Perfect location but poor tourist/travelers satisfaction

Disappointed very simple NOT RECOMMEND Colombia is a major exporter for Coffee, and they do not serve that at this Hotel had to go to another place to take a breakfast. Ps. Thought Genius level 2/3 had some benefits ...!!! DIDN'T GOT NONETHELESS nor a breakfast !!

Air-condition was not functioning, have requested several times to check this did not get any response, We have asked to change room neither got a approval on this as I was traveling with two elderly person was very unpleasant stay !!

The location

The two venezuelan guys working. They knew that the ac control wasn't working so i could not control the air-conditioning in room 210. They weren't kind to me. They lied that the next day that they would let them fix it. They never asked. The girl was more kind thab those two venzuelan. I heard them complain ing that they were the only ones working on Noche buena (x-mas eve). The two venezuelan guys are a bad example for that hotel. They should hire more kind front desk clerks..son muy antipaticos con actitud perezosa.

Location is very nice. Bed is very comfortable. A good hotel for its price!

A 2 Star Hotel on its best day with what I can only assume are fake reviews

There really isn’t anything to like about this hotel aside from the location. However, there are plenty of other similarly priced hotels in the same area.

The photos on Booking didn’t even resemble the room. There wasn’t hot water for the entire duration of. my stay. The room was full of hair everywhere. I had to go down and ask for towels because there were none in the room. There was construction work being done in the lobby and hallways. And finally but most importantly, the staff was rude, disrespectful and entirely uncooperative. this hotel has no star rating but if it did it would be a 2 star hotel on its best day. How I’m earth it’s got so many great reviews on Booking is beyond me.

Lovely. I will definitely use this hotel again.

This location was excellent for the things I needed.to.do. Close.to Metro. Lots of eating options and shopping. Many banks. The staff is well informed and ready to help.

My room was interior and a bit dark. I like sunshine. There's a.but if street noise, but that doesn't bother me. It's to be expected since its centrally located.

It is a kind of scam. They put stuff in your bathroom, like tooth brush, tooth paste, razor. You think it is a complementary, but when you check out, they make you pay for everything. It is a real RIP OFF..
