Fridge, sink, microwave - all useful

NO BEDSIDE LIGHT. Tatty furniture. Cheap mattress. that gave no support and in which you could feel the springs. Torn bath towel. Torn and stained duvet cover. Stained carpet. NO BEDSIDE LIGHT.

nice property with a professional staff. Clean and big rooms and the sweet smell all around. Lots of food points and recreational options near by.

lovely and decent place to stay

Well mannered staff all the time, free on site parking 24/7, big rooms with clean bathrooms. Free wifi and small kitchen inside every room and an attractive smell all around.

I left shortly after checking in and the manager shouted at me. Absolutely horrendous, avoid at all costs.

Nothing it was horrendously battered and broken and stunk

Everything, staff were rude and shouted at me, the room was dirty, stunk of fags, windows didn’t close properly, interjoining door to other room which didn’t lock, stains on pillows, holes in walls, broken couch

The place was that bad I did not stay there. Please refund my money.

I did not like anything, absolutely should not be advertising this location. You need pay more attention to reviews on travelling sites such as Trip Advisor before promoting properties such as this, you are putting your customers at risk. I would think it disgraceful if some sort of compensation/refund is not discussed

The room stunk of cigarette smoke, was nothing like the photos. The location was terrible and unsafe, I didn't feel safe staying there so left for other accommodation. I was informed that the property has been subject to police attention regular for a whole host of wrong doings.

Not suitable for business trips

The price and location were great. In terms of the location, there are plenty of food choices. If you're a coffee or tea drinker, there's a tea place on site. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful and accommodating.

The downsides were that there was this constant buzzing that could be heard all day and all night from my room. The only way that I was able to get any sleep was by wearing noise cancelling earphones which I've never had to do before. The mattress was very thin and directly underneath it was a plank of wood. So the bed was not necessarily comfortable, but I've had worse. I couldn't turn on all of the lights in the room without a different high pitch sound being made that was really uncomfortable to hear for too long and impossible to ignore. So I kept that light off, which is a shame too because the lighting was nice with that switch. Overall, if you're booking the apartment for leisure, it's passable. Whereas if you're booking the apartment if you're on a business trip and have to be up early in the morning and you would prefer to have a good night's sleep. Then unfortunately this apartment may not be suitable for that.

Excellent shower. Very large room Very large bed Very cheap. Mostly quiet Mini Fridge Microwave Crockery Fire Doors. Tea facilities Helpful managers. Upgraded by manager to best room Smart TV with free netflix. CCTV.Key card entry Central Heating Nearby bus stop to town Nearby walk in centre

Broken lift. Musty carpet in 1st room Items broken or missing. IE Had to ask for tea spoon toilet paper tv remote tv remote batteries etc. Bought my own milk sugar and tea bags. No bedside lights. One window partly boarded up. Used by hen parties over weekend. Disco downstairs till 2am. Very busy main road. No decent shops or resteraunt in area. Managers Asian poor English Broken lift Front door unlocked On same site as car wash and tyre centre Place is run down. Furnuture old and dark..Bedding old. Matress broken Lighting defective. Wifi patchy. Area depressing No lost property facility. Key card worn out.No refunds

great, easy to find, good facilities, comfy bed. would stay again

property was nice, easy to find, simple checking in process. free parking massive bonus and easy walk into city centre

was frustrated at having to pay £40 security deposit and £10 key deposit as was no mention of this on my booking confirmation or when booking, now having to wait up to 5 working days for it to re hit my bank so would recommend paying cash to anyone else

If you don't mind the noise, go for it.

The room had a nice big bed and was quite spacious.

The noise was unbearable, paper-thin walls made it really hard not to hear the other guests.

IT IS A SCAM! It would have been the worst night, thank god for my partners quick thinking.

Nothing. Absolutely atrocious! Didn’t even get to stay! It was that bad! Awful host. IT IS A SCAM DO NOT STAY!

IT IS A SCAM! They wanted another £130 for “insurance”. - not a chance. Rooms we saw were disgusting. Host was pushy, unreliable and disrespectful.

Friendly staff and free parking. Room had a microwave in it and a sink in the bedroom.

Pillows were yellow and no covers on. No milk, cups or towels in room. Was rectified afterwards.

Excellent showering facilities and friendly reception staff.

Quite a noisy area at night, bedroom window was boarded up which amplified the sound of wind.

Staff were amazing and didn't hesitate to help. Bathroom/shower room we're great and loved the rain shower Plenty space and comfortable bed

Heating wasn't on and wouldn't heat up but staff helped and offer to swap us to a better room

Lovely, easy going and helpful staff. I was initially worried about my deposit being returned, after reading some of the reviews online. However, I spoke to staff who reassured me that it is only people who damage the property that this would effect. I have since received my deposit back, within timeframe mentioned.

Bed sheets were clean.

The apartment was filthy :- showerhead,extractor,shower corners, room corners, microwave, walls etc. I have pictures.

amazing staff hospitality was great the room was clean and had most things i needed and if there wasn’t the staff were very accommodating definitely recommend to anyone and will be going again
