Perfect location, great host and thankful for a great ac.

The location and the hosts were just great! I loved that the room had a balcony and as others have said previously we too enjoyed the saxophone player as we enjoyed wine in the evening. Christina couldn’t have been more accommodating, and she even let us borrow beach towels, which was so nice. She truly was just a short text away. She helped us arrange a boat trip and the views from the boat really intensified the beauty of the bay of Kotor. A boat trip is a “must do” in this area. I love it that Christina, her husband and her son, Igor, are eager to make sure their guests have everything they need to make their stay comfortable. I would stay here again if coming back to Kotor. Thank you Christina and family.

The owner met us near the property

The parking is outside the old city, about 200 meters walk. We had to cancel one day of our stay due to personal reasons, the owner did not agree to refund the money...

Excellent host and location

Our bus was delayed so we arrived way after checkin of 8pm. Host met us personally to hand over keys to us. There was no kettle and Mirko bought a new one., By the time we were back from the days outing, kettle was at flat! Also we asked for late checkout and Mirko assisted. We also had place to leave our bags until our late afternoon, departure from Montenegro. Location is awesome, in the middle of Old Town.

There was no tea/coffee or toiletries provided, which was the norm for all other accomodation in Dubrovnik and montenegro, To be fair, i didnt ask the host.

Nice and clean apartment in the very city center of Kotor. Wonderful view from the balcony. Extremely nice and helpful host:) apartment definitely exceeded our expectations.

overall, a great place to stay 😊

location was amazing, right in the centre of old town. Really friendly staff - super pleasant and relaxed.

The oven wasn’t working, there were only a few very basic cooking items e.g. no kettle, no dishwashing liquid! There was no hot water for showers or dish washing on our last day and there was no shower curtain so the shower head had to be angled in towards the corner to prevent water from covering the bathroom floor, which was only partially successful.

Wonderful location. We recommend climbing the mountain along the old Austrian road

Exellent location in the heart of the old city, yet quiet at night, there was no loud music like on other streets. A great view of the mountains from the balcony, In the evening the lights on the mountain are turned on. The appartments are clean, comfortable and warm. The fridge was completely inaudible.

The hob takes a long time to reach the boiling point of water. There is no toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, lids for pots and pans, and since the stove is weak, water in the pan does not boil without lids, there is no hanger for outerwear by the door

Perfect location with the best hosts

You cannot get any more centrally located than this apartment. Absolutely perfect location! The hosts were two of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve ever come across. From helping me park my big car into a tiny parking space to offering food and tour recommendations, helping book taxis - they were there for us throughout our entire short trip.

The ideal location could cost you some sleep. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. There is a church bell that goes off periodically as well as music at night. This didn’t bother me but some of my friends were lighter sleepers.

Excellent experience between sightseeing, fine food and nice beaches!

The hostess was very professional and extremely pleasant! I would strongly recommend this property, right in the centre of the old town. Easy access to fine restaurants, historic landmarks and beaches in a close approximate.

Comfortable modern appartment, most conveniently located

This accomodation is a brand new, modern appartment situated in an old building. The renovation concerned all aspects (plumbing, kitchen, bathroom, furniture, even the surface of the walls!) so that you are in a 21st century "new" appartment (large living room + 1 bedroom) which is situated in the middle of the old town. The position with respect to all sights, restaurants and cafés is excellent. Located very near the post office it is even easy to find when you are alone. Though the initial contact, the 150 m walk from the South Gate to the appartment, had to be done with the owner. The owner-manager is a competent and very well organized person who helps with all arrangements you ask for (e.g organizing an excursion, ordering a taxi, signing up for a boat excursion....). The double windows are sound-proof, which some people may appreciate. (Personally, I had all windows open all day AND night.) There is A.C. as well as heating. Wifi signal strong and stable; bandwidth sufficient for watching videos.

Situated on the second floor. Most people will probably not mind.

I came on the destination alone and Kristina helped me with parking my car on a safe and free place. During a small walk to the apartment, she told me tips and tricks for staying in Kotor. She was very kind and helpful and I felt very safe by staying at her place. I traveled across the world, and I can say that she as a host is above all standards. The room at the very rooftop was super clean with all that I needed. The view was amazing, looking at the hills, church, bars and restaurant. It gave me the feeling of a real holiday. I had a guest all the time, a very nice cat that was coming over the rooftop 🥰 I would recommend this place for its location, cleanliness and once again, for Kristina that made me really feel welcomed to Kotor 💗

Picture perfect views of Montenegro's mountains

The apartment was an excellent size, big and roomy. Small kitchenette with table and chairs. Bathroom excellent in size with large shower. Air conditioning and windows / door you can open to a balony where we spent a couple of hours each evening listening to the music from the restaurant under us. The view of the mountains from our balcony was magnificent. Had perfect warm weather with many shops, restaurants and ice cream places to eat at. Our hosts were excellent and very patient waiting for us on our first day. We were offered a laundry service which I highly recommend as very reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kotor.

The church bells 🔔 waking me at 6am, hubby slept right through 😂 Our apartment was on the 3rd floor with perfect views however, a lot of steps which can be difficult if one of you has leg problems.

Fantastic location, couldnt be any more central. The view from the room is second to none. The modern loft room is situated in a effortlessly cool and sympathetically renovated 600 hear old UNESCO heritage building. The bed was very comfy and the shower room was very nice. The hosts Kristina and Mierco were fun, friendly and chilled. Any request was sorted.

Fantastic but...

Warm welcome, good apartment.

Kind of difficult to park, plus you need the presence of the host to enter the apartment. Which can be super annoying for foreigners because we don’t have internet in this country without paying. I had to go grab the WiFi of a hotel to contact the owner to enter the apartment afterwards.

Great location

The location in the old town is just perfect. We stayed here especially to make an early 7am walk up to St James Fortress before the sun hit us. Back down for breakfast in the cafe below our apartment. Our attic room was lovely. Clean and had everything we needed. The saxophone playing in the bar below was very atmospheric as we sat on the balcony watching the full moon rising over the mountain. The price was amazing and Aleks, our host, was really helpful with everything.

Unfortunately many things went wrong here: the shower did not work properly, the beds werde not made, the room was totally cold (but we could warm it up with the air condition), there was no cable for the kettle and the soap was extremely fluid (hardly a difference to water). It was also a pity that it was not possible to get the address of the accomondation. So we had to meet at the main gate but as the wifi did not work there it was not so easy to contact the person in charge. Be aware that there is free parking outside the town wall but you have to be lucky to get a parking lot. All in all, it was the worst accomodation we have seen in Montenegro so unfortunately we cannot recommend it.

Superb

How it was in the center of old town. The window is facing the hill behind and it was breathtaking. The room was clean and modern. Only a little bit cold because the heater didnt work so well. The host was helpful and easy to arrange for checkin. They even have breakfast but pity we had to leave early so we missed it. Lovely place. Would recommend ;-)

Maybe shower curtain so the water wont spill in the bathroom
