Belle prestation proche des centres d'intérêts.

Très bel établissement, chambre spacieuse et luxueuse, bien équipée, extrêmement silencieuse vis à vis du couloir et des autres chambres, ainsi que de l'extérieur (on entend à peine les nombreux trains qui passent à proximité). Belle cuisine. Epiceries juste à côté, ainsi que distributeurs de billets, arrêts de bus, métro à 2 mn. A 10 à 15 mn en bus des points d'intérêts. Room service très efficace (et pratique avec WhatsApp). Parking surveillé et payants à 3 mn.

Il manque une vrai table et de vrais chaises, car on doit manger sur le bureau avec des fauteuils inadaptés (pas confortable). Chambre côté cour : oblige à vivre avec les rideaux tirés car en vis à vis direct avec l'autre aile de l'hôtel (pas grave en hiver, mais doit manquer de luminosité en été). La rue où se trouve l'hôtel est correcte, mais les tunnels sous les voies ferrées sont sales et pas toujours bien fréquentés.

Toller Kurztrip als Familie

Tolles Hotel mit Küche im Zimmer. Mit Kleinkind optimal. Frühstück war alles da. Personal super freundlich. Das Hotel war super zentral. U-Bahn, Bus und Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe die man zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Die Betten waren nicht die neusten

Soggiorno piacevole nel cuore di Londra.

Ottima posizione e vicinissima alla metropolitana alla stazione Waterloo. Supermercato a portata di mano e altri servizinelle immediate vicinanze. Monolocale dotato di quanto necessario per l’uso della cucina.

Pulizia camere e cambio asciugamani a giorni alterni. Monolocale troppo piccolo soprattutto per le situazioni in cui vi soggiornano più di due ospiti poiché il sofà lo si lascia sempre aperto. Nessuno spazio per le valigie e armadio troppo piccolo. Il prezzo alquanto alto.

Ottima posizione centrale, vicino al centro e ai mezzi di trasporto pubblici, ben collegato!

Migliorerei la pulizia, la porterei a giornaliera anziché ogni due giorni e le dimensioni della stanza consiglio anche se più cara quella da 34m2 perché quella da 24m2 è piccolina per una famiglia di 4 persone!

Definitely a good option as a place to stay.

Very clean property. Friendly staff there to assist with checkin if required but the self checkin was easy. Recommend. Super close to train station. Pret and a 7eleven right next door. Nice big room.

Double pull out (extra) bed wasn’t super comfy, had a thin mattress.

Estancia agradable

Muy buena ubicación, puedes ir andando al big ben entre otras cosas, zona tranquila, tiene supermercado justo al lado del hotel y sitos para comer, el metro justo al lado bien comunicado. Nuestra habitación tenía vistas al London eye y a the shard. La cama era muy amplia. Los amenities de l’occitane que huelen genial.

Nada en concreto. Quizás la limpieza cada dos días. Pero en general todo bastante positivo

Un hotel pratico

Veloci le operazioni di check-in. Ottima la posizione (in dieci minuti a piedi si raggiunge il Big Ben ed il palazzo di Westminster) ed il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Ottimo il Wi-Fi.

Le pulizie sono soddisfacenti ma potrebbero essere migliorate.

Tres bien pour visiter Londres 3-4 jours !

Super bien placé pour visiter Londres . 15 min à pied de l’hyper centre . Des bus juste en bas de l’hôtel . Le métro a 100 m . Accueil agréable . Salle de bain pratique . Accès à l’immeuble et la chambre avec carte , très pratique et Secure!

Ils présentent sur les photos une chambre avec une table et des chaises mais c’est en réalité un bureau et un tabouret . Par vraiment aisé de manger dans l’appartement si vous êtes 4. Après nous on mangeait dehors . Le canapé lit n’est pas confortable . Correct pour 2 petits enfants .

Perfect for short stay in London

Brilliant location close to Waterloo but the hotel was quiet. Lovely decor. Very clean and good facilities. The room with the kitchenette was so handy. Would definitely stay again.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem Hotel mit perfekter Lage

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt,viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar,Supermarkt direkt am Hotel,Subway in ca. 1/2 Gehminuten erreichbar

Die Schlafcouch war total durch,mussten diese mit weiteren Decken und Kissen auspolstern,dass wirkliche nette Personal war dabei behilflich. Reinigung alle 2 Tage,was absolut ausreichend ist,wäre nur schön wenn dann auch das Bettlaken welches schmutzig war gewechselt worden wäre.

