Love the views from our 37 floor rooms!

Club Lounge has excellent views. Quiet surroundings w/o unruly kids are always appreciated.

An excellent choice worthy of revisit

First of all, the location is prime for an overall tourist visitor as there is an excellent metro station right next to the building to which you can enter (almost) dry even during rainy moments. The metro station provides good lines to take you anywhere you need to go (as a tourist) - more or less. The hotel is also within short walking distance (500 meters?) from the Shinjuku main shopping streets / area. We walked many times from the hotel to Shinjuku using various streets - day and night. The hotel itself provides 5-7 restaurants and the separate Premier Grand reception folks can help you with pretty much anything. Nice views from the 45th and 47th floors! The Premier Grand rooms themselves were excellent to our taste.

The only thing that comes to my mind is the fact that the room was missing any kind of towel hangers. You couldn't place your wet face, hand or bath towels anywhere to dry but was forced to left them laying on toilet tables and/or chair back posts or cabinet doors.

I will definitely return next time traveling to Tokyo.

I have to say I was impressed with everything. The hotel is located in a great area. Room was beautiful and spotless. Food was amazing.

A fantastic hotel in a great location with outstanding hospitality.

The staff are outstanding - absolutely first class welcome and care from everyone we encountered. Exceptional hospitality throughout the stay. Definitely worth staying in the Premier Grand levels for the views of the city and convenience of of the complimentary food and refreshments during the afternoon and evening. (Note that the Premier Grand levels are separate from the main hotel - with their own reception, lounge and facilities, based on the higher floors.) The rooms are spacious, comfortable, modern, well-stocked and exceptionally clean. The hotel location, just a few minutes away from Shinjuku station and city centre makes the Keio Plaza a superb place to stay in Tokyo with so much to see and do right on the doorstep.

Good rooms, staff very nice, but hotel not so good, bar closes at 11pm and closed Sundays, terrible gym designed for little Asian ladies or children, wifi bad, have to pay to use pool, tried to charge us for using the business lounge breakfast twice in one day

Lovely stay in Shinjuku

The room and the lounge. The team in the lounge were so caring with us and make us feel very welcoming and pampered!

Swimming pool was not yet open when we stayed. The gym was a bit small.

A great stay in a spacious room with beautiful view.

We booked a Premium Grand Room and it was very spacious (and soundproof). The bed was huge and comfy, the bathroom & toiletries were amazing and the city view was beautiful. Location was also very convenient. They even gave us chocolate cakes as it was our honeymoon.

Nothing. Breakfast at the Club Lounge was the same everyday but it didn’t bother us.

A really good choice for hotels in Tokyo.

The Keio Plaza Hotel was a perfect location for walking to and from the Shinjuku station. It was very welcoming at the end of a day. Our room was spacious, a great view and the bathroom was perfect. Lots of amenities made it fun. The breakfast was wonderful. We were on the club lounge floor and enjoyed breakfasts there. The restaurants were all very good.

The lounge was a bit strict. I would have liked to take a drink to my room but that was not allowed. I have enjoyed that in other club lounges.

Luxury stay and great deal if you make your reservation in months in advance.

We had the package to their club floor. the rooms were amazing with so many luxury details. The toilet and shower were amazing. the breakfast was very good with both western and traditional Japanese options. we were able to get the afternoon tea and sweets and sandwiches. It was really good. but unfortunately could not get the chance to try the evening appetizer. The location is pretty good, walking distance to train station and a very beautiful and large park. We stayed 2 nights there and had an amazing and memorable experience.

Superb

We were in a quad room - deluxe. 3 people. Main tower. Everything went smoothly. Our room had a fantastic view. The window was everything. Replenished water everyday. Housekeeping was excellent. Room a great size compared to other hotels we have stayed in Japan. The hotel is on the West side of the Shinjuku station but a very easy walk. Our breakfast had everything we could have wanted if we needed it. The staff were exceptionally polite and kind. Our room was on Level 35 close to lifts. At times we could hear noise from above room and occasionally the lift movement but nothing intrusive. We loved our stay and would stay again. Thank you Keio Plaza :)

Incredible location, enjoyable stay.

The location and cleanliness was a star point for this hotel! Perfectly central and incredibly clean and pristine.

The staff weren’t great at speaking English. They struggled to understand and translate things for us when we needed help. The gym was tiny and not up to standard. For such a beautiful hotel, they should invest more in this.
