Siempre limpia y fácil ingreso, personal amable y preocupado. Buen control de ingreso. Cama cómoda, cocina con todo en vajilla.

Solo agregaría un salida de ducha, jabón para el tocador, y una toalla nova o paño de cocina para el ingreso, simplificaría o ayudaría en la estadia.

Cómodo pero con problemas de mantención

Departamento cómodo, de fácil acceso, con estacionamiento y el retiro de llaves es rápido.

Esta ubicado al lado de algún complejo deportivo y los fines de semana desde temprano se escuchan los gritos de niños que incomoda si deseas descansar. El wifi nunca funcionó, me dieron dos nombres de señales que no existen o ese día no estaban funcionando. No fue posible trabajar desde el departamento. En el baño, la ducha tenia la manguera rota, por lo tanto el agua salia por ahí y bañarme fue muy incomodo. El departamento no es malo, es cómodo, pero esta abandonado en sus mantenciones.

En general bien. Le mejoraría cama matrimonial y vestidor.

Bueno que tenga balcón con tender y mucho sol para secar la ropa. Baño con bañera y ducha. La cocina completa. Y la seguridad las 24 horas !

La cama matrimonial está para cambiarla. El vestidor para remodelar. La tele no tiene netflix ni you tube. El barrio un tanto peligroso.

Buena ubicación

Excelente ubicación, las chascona, metro, zoológico y parques cerca para disfrutar en familia. Departamento muy completo y cómodo. En general todos bien respetuosos con los ruidos nocturnos.

Un detalle es que se bajaba el automático eléctrico de la encimera pero se entiende que es por seguridad, había que estar atento al ocupar la cocina.

El departamento bien, las instalaciones eran buenas

El recibimiento por parte de la encargada (Camila) fue pésimo, no le importó que fuéramos con familia (bebé de 4 años) ella estaba en reunión y nos hizo esperar demasiado tiempo solo se limitó a enviar un mensaje a la conserje, trato despota y poco amable diciendo que simplemente no nos atendería por que estaba en reunión…

Departamento ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y cerca de lugares atractivos con una vista hermosa.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado y es una zona muy tranquila para descansar y con una linda vista.

En general todo estuvo muy bien, solo detallitos con la mantención de la ducha, mohos en algunas partes que es natural en departamentos de varios años. Podrían mejorarlo para que fuero perfecto.

Outdated images. The apartment smelled weird and had mold stains. The walls were dirty and scratched up. The furniture had stains. The traffic nearby was extremely loud. The location was questionable.

this is NOT a hotel, reception does not know anything, not a word of English., only contacts individual owners of each apartment. if there is a problem, good luck. In my case they didn’t have my name correctly so could not check in, then apartment had no working a/c or internet, they switched me to another apartment but that took quite a while.

very well located, on the quiet place on the middle of Santiago.

the mattress on the principal room was on bad shape, one of the bed on the second room was to long so the was impossible to close the door, almost all the inside door didn't work properly, especially bathrooms

Honest staff. We left a wallet with Cash, Cards and ID's and they returned it. Very good location could walk and also park. Sunrise and sunset from balcony.

at night neighborhood looked suspicious but was good, front desk was sleeping so we felt not safe .First room had smoke and they moved us, so not a great start but not long after we were very good

Norus, again thanking you for hosting us at your facility

Everything was good organize as usual. Is not the first time I am staying here. It has been very convenient and the attention is wonderful. Easy access to the highway so I can reach my work very easy.

Wouldn't stay here again.

Dirty underwear in our room. No cot for our son to sleep in despite the hotel saying they would provide one. We were only given 2 towels for 3 people and weren't given any more when we asked. The place is rundown and the reception desk was very unhelpful and just told us to use whatsapp number to contact hotel host but they never replied to that number or pick up when we rang.

Overall good value for money but could certainly do with a little update

Great location, very quiet considering how close it is to everything. The apartment was comfortable and relatively well equipped.

It would be nice to have a few basic kitchen supplies like salt, pepper, oil. Also more than one coffee sachet or a week long stay. I also messaged the owners twice about faulty appliances and an inquiry about extending my stay but never heard back from anyone after checkin. The contact phone number was not connected.

Great location. Accessible. Close to nightlife yet quiet.

The flat was not clean. There was astrong smell (smoke perhaps, or from cooking). The floor had bread crumbs, and the bathroom had mould. We could never get access to the wifi.

Norus apartments are very good value, but some maintenance would really improve them.

Good quiet location, however it's only a few minutes walk from the Bellavista Patio area with its many restaurants and bars. Have previously stayed one block from the patio and the noise was a problem overnight. The apartment was clean, and the design is good with two bedrooms plus a separate lounge/kitchen area. It was very good value.

The state of repair and decoration at Norus is not great. We stayed in two apartments over two visits two weeks apart and both were in need of some renovation in the bathrooms and other rooms. There were holes in the towels provided.
