Muy buen lugar

Muy buena atención por parte de la familia encargada! muy atentos.

Lo único que no me gustó es que dependés de ellos para ingresar, de los días que estuve hospedado, un día tuve que esperar afuera hasta que alguien apareciera y me pudiera abrir para ingresar al lugar. Solo te dan llave de tu habitación.

We had a perfect stay in Huaraz at Carlos’ hotel. He helped us with arranging all the trekkings around Huaraz

The owners are very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable enough to stay in between all the hikes. The breakfast is perfect

There's nothing to complain about the room and hotel itself, but what makes this place really awesome is the host Carlos. He's not only super helpful with organizing tours at the last minute, but also just a great and warm hearted person.

Comfortable stay with great hosts.

Owners Carlos and Magaly were exceptionally helpful and eager to please. All my requests were handled quickly and usually exceeded my expectations. Carlos arranged all the tours I wanted, after I competed and found his rates were standard.

The coffee at breakfast is instant - not real coffee. The location is 10 minutes walk from Plaza Belen and 15 from Plaza de Armas. The bathroom fan was loud.

I normally do not write an evaluation but Carlos and his family just deserve the best. Of course it is not a 5-star hotel but if you are in Huaraz you don’t need that at all. Carlos always was there for me from helping me organizing all the hikes (you should definitely organize them with the help from him otherwise you pay too much if you just walk into some agencies) to getting my laundry from the lavanderia because I arrived too late from a hike. Otra vez muchas gracias a todos por todo. Saludos! ✌️

Excellent breakfast with fresh juice. Good internet connection. Host is extremely helpful in giving advice for trips that can be done from there. Hot shower is excellent.

Even though the staff didn’t speak English, they tried their best to make me feel comfortable.

I could hear people talking and laughing in the lobby after midnight.

Great stay in Huaraz, best price value!

The family running the hotel are totally friendly and helpful with everything. Carlos fetched us in the morning from the bus terminal and we got tea, every time we came back from our tours! The hotel is located a bit outside the center, which we found great, cause it wasn’t noisy. You get breakfast at anytime you want, fresh from Carlos and his wife and they help you with any question you have about tours!

The room is maybe a bit small (especially with a lot of luggage)...and there is just one small closet to hang something! But still it’s a great deal, with everything you need.
