Rooms were wide and clean, friendly staff Services were good Food was delicious

Car park - paid for the car park and it was full, managed to park the in wrong directions next to Electricity Board. No one asked for to bring the suitcases inside, I have to help myself to bring it all in.

Had a really great stay in a very nice room. Staff were simply excellent.

Had a really great room, location was excellent, staff were top notch. FIFS parking was weird but we managed.

Will always stay at Crowne Plaza when im in CHCH

Always a good stay at this hotel. I was in room 808. Clean and great amenities.

Neighbours were extremely noisy in Room 807 but thats not really anyones fault.

This is a good choice for a hotel in Christchurch.

The hotel was a short walk to major attractions. The rooms were spacious and the hotel’s facilities were good including a restaurant and bar. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very disappointing.

Restaurant, bar and reception staff all very friendly. The reception staff were excellent at fixing problems. Good location. walking distance to shops, restaurants, art gallery etc.

Rooms not cleaned very well. Items in room not always restocked. Being charged for another rooms minibar. Having other peoples bar tabs put on my bar tab when the system went down and staff didn't register an approx $900 over charge. I held an event during my stay and serviettes and utensils to eat the food that couldn't be eaten by hand were not supplied.

A good average hotel in great location.

Central location / comfortable (firm) beds / Staff .

No draws or shelves for clothes storage or toiletries in bathroom. Could be challenging for longer stay.

Overall everything was totally perfect and the carols across the park was a nice surprise Christmas Eve

The location was perfect, restaurant was fantastic

Need light above where you place your suitcase and need free bottled water for coffee/tea

Awesome.

Awesome hotel and awesome location. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were great. We will definitely be returning at some point in the future.

The parking was an issue as there was no parks left in the hotel car park. This meant we had to juggle the wilsons carpark across the road.

Exceptional

I was comfortable and felt safe as i was travelling on my own. Had a meeting on the Friday morning with a couple of colleagues. The staff were happy for us to use the lounge bar and bought us our coffees. Thank you

The lifts were too slow. LOL not a big deal gave me time to breathe.

A friendly welcome and fast check in and out. Enjoyed an overnight stay and will definitely stay again. Nice and warm with fire in the downstairs bar on a winters evening.

Amazing stay

The room was a good size and the bed was huge and super comfortable. The bathroom was also a great size. Loved the window seat and the TV was huge too.

The shower was small and it leaked all over the floor despite the door being closed.
