This beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath villa is part of a lovely 3 unit semi-detached building located in the secure gated community of February Point Resort and has been recently refurbished to the highest standards! This villa is one of few in the development that boasts having a lovely white sandy beach right at its doorstep.
It features covered patios with breathtaking views of Elizabeth Harbor and Stocking Island. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, with an open living/dining room plan, with a half bathroom and a brand new stackable washer and dryer. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a king size bed, large en-suite bathroom, separate shower and a spacious separate double sink area and, a large balcony overlooking the beach. The two other bedrooms share a bathroom and each feature a queen bed.

Great location. Just as nice as photos show it to be. Two really nice pools and beaches.
Only issue was a shower that wouldn't drain. Manager told us someone would be out to fix it but they never showed

We had a wonderful time at Ting n’ Ting during our kids Christmas break . The location of February Point is perfect , close to Georgetown and also good access to area beaches . We highly recommend renting a car as there are man beautiful beaches that my boys loved exploring . We also rented a boat for two day which we also highly recommend to visit Da Sand Bar, Chat n’ Chill , and many fun snorkeling spots . We loved coming back to the condo every evening after a full day exploring Exuma . The beds are all very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed . Thanks for a fun break ! We hope to be back soon !

This was our second time at this property. We had a great stay at Ting N Ting! The home’s location in February Point is ideal - close to grocery and Georgetown and Elizabeth Harbor, while feeling secluded within the Gated community of February Point. We loved the grassy yard, proximity to the community pool and the kayaks/paddle boards that we could use in the bay. We brought our own snorkel gear and saw so much sea life right out our door -
Starfish, coral fish, sea turtles, even a sea urchin. If we go back to Exuma, we would definitely stay here again.
We were a bit disappointed with February Point’s amenities. They seem to have let things go a little too much over the past year - the workout room was lacking, the landscaping wasn’t as pristine, the hot tub at the beach club was broken. Overall, the neighborhood doesn’t look like the website and we felt a little misled. However, the islands beautiful water makes up for that!
Rent a boat, enjoy the kayaks and paddle boards, don’t forget your snorkel gear!

We stayed at Ting N Ting for 9 days. It was our first time to Exuma and had a great trip. Definitely feel February Point is the best place to stay on Exuma and Ting N Ting is well situated in the community - easy walk to the gym or the Rusty Anchor and pool and the pool next door is a bonus. It has the great grassy area and beach and the views of Stocking Island are breath taking.
It is an easy 20 minute walk to Georgetown to the liquor store and grocery store if you don't rent a car and a 10 minute boat ride to the same - again, fantastic location!
The house had plenty of room for my family of 4. The lounge chairs, hammock, paddle boards, kayaks, floats etc make for an even better experience!
The water taxi can pick up at the front door or you can leave a rented boat in the marina - again, fantastic.
The only place we felt there is room for improvement was the cleanliness of the home and the function of the kitchen - surfaces were wiped but not totally clean and seemed the floors were swept but definitely not mopped. The stairs were not even swept.
The kitchen is very poorly stocked. A total mis-match of a few pots and pans that were scattered throughout kitchen such that I had to search for the lids etc. There were also very few utensils and the juice glasses (only 6) each had the sticky residue from the labels on each that did not ever come off with washing. The cabinets were filthy - literal dust bunnies in them.
We were very grateful and impressed with the property manager- super quick to respond and help - immediately delivered additional utensils and bath towels (we did not feel that 4 was sufficient for 9 days).
Overall a fantastic spot that we would highly recommend but do hope the home would be better cleaned and some time spent re-organizing and stocking the kitchen after guests leave would be of value.

We enjoyed our stay at this villa in February Point. It was the perfect distance from town to be able to pick up our boat each day and still get around to do everything we wanted to do during our stay. The villa was very spacious and had everything we needed while we were there. There is a great area right outside where you can do some snorkeling, and its a quick walk over to the pool if you wanted to do that. We will definitely be recommending this area to our friends for the future.

