Fantastic stay great location defo recommend

Fantastic location if you don’t mind the noise of the clubs underneath. Very spacious lots of room.

Carino ma sporco, ottima posizione ma rumoroso.

L'Host è molto disponibile (contatto sia su booking che su whatsapp) e la posizione è veramente ECCELLENTE, in quanto si trova a Lipscani, centro storico della città, dove ci sono diversi ristoranti, tra cui il famoso Caru Cu Bere, e i locali notturni. La stanza è carina e molto calda, cosa che, considerando la neve e le bassissime temperature dell'esterno, si è rivelata piuttosto preziosa. Inoltre, è molto sicuro, con varie password per accedervi e con le telecamere...e poi abbiamo pagato abbastanza poco!

non era il massimo della pulizia, anzi! In particolare, abbiamo trovato piuttosto sporco il bagno (abbiamo trovato anche una specie di blatta morta accanto al water e un altro strano insetto che girovagava, nonché una-due mosche) ed anche le lenzuola non erano granché, pulite!!!!! Ciò è strano, considerando che abbiamo visto più di una volta l'inserviente che puliva il piano. Inoltre, nonostante il (vano) tentativo di mascherarlo con un profumatore di fragranza (che, tra l'altro, non era neanche molto buono), nella stanza c'era un forte odore di fumo, ma alla fine ci si poteva abituare. A proposito di lenzuola, penso di non aver mai dormito in un letto più scomodo di quello: a parte il fatto che il mio compagno, essendo piuttosto alto non ci entrava, sembrava come che il materasso non ci fosse in quanto, probabilmente a causa dell'usura, si sentivano tantissimo le molle! Addirittura una molla mi ha lasciato il segno su un fianco! Inoltre, il fatto di essere in una buona posizione, se da un lato è un aspetto positivo, dall'altro purtroppo si traduce in RUMORE, tenendo conto che il venerdì e il sabato i locali tengono la musica a tutto volume fino alle 07 del mattino. E, per di più, intorno alle ore 06:00 della nostra ultima notte, si è iniziato a sentire un rumore molto forte provenire dal soffitto (?) della stanza, come di martello pneumatico (ma non era) che si è protratto per almeno un'ora! La cosa peggiore però è sicuramente l'edificio nel quale si trovano gli appartamenti (che, ripeto, è in un'ottima posizione) ma è ciò che di più fatiscente io abbia mai visto nella mia vita. Inizialmente sempre di entrare nella metro B di Roma, poi, una volta varcato il portoncino, sembra di entrare in una vecchia e sporca pensione colombiana.

Buscando otro lugar a las 12 de la noche y con la maleta llena de cucarachas

¿Alguna vez habéis jugado a un escape room? Pues yo sí y era más fácil que entrar en el apartamento... Os explico, el dueño nos envió 1 foto con la ubicación y dos códigos además del numero de la puerta. Una vez encuentras la puerta de la foto que precisamente no esta al descubierto, tienes que ingresar el código con el símbolo para que se desbloque, entras y vas al portal en el cual tienes una caja con contraseña colgada en la pared para obtener la llave del magnifico apartamento, pero que solo abre la "PUERTA DEL APARTAMENTO" y no la del portal, a la que se accede con el segundo código y el símbolo porque si no pones el símbolo no se abre! Bien una vez accedes por la segunda puerta tienes dos opciones: 1- Ascensor con un cartel que explica que tiene más de noventa años y no tiene muy buen aspecto. 2 - Escaleras, escaleras y más escaleras. Vivo en un 3 piso sin ascensor y eso me pareció una eternidad, además con maletas! Ahora nos encontramos con la llave que pone Nº7B y la puerta que pone Nº7... Si subes no esta y abajo tampoco.... Pues bien la respuesta correcta es que la puerta del apartamento Nº7 el resbalón esta quitado y puedes acceder dentro sin tener ninguna llave y es cuando por fin encuentras la puerta... Que por cierto esta mal encajada y tienes que abrirla con arte para poder entrar al maravilloso apartamento. Una vez dentro te das cuenta que la foto que se muestra no es la que en verdad tienes si no la que puedes hacer si sacas el brazo por el balcón y giras el brazo a la derecha... En verdad las vistas que obtienes es a un edificio que hay enfrente, también tienes una lavadora compartida con el que supongo seria el apartamento Nº7A, un baño que tiras de la cadena y tarda 15 min en bajada del agua y por la noche con la luz apagada empiezan a salir cucarachas de los bordes de las paredes y no pocas pero si pequeñas y recuerda de que no vas a dormir debido al ruido de la calle y la poca insonorización del apartamento.

Власник приміщення не зустрічає гостей і звичайно не надає ніяких роз 'яснень і порад. Навіть рекомендованих пропозицій по паркінгу авто. Ванна кімната взагалі не пристосована для користування: в умивальнику немає гарячої води, освітлення дуже неякісне, немає полиць та вішаків для полотенець. У кімнаті немає вішалки для верхнього одягу, а в шафі для одягу немає полиць. Біля ліжка немає розеток, відсутнє кабельне телебачення. Білизна на ліжку неналежної якості.

Location is very central, but quite noisy as all the bars are around.

Cockroaches, misery, dirt, smell, snot smeared on the walls and even not enough toilet paper for 4 people for 3 days, which is ridiculous. The apartment was not shown on any of the pictures, presented on this website and it is really not fair to implement wrong idea in a customer mind and then accommodated in that miserable apartment. There was a 90-year old elevator with note, explaining why not to use it. I do not even want to think about the smell that was in the staircase. The place is cheap, but it is really not worth even the money you pay. The windows are also 90-year old, so I can hear all the noise from the outside. I have never stayed at more miserable place.

Good for one night.

Nice place in good location for low price. Beds were really comfy. It was a pretty apartment for such an ugly building.

The water was cold, couldn't have washed ourself. It would be unacceptable for a longer stay, but for one night we managed. We asked for 5 separate beds, but there were 4 (two double beds, but still not what we needed).

No breakfast because it was an apartment, an awful one.

it should be better maintained, way cleaner!! The place was as decadent as it can get and was literally infested with cockroaches!! The towels smelled like mould, the sheets weren't clean either and the furniture were of poor quality . Generally speaking the apartment was totally unacceptable, reaching the level of being hideous...

terrible - I moved to an inexpensive hotel that was far superior

it was located near the old city area.

no heat; dirty, decrepit building; no hot water in lavatory sink; WiFi was not functioning; outer door could be locked by other guests licking you out of your room (no outer key was provided); window was cracked and repaired with tape; nightclub next door played very loud music all night. I can’t imagine why this property is available to rent here.

Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, a balcony with a beautiful night view, two bathrooms. The owner provided information promptly.

Batteries worked in the summer and we were able to turn them off only together with hot water. For air conditioners remotes without batteries. There is no Wi-Fi, it was proposed to use the Wi-Fi of neighboring establishments, but they are all with a password. Those who do not like loud music and noise at night do not recommend (city center with many establishments open until five in the morning)
