Fabulous minivacation!

The fact that we could use the washing machine (imperative with little people), the comfort of beds, location, balcony, free parking (secured for the night), CLEANLINESS and in short - everything. :)

A cozy and big apartment. Suits very well for a stay with kids. A lot on space to play and a lot on excitment from watch

For our surprise there was two “bedrooms”, children slept in the second bedroom, but it had windows in three walls and no blinding curtains so it was like sleeping in daylight. But the main bedroom was big and bed also very big.

only thing that was not so comfortable was the other bedroom in porch area- very much streetlight and noisy.

If we ignore the bad luck when checking in, it was in overall nice place for a short stay.

Good location. Beautiful building. Simple and basic place, but it had all the stuff you might need - kettle, filter coffe machine (also filters), pot and pan, knives, cutlery, plates, glasses, tv, washing machine, diswasher, toaster, extra pillows and blankets. Apartment was warm in autumn, not damp etc.

Street noise woke us up at 8 am on Sunday. When you ask for earlier check in and even when you receive confirmation that this is ok, please be sure to call/email and ask if it is 100% sure. We were confirmed 1pm check in, but when we arrived (family with 2 kids) the cleaning lady, who did not speak Estonian or English, was still there. Next-door apartment guests had not checked out yet (although check out was 12am) and were having a big party. A bit later we were assured the party entourage will be gone when we return (we decided to visit Ahhaa center and come back for later check in). We did not feel safe at the arrival at all and the fact we were not able to reach the manager really ruined the stay for us.

You will live this place!

The apartment is just lovely. It's fully equipped, super good location (very close to tartu railway station), good WiFi, nice house, a huge balcony! Check ib was super smooth. You will love it!

I loved everything, just the green pillows not too much (:p), but really. Your place is lovely! Keep doing what you're doing!

12/10 would recommend!

Everything was perfect, it was one of the best apartments in Tartu I've stayed at so far. The location was great, it was near downtown. The lockbox system for the keys was really comfortable. We had the chance to park our car in the closed yard. The apartment was super clean, comfortable and big enough for three adults and two children. It had all the necessary items.

Perfect place, location, very well equipped apartment, excellent host - in a beautiful Tartu.

The location is really good - well accessible on foot from the city centre, by bus and by train. Perfect free parking. The appartment is so cosy and well equipped. The quality of bed linen, pillows, blankets, towels - excellent. A small 2 yrs old also had a perfect bed and all the stuff incl. kidds potty. Comfy sofas, good TV program offer, bathroom - 10balls of 10! The kitchen equipment works well, a coffee maker, toaster, cooking options - we could stay for a month! The excellent thing is the balcony. In this hot, like in Provence weather, we felt as if we were in South of France - enjoying the garden and plants and privacy. The rooms didn't get warm during 36+ degrees by C outside. Thank you, Nadja, you are a very good host!

I would suggest to offer some wine glasses in the kitchen.

Good choice for families with kids

The apartment was larger than expected with enough rooms to put the kids to sleep and still have some space to spend the evening. There were towels, bed linen ready, someone had even left some soap. Really kids-friendly in terms of the equipment provided. Private parking available.

The kitchen only had a small pan and a very large cooking pot for use - it would be nice to have a small pot as well for morning porridge.

Exceptional

Appartment is perfect for families- quiet, cosy, with free parking. Owner provided all that is necessary for kids-extra bed for toddler, toilet accessories for toddler ect. Appartment is well equiped and it is close to museums, oldtown, shops.

Place to come back

The apartment was so great and Nadezda was so nice host. It is easy to get in and so close to nearest sightseeing. Really recommended. Enjoyed our stay!

Spacious and good for bigger families!

Location is great- 15 minutes to the city centre. Very spacious. Also - free parking! I would highly recommend. Has everything you need also if you would like to make your own meals!

Very good

Cleanest accommodation I've visited. Couches etc were all well cleaned. All basic equipment was present. Baby crib free of charge and cosy. Choice of TV channels is good.

The balcony door in apt 3 needs some maintenance because it lets cold air through which means the main bedroom is unpleasantly cold and the door doesn't seal off traffic noise.

Great location, great house. Nice inside.

I could hear too much of the traffic coming from the road next to the house. That kept me up a little bit. But it seemed to bother only me.

Exceptional

Large 3 rooms apartment. It have everything you need. Large bathroom. Nice balcony with garden view. Private parking. Not far from city centre. Very quiet inside. We got a good weekend stayed there. If I have to stay in Tartu again, I will take this apartment again.

Very good place/ väga mõnus kohake

The place was very big, kids love to sleep a room were is lots of windows. Everything was very clean and modern. No hearing any neighbours. Love the balcony, morning sun,coffee, wonderful

All moust perfect, but little bit cold was. And friedgirator door make noise :)

Fantastic experience

The apartment was super clean and very comfortable. The interior design also was very cosy and spacious. The owner was very kind and attentive,always explaining all the details. I really suggest this place to stay for shorter or longer term. Also it is very good located for visiting Tartu center and the terrace of the flat gave an excellent opportunity to enjoy nice moments on it.