Simple, but enough! Great family vacation home
Our time at Ting-Ting was fantastic. The property was simple, but considering we spent very little time inside this was not an issue. The location was spectacular, especially with 4 young kids. We loved the grass yard in front of the house - the kids would play football and hide and seek while we grilled out, read, and chatted. The proximity to the community pool was ideal and provided easy entertainment when we were tired of kayaking and paddle boarding. A short walk up the road to the beach club provided another awesome activity on the days we were not boating on a rental boat from Minn’s.
I highly recommend a rental car for your stay. It is fun to drive to other beaches and into Georgetown for the grocery store, not rental, etc.
Because we were arriving on a Sunday we had someone stock our condo with groceries. This was incredibly helpful considering most grocery stores close on Sunday afternoon. The property manager can help connect you to the right people.
We also had a chef, Dena, prepare dinner one night. A very tasty fresh seafood meal! This was helpful after a full day of boating and made our stay feel like a vacation.
If you’re considering staying here with young kids - please note the steps are very steep and there are sharp edges on some of the steps. Something to consider if you’re worried about young toddlers.
All in all, Exumas is so friendly and kind and has been one of our most memorable family trips! Highly recommend this rental for a family, simple….but enough!

Lovely Setting but Maintenence Repairs Needed
The location was lovely but our AC and dryer were both broken for the 1st 2 days of our 3 day trip. The guest shower upstairs had very low water pressure and had a leak in the pipes resulting in water coming out of the downstairs vent. The master bathroom shower had very little to no hot water. Other than that, we had a lovely time and enjoyed the views and stay.

Fantastic Place!
This place is a dream!! February Point is a fantastic neighborhood with pools, great coves/beaches, restaurant, and the nicest gate attendants/security that we have ever dealt with. The townhouse is perfect for a family. The layout is great with a master bedroom with balcony overlooking a beautiful beach, palm trees, and water. The roll down black out shades make it nice to get great sleep and the master shower is a dream. The other two bedrooms are perfect upstairs with a shared bathroom. The unit was very clean, and the property manager was great!
The kayak and paddle boards made the beach and cove even nicer during the evenings to make use of. If you rent a boat, you are 5 minutes from the rental location and can pull right up in the cove to load the family up or unload after the day. The location of the property is a perfect place in Georgetown, very central on the island. The pools are great with one being right next door and the other at the beach club where the nice restaurant is located.

Excellent Stay
The unit is perfectly located on a very nice beach and next to a nice pool, was clean and had all the amenities needed. We had 3 adult couples and were very comfortable, this unit is perfect for a family in a safe gated community close to the downtown area and other activities. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if/when we next visit Exuma. The hosts Sandy and Dana were very accommodating and ensured our stay was comfortable.

Oceanfront Villa on a beautiful beach
My friends loved staying here during our wedding. When Sunday came around, no one wanted to leave ! Very well kept home, great communication with the owner and super easy check in process.

This condo was perfect for our group of 6. Kitchen has most everything you need for preparing meals. There were plenty of bath towels and four (4) beach towels were provided. This condo has a pool right next to property that was welcoming after a day in the sun, sand and surf. The beach is small, private, right out the door and beautiful! There are three hammocks and a paddleboard for your use. Easy to get to town, in fact, it's easy to get around the island. February Point is a gated community with a decent gym, tennis courts and a fantastic beach club. The Beach Club includes a nice pool area, restaurant, kiddy pool, beach, clean restrooms and a SPA.We had one tiny thing go wrong with one of the toilets and the property manager had a repairman come fix it within the hour! And on a Saturday at that! While this condo could use a little updating, it certainly did not take away from our trip in any way. The place served us well. I would stay here again. The owners and property manager were a delight to work with.

Only used the bedrooms!
Ok, maybe that sounds bad, but we needed additional beds for family that were staying with us and we across the breezeway in another of the owner's units.
These units are very spacious, they have excellent views, large patio and balcony spaces and are convenient for loading and unloading a rental boat right out front. They are right on the entrance road and walking distance to the beach club and Rusty Anchor (restaurant). There's a small but refreshing pool right next door as well.
We have been visiting Exuma for 11-12 years but our first stay at February Point and we would have no issues staying here again.

