Good value for money in good location

Good location and price. Owner was friendly and helpful - when the gas bottle for the stove ran out he was very quick in changing it for us. Nice and spacious terrace

Drains got a little smelly on our second/third day - maybe a blockage?

Beautiful apartment, nice cosy stay.

The location was the best part of the apartment. The keys were handed over by the property owner. He was very cordial and helpful.

There are no restaurants or places for breakfast around the apartment, so if some groceries, bread, tea bags etc were provided, on chargeable basis, it would be very helpful. The apartment is very airy with cool breeze from the sea, however when the breeze stops or during the noon it becomes a little hot as it is on the top floor. The option of an AC and a fan should be made available. Some toiletries in the bathroom will add to the convenience.

Not what I was expecting

The place is clean, calm and near to the kasbah of the oudayas

You need to mention that the place is in front of a cemetery, because not everyone takes the time to chek the surroundings in the map, and if some people likes the calm of it some people don't 😉 And you need to do something about the water pressure

Very good

The terrace and the sea views are amazing. If you wanna have privacy it's a great place (no reception nor other guests around). It has no aircon so you'll hope it's a bit windy during the night to have a breeze through the windows. Other than that the place was very good value for the money we paid.

Even though we let the host know our time of arrival through whatsapp few hours before he made us wait to leave us to do the check in nearly an hour sending us messages he was 15 minutes away more than 3 times. Not a big deal but when you're in holidays this is not that funny. He said the guy that initially would drop the keys and help us with the check-in had an accident on his way so I really hope he is fine.

A stay in the Medina

The property is located the Medina so perfect for visiting the city center, reach the beach, go to any attractions around. We arrived with a rental car and find a plance in the street down was not absolutely difficult. Recently renovated, very spacious, a nice terrace, we had a good stay. The staff is available for any information regarding the visits, Rabat or even in the surroundings.

The location, sea view and large sunbathing terrace were amazing.

There was only one knife, shower was not sufficient enough and showercurtain was missing.

Great location, good quality and great value.

Great cemetery and sea views. located a short distance away from the Kasbah and medina. met by a really helpful, friendly and informative man to check in and check out. This is a great place to stay

I liked everything. Much better than I expected given some of the poorer reviews.

bad! not clean! in bad shape!

the location was really close to the ocean, and big balcony with view of the ocean

1. the contact was not able to speak good english 2. the room is extremely not clean and in bad condition. it only worths 10% of the money 3. the shower is without hot water, or at least it's not working we had to change to another place even we paid 2 nights.

Private terrace is breezy and ocean view is super refreshing, even with the cemetery. Floors and linens were clean and well provided, but a few musty corners and cupboards.

Host deliberately misinformed us about the shower being fixed before I confirmed my reservation (shower head is missing). Not the cleanest location, but on par with what you get for the price in this area of Rabat.

Exceptional

Fantastic apartment, great location and very helpful hosts. Quiet but close to Medina and beach. The terrace is private and tranquil with a great view out over the Atlantic. Great shower and cooking with gas, got to be easily the best stay we have had in Rabat. Airport is also close and transport arranged by the host.

Great location with wonderful sea views

Wonderful sea view from the studio and terrace, over a cemetery which in itself was very interesting. Friendly hosts. Great centre location in the Medina of Rabat. Good Wifi. Cannot say much more as unfortunately our stay was cut short due to the coronavirus restrictions put in place by the authorities.

Superb

A wonderful location for a boutique apartment. A window and a terrace looking to the lighthouse of Rabat. Between you and the ocean you will have a big old cemetery that is really particular and full of green. Nice furniture, bathroom ok.

Beautiful view from terrace. Owner helpful and nice. He knows really delicious places with local, cheap, but high quality cuisine.

Terrace doors knock a little when the wind blows, this can be annoying when you can’t sleep different than in complete silence.

Spacious appartament with huge terrace with ocean view (but however over the cementary:). Clean, nice and compact. Excellent location - near to the Medina, fotress and 20 min walk from the main train station.

Basic kitchen equipment (eg.1 cup, no knifes, keytle, no free coffee or tea). But there is a blender:) Tipical morroccan bathroom - shower over the WC and the water pressure quite low. It's not easy to find main entrance door (second door on the right - the brown one).
