the location

staff attitude.... no ICE on the hotel. and i pay for a junior suite with hottub and hottub didnt work i call for someone to help me . i was told to wait for 3 hours and notbarry show up. the hair dryer didnt work. when i told the front desk she look like she dont care... i pay for soemthing that i didnt get. i will never come back to that hotel or never will recommended. to bad because the hotel is very nice .

If your a light sleeper....goodluck

Friendly and helpful staff

The place has thin walls you can hear noises from outside, the first night was frustrating since they put us in a room close to the lobby and you can hear the staff members and the clubs outside till 4am. We asked to change rooms the next day and good thing that was arrange. We spent the other days at the second floor but the neighbors were loud and you can hear them and also a some noises from outside. The beds are very hard, after 3 days my back started to hurt...I wouldn't stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great. The second room (they were able to relocate us for the second night), although much smaller, was very nice (but still very noisy.

Breakfast was OK, not great. The junior suite (first night) wasn't all that great (spa tub was good) and was extremely noisy, no fault of the hotel. It was a monday night and I didn't expect the party animals to be in force, but they were. The staff acknowledged there was a problem and moved us into the very nice smaller room for the second night, but it too was noisy. Again, not the fault of the hotel, but... bring earplugs.

Bad experience. Not coming back, the only good thing was the good restaurants around the neighborho.

The bed was poorly comfortable, pretty hard and not meet the expectation for the prize. Bed the worst.

The suite with the jacuzzi is fantastic, comfortable beds, nice staff

The room doesn’t have a roof over the part of the jacuzzi connecting to the court. Nobody can look in but with not even a glass panel you can hear everything happening on the roof where the jacuzzi is

Modern clean place with everything I would expect in a larger name brand hotel for twice the price. internet is 40 MBPS

it is modern and clean. The air conditioner is very quiet.

You have to make an appointment a full FIVE HOURS in advance to use the rooftop hot tub

The reception staff were very accommodating to any of my requests.A big shout out to the cleaning staff as I left my phone in room as was changing to new room and they handed it into reception. There are many bars and restaurants nearby but very noisy at night

You get what you pay for

The location and cleanliness are the best things about this hotel. The staff were in general very good and attentive too.

The same man serving the breakfast. He does NOT seem to enjoy his job. His facial expression is stiffer than Sylvester Stallone in Rambo movies. One day when it rained A LOT, the rain water somehow found its way from the roof down to the fourth (out of eight or nine) floor where we stayed. We got moved to a smaller room, which kinda killed the mood for us. The room we had was already too small for two adults and two kids. The beds and pillows were harder than you would want from a 3-star hotel. I did not have a single good night sleep here.

All the staff members are very nice

It's noisy. There's a licore store next to the hotel. So if you get a room with a street view it's quite impossible to sleep No hot water

terrible room

hotel overall is good, staff are amazing, good breakfast and service, great location.

the room was very depressing… it faced an inner courtyard with no natural light! top of courtyard had the jacuzzi which was noisy and echoed kids voices. pretty sure I had the worst room in the hotel.

Unbelievably LOUD

The hotel is located right next door to one of the loudest bars on Carrera 70. It’s like trying to sleep at a concert, one that goes until 5am. And all you have to sleep on is a piece of plywood with a sheet on top. I booked this hotel for a week, wanting to experience the area. The photos on the booking site show a pool (not theirs) and a rooftop jacuzzi (not true). I paid for a junior suite with a jacuzzi tub. The taps for the tub were turned off and the only way to fill the tub was with the shower, which only had room temperature water. It was a complete waste of time. So after two nights of almost no sleep I checked out. The front desk staff informed me that they couldn’t refund my other 5 nights. At this point I was so sleep deprived that I didn’t care. To stay one more night would have been a torture I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. Do yourself a huge favor, don’t book a hotel here or anywhere on Carrera 70. Stay a few blocks away and you won’t have to experience what I went through. If I could give this hotel zero stars I would.