Perfect location on Great Exuma!
We have been coming to the island of Great Exuma since 2004 and have stayed in various resorts and private homes throughout the years. The absolute best thing about this rental is the location. Close to Georgetown and an easy drive to Little Exuma. The new restaurant in February Point, The Rusty Anchor, had both great food and friendly service. It, along with the newly opened general pool area, were the icing on the cake for this rental.
Ting n' Ting, the rental itself, is clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. Right on the water and steps to the beach. Sasha, the property manager was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns that we had.
The kitchen could probably use some additional glasses for juice or water, (plenty of wine glasses - yay!) but other than that it was stocked sufficiently. The wifi was fast and reliable. The rental has a cooler and beach towels, which meant less packing for us - so thoughtful!
We will for sure be returning to Great Exuma and if this rental is available, it will be our first choice!

Lovely relaxing stay, amazing views.
We had a truly wonderful time at Ting & Ting. The beach really is right outside of your door, the water is warm and the fish swim around your feet. It's heavenly! It was super quiet and peaceful while we were there, there is a little pool right next door or the pool at the club house which is gorgeous. Beds were comfy, unit was clean and the views are spectacular from the living area, porch and the master suite.
Georgetown with supermarkets, banks, water taxis, boat rental etc is 5 min drive away. We definitely recommend breakfast at the Peace and Plenty, on Thursday nights, they have excellent BBQ and really good live music. You can take a water taxi from the dock at February Point to Peace and Plenty - ask the staff at the Rusty Anchor in the Feb Point club for Captain CJ's number and he'll pick you up!
The clubhouse restaurant - The Rusty Anchor, a 2 minute walk from the condo - is open for lunch 12-5pm and dinner 6-9pm except Wednesdays when they are closed. Food is really delicious, cocktails are fab and service is wonderful.
Good to know before you go: Rent a car! We used Don's Car Rental at the airport, they were great. Watch out for the deep potholes and folks drive kind of fast!! There is really only one main road on the island, and lots of wonderful beaches to discover.
We took a day trip out to see the swimming pigs, iguanas, private islands, nurse sharks, and Thunderball grotto with Coastline Adventures and it was awesome - definitely recommend them. They picked us up at Ting & Ting first thing and we spent the entire day zipping about on the boat with the most spectacular views and once in a lifetime experiences. The crew make a great conch salad on a sand bar too! Plus all you can drink beers, cocktails and soft drinks.
If you plan on using the fitness center at February Point, it's a bit dated but usable, take a towel and water with you.
Wifi is patchy but that is nothing to do with Ting & Ting, it's more of an island thing and honestly, it is the perfect place to disconnect.
The condo kitchen has pots, pans, knives, utensils etc but you need to bring everything else down to salt & pepper, condiments etc. You can buy what you need from Georgetown or bring from home (more economical). Washer & dryer work great as does the dishwasher. Drinking water is provided, but no ice. There was paper towel and loo roll. We notified the property manager of a small plumbing issue which was fixed the very next morning. We can't wait to return!

Fabulous at February Point!
The location of the unit was just what we were looking for: Not in town, but close enough to it. The unit was as it appears in the photo with about 20 steps on grass before toes are in the sand....this is truly oceanfront! The unit itself was immaculate and spacious for a family of 4. As a first timer to Exuma, it's totally necessary to have a rental car as this is not a "you don't have to leave the resort" type of place. The restaurant on site is just OK but severely overpriced for the quality of food ($49 for a pork chop!). That said, take advantage of the kitchen and stock up well on food from the local markets.
We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners upon arrival and they were wonderfully pleasant and attentive (and thanks for the beer!). We did have a situation with the refrigerator not cooling properly at 9pm one evening and we had a repair person knocking on our door first thing in the morning. We were impressed by their response!
One thing we would advise about the unit is kids (or adults) should not wear socks going up or down stairs as they are steep and made with natural stone.
I always judge a place by asking myself if I'd go back.....and yes, I certainly would!

Great Location
This property was right on the beach and there is a small pool right next door. there was also a larger pool at the club house with a couple of paddle boards to use. There was also the convenience of having docks and the ability for boats to pick you up. The owner was responsive and took care of things for us.
