Excelente lugar

Todo muy bien, tiene todo lo que necesitas, ya sea para cocinar o descansar. Lo volvería arrendar sin lugar a duda

a localização é excelente, porém o 10º andar é muito barulhento, pois está muito perto da linha de trem, fechando a janela o barulho diminui, mas aí fica muito quente. Precisaria de mais um ventilador grande para a sala.

O apartamento é bem localizado e amplo, a vista da sacada é fenomenal. A cama é boa, possui eletrodomésticos básicos e freezer. Porteiros do prédio bastante amáveis.

O apartamento não estava muito limpo, mas também nada que atrapalhasse. As louças e talheres eram mínimos, nenhuma amenidade fornecida nem para café da manhã nem para banho (apenas 2 sabonetes pequenos e sabonete líquido na pia). A internet era bem ruim, pegava um pouco melhor no quarto. O que mais me chateou foi a hora do pagamento, levei dólares para não pagar o IVA, já que era estrangeira, mas mesmo assim me foi cobrado. Sugiro verificar com o anfitrião com antecedência quanto lhe será cobrado de verdade, pois eu tive um custo inesperado que acabou elevando o valor da estadia de forma que influenciaria a minha decisão sobre onde ficar. No retorno a Santiago fiquei em Hotel com café da manhã sob o mesmo custo.

It was roaches insect in the kitchen set ...it was not air condition the bed not comfortable.I will not recommend book this place.

The apartment is very central and the view is really nice, we had mountain view

The apartment is a simple 2 room ,the furniture is cheap and the amenities elementary. The bed is making noise in any movement and the sun is coming early in the morning and you must use a mask in order to sleep....the curtains are not shadowing....

A convenient and comfortable place to stay when visiting Santiago for a few days.

Location was very convenient. A grocery store right next store and several eateries on the same block. I like that there was someone at reception watching the entry at all times.

The unit was perfectly fine for me, but I am a "low maintenance" type of person. For one sensitive to noise, the sound of traffic would be bothersome, intense at times, the unit being just above major streets. The unit also tended to be on the warm side. The portable fan in the bedroom was the save; I moved it back and forth from bedroom to living/kitchen area. A fan in each of these areas would be good, eliminating the need to keep moving the fan. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the property, but I know some would complain of these two things: street/traffic noise and unit temperature.

We enjoyed it

We came for three nights and had a good time. The apartment is approximately 15 min walking distance from the city center. It has a doorman and is equipped with the minimal equipment necessary (refrigerator, few pots and a pan, few cutlery, kettle etc). The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Check in was also easy for us.

A little more cutlery, plates etc would have been even nicer 😀

I feel safe in the building and apartment at all the time and this is very important for travelers.

The studio was very cozy with the a nice view. I understand because is a central location you hear some noise from the traffic but it wasn't a problem.

I like the elevators, the type of door of the apartments as well the space of the apartment. All the necessary things to use in your stay.

The apartments were located in a great location to access public transportation hubs.

Staff tried hard to insure comfort and we're helpful with local transportation needs to/from the airport.