Otima opção em Londres

Localização excelente. Proximo a estação de metro e ponto de onibus. Alguns pontos turisticos como london eye estão a menos de 5 minutos de caminhada. Na rua do hotel tem mercado, restaurantes e lojas de lembranças. Hotel muito bem organizado, limpo e com equipe atenciosa. Possui restaurante/bar com café da manhã e refeições (pagas a parte). Usamos a lavanderia e academia sem nenhum problema. Camas confortaveis e otimo banheiro. Recomendo para familias com crianças.

Cozinha do quarto é bem limitada e faltam alguns itens como panos, produtos de limpeza e detergente. O hotel oferece apenas dois tabletes para maquina de lavar louças, o que é pouco dependendo da estadia e do uso. Cooktop é eletrico mas não do tipo de indução, precisa tomar cuidado para não se queimar. TV não era smart mas tinha algumas opções de canais internacionais.

ok position and servicies

Very easy to find. Many shops and restaurants around hotel. Very clean.

We had apartments with 2 rooms: 1 with double bed and anoyher room with couch. For the couch was missing all bedsheets. I wait a few hours in the first night to come somebody with them. My kids sleep how they can.

أول شي الموقع خلف لندن اي تقريبا 5 دقايق مشي وبنفس الشارع محطات باصات مختلفه توصلك لكل مكان .. موجود سوبرماركت يفتح 24 ساعه جمبه وكوفي بيرت .. حجزنا غرفتين كلاسيك وطلبت يكونون جمب بعض وكانت ماجهزت وقت وصولنا فسووا لنا ترقيه لأحد الغرف تكفي 3 أشخاص .. الغرف واسعه مقارنه بفنادق لندن .. التنظيف كل يومين .. العزل ممتاز سواء بين الغرف أو من الخارج رغم مرور القطار بس ماتسمعه اذا سكرت الشباك .. موجود غرفه تحت لو وصلت بدري قبل التشيك ان تحط فيها شنطك ونفس الشي بعد التشيك اوت .. ماأخذوا مني تأمين ..

مافيه سليبرز ولا مويه ولا مناديل في الغرفه ..

It's alright

Great location and good price. No complaints about staff.

Nothing major, but if I were picky... Rooms aren't cleaned thoroughly as there's lots of dust under the beds. The room was also very cramped for a family of 4, but the kitchenette was nice. The water in the shower does not get hot enough. I'd probably look for a bigger room for the 4 of us if we were staying 6 or more nights but price was a factor.

Parfait !

Cet hôtel est vraiment très bien placé dans Londres, il est possible de tout faire à pied pour les bons marcheurs. La chambre était très spacieuse et insonorisée ce qui s'apprécie. Le ménage est fait tous les deux jours il n'y a rien à dire. Tout était absolument parfait, je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain voyage.

Poor experience, no heating in room, no hot water (in the winter)

Nothing, except my room reservation worked. And the location may be nice. But it doesn't matter if there is no room heating and no warm shower.

The room was ice-cold and there was no way to warm it up. After a bad sleep overnight due to cold, there was no warm shower in the morning. Elevators in the morning takes long (up to 5 min.) as they are used by cleaning staff.

Great for a short trip to london.

Roomsize was good, close to the tube station, friendly staff. Would recommend it.

Positionnement au top mais chambre laisse à désirer ++

Emplacement au top, proche de tout, grand lit confortable

Chambre sale (poussière en quantité énorme sur les meubles, cheveux non nettoyés lors du nettoyage de la chambre donc au bout de 3 jours une belle quantité de cheveux au sol), salle de bain handicapée avec moisissure et rouille de partout, ne reflète pas du tout la belle apparence de l’entrée de l’hôtel. Canapé lit hyper désagréable, grince, matelas trop court donc gros trou au niveau de la tête, s’enfonce au niveau des jambes donc obligé de mettre des coussins pour relever le tout), produits périmés retrouvés dans le frigo.

Sehr große Zimmer, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals und die Lage ist perfekt. Fußläufig sind London Eye, Westminster, Big Ben in wenigen Minuten erreichbar

Wir hatten unser Zimmer im 1. Stock. Hier hat man die Geräusche der Strasse und Bahn deutlich gehört. Bin sicher, dass das in den oberen Ebenen besser ist.
