Absolutely perfect place to stay

We absolutely loved Ninemia Villa. The location was perfect and the facilities were excellent. Our host left us treats and wine as a welcome gift. The house was very clean and well looked after. It is exactly like the photos.

There was nothing not to love!

Absolutely amazing!

To start off, the landlord was the most helpful host I have ever had while booking a stay. Any questions I had he would reply within the hour - usually within minutes! To explore Zante, renting a car is the go-to option and this host provided a private space next to the accommodation - which makes it so easy! It was clean - very clean! Had everything we required and would absolutely stay again when we visit! The fruit upon arrival and lovely woman that showed us around was really welcoming! Thanks again, not only for allowing us to stay but for your amazing support during our stay!

It’s so rare there is nothing I didn’t like, but I can honestly say it was amazing!

A beautiful stay in Zakynthos with the sunrise in view, and the coast , and lovely jacuzzi and comfortable rooms.

All was good right from the arrival to the property , to the host. So responsive , helpful and kind.

everything is perfect

we like everything about the villa, it’s so lovely and cozy, well-decorated just as the pictures show and has everything you need to live a while. the balcony has great sea view and the Spa tub is so comfortable after a day tour, the host is so nice and considerate, really took care of us during our stay. everything is beyond expectations, we are so happy we chose Nenemia villa, will definitely come again and highly recommend!

Owner was waiting outside for us to arrive, plus nothing is too much trouble for him one quick message to him and he will help you the best he can. in my opinion a five star property, good value for money and excellent service

Super friendly and carefree

The villa was just liked described- even more beautiful. Giannis was a wonderful host, always reachable, super friendly and was able to suggest restaurants and attractions. We loved that the villa is designed with so much love for details. If something missing you can always reach out to Giannis. The absolute highlight is the terrace with view over the city and location - you can even walk to a bakery.

We had no complains.

Great property with an even greater view and location!

Yianni was an incredibly kind and gracious host. His property was spacious and ideal for our group of 5. He was kind enough to leave us welcoming food / drinks and even made arrangements for sight seeing throughout the island. His place is about a 5 minute walk into the heart of Zakinthos town, making it an ideal stay for venturing into the town for food and shopping, but a removed place from the lights and noise at the end of an evening. My whole group loved the view, hot tub, and overall layout very much. Thanks Yianni!

Disappointing

Good location, walking distance to the center and nice view of the harbour and the water Friendly staff, very accommodating and helpful

Very poor cleaning, especially kitchen/oven was really bad. You get a house with a kitchen in order to cook but I wouldn’t cook in this kitchen House is a lot smaller than it looks in the pics No separate shower, have to shower in the bathtub without a curtain and the whole bathroom gets soaking wet as a result every time someone showers House is advertised for 6 ppl but kitchen only sits 4 and living room barely 2 people in a tiny (old) couch Uncomfortable beds Not great value for money

Good stay.

The property was pleasant, and situated in close proximity to town. It was clean, modern, bright. WiFi and a hot tub. There was a car parking space for our rental. When we arrived there was a bottle of wine, fruit, left as a gesture.

The shower unit attached to the bath has no hook to hang the shower head on, therefore you have to hold the shower lead. The pictures in the advertisement make the villa look actually bigger that it is. There was not much information in the property on things to do on the island, and the directions on the website need updating as finding the property was harder than anticipated for an expected 12/15 minute drive.

The hot tub!!!! Air con and the man was extremely nice gave us drinks :) easy access to zante town and laganas

No shower and a bit close to neighbours
