guests in this way.

Great flat

The picture is accurate, but you can only see the beach from this angle - there is a 5+ story block directly in front of the apartment. The key collecting office is only a couple of streets away but there is a one way system. There is an allocated parking space if you book it. I would say this is essential - but you will struggle to fit in a large car. We had a Nissan Qashqai - which was fairly tight but ok. There is plenty of space - 3 good sized bedrooms and a second sitting room. There are 2 kitchenettes, with a microwave and a 2 ring cooker - fine for breakfast and lunches. 2 fridges. To be honest you are likely to eat out. The beach is basically across the road and lovely - clean pink/gold sand. Location is about 30 min walk from the funicular and about 20 min from the aquarium. The old town is about 10 mins away. We would book again-location 10/10.

There a 3 bathrooms - 2 need attention - the shower head needs to be screwed tight - at the moment they just flop down so they need to be hand held. The key to the outside door is a little finicky - don't panic it does work! Otherwise, great - the main living room is lovely.

- location is excellent -key collection is smooth and simple -personnel is easy to reach and very helpful

- apartment totally lacks ambiance and style - furniture is old and cheap, worn off signs everywhere - warm water was not properly functioning
