The hotel is in a great location, 5 min walk to Shibuya Crossing and very clean and staff were lovely.
I booked a room for 1x adult and x2 children. The room was so tiny, all you could do was walk to the beds from the door! Barely anywhere to store cases! For those on the larger size I doubt you would fit into the shower!
We had 2 single beds between the 3 of us, not ideal! This hotel would suit young travellers / couples but definitely not families. Thankfully I only booked for 2 nights, that was more than enough!
There were no amenities in the hotel but a great family mart next door!

Location was great. Small room as expected but functional. Good toiletries are available in reception.
Extremely hard and tiny bed! Can only get into bed from one side, so I had to crawl over husband to get in and out during night. It's not good if you need access to both persons.. Pillows were also rocks. Air-conditioning was very noisy and barely worked. It's easily the hardest bed we've ever slept on.

I liked the design of the hotel and staff are very friendly.
The long slope in front of the hotel… It was a bit difficult to walk on with my luggage
3.5

Location , good bathroom, comfy beds , family mart next door , walkable to everywhere

I liked the staff the people. How friendly they were and easy check in process they also offer you to check in at kiosk with QR code it’s a nice hotel nice facility. WIFI was strong and good the rooms had air conditioning & shower & tv
The rooms were small but decent enough I didn’t like that the beds were on the floor! The hard floor I barely got any sleep those 3 nights. It definitely was a shocker, from the pictures you couldn’t tell. I thought the bed had a frame it was super uncomfortable . I hated each night. But it was affordable due to low budget I had in Japan

The fact that we can store our luggage after check out and staffs were friendly were the only good point about this hotel.
The most expensive hotel with an incredibly small room (the smallest we have come across) in our 3 weeks of travel to Japan. Not worth the money! They dont even have laundry facilities. The room was not well kept. Lots of marks on walls that were not cleaned properly. Fridge was not cold! Our foods almost got spoiled. The rate was expensive for what we get. The beds were hard. They dont have a bathtub (the only hotel that we have come across that doesn’t have bathtub!). The walk to the hotel was very steep! And it is far from the train station!
3.5
It has a great location and clean room; check-in was a little challenging, but we got there in the end. It was a simple room with a good bed, exactly what we needed to explore Tokyo.
Perhaps a toaster down starts would be handy for guests, but other than that, we had the basics we needed.

The staff were helpful. The location is within 10 minutes of walking to the Shibuya Scramble Crossing and Shibuya train station. Amenities were provided: toothbrush, razors, shampoo, face wash, etc.
There are some markings on the walls, making the room look dirty. The room also has a smell to it, like an "old smell." It's light, but I'm sensitive to smell.

Location and staff were both great!
The rooms are looking a little tired.

They were very accommodating to altering our booking on the day of our arrival due to out flight being delayed.

The staff were fantastic, the hotel was very well located and we walked to the train station daily if not twice daily. If convenience is what you're looking for then this place is great. Food and amenities are very close by.
The rooms are small, there's no getting around that fact, but the idea isn't to stay in the room all day.
4.5
It was my first night in Japan and I felt safe and comfortable at the hotel.
The room for one person had all of the essential and I was happy staying there for one night.
The location was hard to find for a new person like me, but that's not the hotel's fault.
I was told that I needed to be back by the hotel by 10 PM and I did not know of this rule prior.

LOCATION!!! Seriously situated in such a good spot. 5 min walk to the shibuya station, close to good shopping like Bape Store, Supreme and World of Flight. The Shibuya scramble crossing is only a 10 min walk. Situated nicely between shibuya and Harajuku. Family mart at the front doorstep which was handy to say the least. The staff were super nice and accomodating. Starbucks and independent cafes nearby.
The rooms are outrageously small, especially for a couple. I could only open my suitcase on the bed, as there is zero floor space but this is to be expected in Tokyo. you can barely turn sideways in the bathroom. A little overpriced based on the room size and marks on the walls in the room but the location more than makes up for it.

Location! The perfect sweet spot between Harajuku and Shibuya crossing. You are close enough to walk to each in 5 minutes but also far away enough from the craziness. Right across from Family mart as well and Blue bottle coffee for early risers. The area is walkable with great food and fun shops that aren’t mainstream as well. Great value considering hostels and capsule hotels are going the same price.
The rooms are indeed small but everywhere in Tokyo seems to be like that for this price point. At most fits 2 people and 2 medium luggage’s. It’s worth it if you don’t like to stay too long at the hote and just need a place to sleep and prefer hotels over hostels or capsules.
4.0
The best thing is the location, really close to Shibuya and Harajuku.
The room is clean
The staff is very gentle and offers a lot of amenities
Room is really small, I wouldnt recommend if you are staying for several days. I moved to another hotel in Ginza with more space.

Around 10 min from Shibuya station located so it's pretty easy to get everywhere in Tokyo. There is a convenience store right across the street. The rooms are small but more than enough for one person who is there just for sleeping anyway.
It's also right next to Yoyogi park and Kitaya park which has a Blue Bottle Café.
Nothing. Great place.
3.0
Fairly close to Shibuya station, easy journey from the airport. Directly opposite a Family Mart for convenience.
Rooms can be very small with no view. Housekeeping / cleaning can be inconsistent. Only towels are replaced / bins emptied daily. Amenities have to be taken from the front desk, this fact is not always clear.
4.0
location and friendly staff
room is a bit small but we understand it’s a common size in Tokyo
3.5
Convenient, easy, cosy.
Shower curtain need a rethink. bed / traditional mattress too hard. Usually I like a hard bed.
