Mejor buscar otro hotel

Me gustó la ubicación, al lado del parque nacional y cerca de la playa. También el parking y el tamaño de la habitación.

No me gustaron muchas cosas: casi no se podía dormir del ruido, del estruendo que hacía a la noche la lluvia en el techo de la habitación que era de chapa. Por no hablar del ruido que hacía el aire acondicionado, que no dejaba dormir. El desayuno era realmente pobre, por no decir que era muy malo, tanto que el último día nos fuimos a desayunar a otro sitio. Hacía muchísimo calor en la habitación.

Comfy, clean, close to the beach!

The room was so comfy and very clean. Hot shower was divine! The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options (and included in the booking price). Great location, just steps from the national park and a short, fun walk through a little marketplace to get to the beach. The staff were excellent. Highly recommend!

Excelente ubicación en un lugar encantador

El personal del hotel es encantador, siempre te atienden con una sonrisa. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y tienen balcón. La cama king size es una pasada! Hay parking gratuito para dejar el coche. La ubicación es inmejorable, estás a 1 minuto de la entrada al parque nacional y a menos de 5 de la playa, lo cuál hace que por la noche no haya ruidos y se pueda descansar bien Los desayunos están ricos en el bar de al lado. En caso de necesitarlo, hay servicio de lavandería

Empieza a necesitar mantenimiento: El colchón aunque es gigante, está bastante viejo, se clavan los muelles. La piscina se empieza a desconchar por alguna zona, y la cascada tiene moho por la parte de abajo. El baño también necesita algunos arreglos por la zona del lavabo principalmente. Ademas, cuesta mucho regular la temperatura del agua, o sale muy caliente o totalmente fría.

Great location for ok hotel

It's right near the entrance to the park. Breakfast was good.

Having to pay a cash security deposit on check in. Having to provide my passport data on a sheet of paper that was visible to all guests. My room was next to the kitchen of the restaurant next door...until 11pm it sounded like you were part of the washing up process

Doporučuji toto ubytování poměr cena x lokalita x kvalita. Rádi se vrátíme. Cca 5 minut od pláže

Snídaně v okolních restauracích, placená ubytováním. Snídaně dostačující, spokojeni. Ubytování hned vedle parku Manuel Antonio. Káva na recepci zdarma, příjemné prostředí. Doporučuji a klidně se opět vrátíme.

Direkt am Parkeingang aber schön ruhige Anlage, gemütlich, schöner Außenbereich, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, Wäscheservice verfügbar, gutes WLAN, Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe, bewachte Anlage und Parkplätze, gutes Frühstück.

Preis für Wäscheservice mit 5 USD/kg (war uns) zu hoch, hörbarer Trittschall, wenn man eines der unteren Zimmer hat

Top Lage sonst so lala

Sehr freundliches Personal, schöner Pool. Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl. Top Lage zum Parkeingang, Parkplatz war auch super.

Im Badezimmer war bei Ankunft eine große Wasserlache und es war Schimmel an den Decken. Trotz versuchter Behebung hat es weiter von der Badezimmerdecke getropft. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und Zimmer. Kein Fenster zum Öffnen. Zimmer schauen auf den Bildern besser aus. Bei der Matratze hat man die Metallfedern im Rücken gespürt. Sauberkeit ist verbesserungswürdig (Haare im Bett, Staub/Schmutz unter den Betten).

La cercanía al parque, el desayuno y el lugar tan tranquilo en el cual uno se encontraba, dio la sensación de paz. Es un buen lugar para descansar y conocer Manuel Antonio en general.

Bad experience

The place to stay very close to the entrance to Manuel Antonio Park and less than 10 minutes walk from the beach. Room was clean, pool was nice breakfast was good too.

Booked a room for 1 night. They wrote me a message that the payment was not succesfully. So i payed a second time, but they payment not came out. The guy in the receptionist was so rude with me. After that the room was okay, but not that I choose. According to him he gave me the best room. This is a hostel not a Hotel you need to check it before to decide to stay there.

Location! Location! Location!

I was a little hesitant to book the property initially since some of the reviews said the room did not match the photos. We booked the deluxe king room and it was exactly as shown in the photos, very spacious, with two comfortable huge beds, and still well within our budget. It is not a luxury property but since we were going to spend most of our time at the beach or at other activities, this worked out very well. The location was unbeatable with a walking distance to the beach, Manual Antonio park, and many restaurants. Breakfast was included and was decent with a 24 x 7 coffee machine (which also had hot chocolate that was hit with our kids). Pool was small but worked well for us, it was never crowded. We used the pool every day after coming back from the beach. There was onsite parking available. The staff was very polite and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip.

There was no way to control the water temperature. The water was hot during the day (since it was hot outside) or cold at turned on at night. It didn't bother us much since we visited in peak summer month but good to note this down.

The location. The guy was super friendly excellent customer service

The room was located on top the reception and restaurant so you can hear all the music, calls, and preparation for the service at 5AM. They told us the breakfast was at 7am or 8am. We when at 8am and we just find a few things. That was ok but the service at the breakfast was not the best We asked like help for the coffee machine and the girl was not nice at all.

PERFECT LOCATION if you don't have a car, right next to the National Park and all the restaurants

The staff is super helpful, the room was very clean and spacious, the bed sheets smell fresh, location is perfect, coffee machine in the room, A/C worked very well, I mean there was nothing to complain about :)

Located about 50m from Manuel Antonio park entrance, our fear was it would be extremely noisy. However, once you walked through the gate, it was noticeably quieter and once the park closed was very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful - breakfast every morning was great with a good selection (cereal, toast, eggs & bacon etc.) Pool was nice to relax around, especially after a hot day.

Can't complain too much given the hotel is extremely close to the park (and by extension the forest), but we had a cockroach take up residence in our bathroom.

The staff was absolutely lovely. They watched our bags for us after checkout until we caught our shuttle to the airport. Hostel cat was adorable and friendly. Bathrooms by the pool were very clean. About 50 feet from national park entrance.

We were expecting the large room in the pictures with a view and wooden art on the walls - unfortunately we got a very small, hostel quality room (the one with red walls in the pictures). There were cracks in the walls that allowed mosquitoes and ants to get in all night, there was not any wifi in the room, and the TV did not work. Honestly would have been perfect for a young couple backpacking, or friends in college - but just not what we were expecting based off photos

Overall it was ok. Convenient location to the park and beach.

I really liked the staff. The front desk girls and the breakfast girls. They are really friendly and helpful. The one that works at night was my favorite. I forgot her name but she was doing multiple things and did it so great. She helped me book for the park as well. She was so nice and very helpful.

I didn't like the ants in the room. It made it uncomfortable because there were a lot.

clean, great breakfast, secure gated property. double queen rooms were roomy and comfortable. large, clean bathroom and shower. the biggest positive for this property was the extremely friendly and helpful staff. I would go back here again!
